Hands down the best option to get married in Austin, we booked it sight unseen and it was so much more than we expected. Its family run and the couple are very nice and accommodating, they provide so much at the venue for a very reasonable price. They also now have Beer Burros you can rent during your reception and its so worth it! They also have both indoor and outdoor options so it was great to have the assurance that we could utilized the indoor area for the ceremony if it rained. Lastly its only 20min from downtown Austin so our families got to enjoy downtown while still getting to be at a ranch for our wedding. I highly recommend booking this spot for your wedding!

We are so grateful that Chris and Melissa's venue was available for our wedding. Not only was the venue the perfect setting for our multi-cultural, international wedding, Chris and Melissa were great communicators, easy to work with, and had clear instructions but also flexible.

Ranch Austin Wedding Venue is the absolute BEST venue in Austin. Chris and Melissa are super easy to work with, flexible, accommodating and quick to reply to any questions I had. The venue has a lovely ceremony area and a stage that makes the perfect spot for an outdoor band. I loved the venue upon first sight and got so many compliments on it all night long! I will forever be so grateful for choosing to have The Ranch Austin as our wedding venue.

Chris and Melissa were easy to work with and helpful every step of our journey. The pricing was more than reasonable for such a beautiful venue. Clean, spacious, parking was plenty and easy. We couldn’t have made a better decision with our venue.

Absolutely awesome, spacious, beautiful venue for our wedding in October!! Chris was super friendly from the get go with our initial tour, the Ranch Austin team was very response/helpful to all questions along the way, and on wedding day it was great having Chris & his wife around for all their help! Also super appreciated, my last minute request of extending venue time for HAMU to be done on site, being honored even though there was a rehearsal going on. I loved having the full day there in such a beautiful spacious venue. Guests loved the long horns and the venue as well. 100% recommend. I also did not get 1 mosquito bite for our outdoor event which was amazing :). Thank you Ranch Austin for being the space of a day we will always cherish!

Wow. This venue was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on how beautiful this place is. We held pretty much everything outdoors which was a dream. The outdoor area truly is so wonderful and beautiful. Chris and Melissa are so helpful with every aspect of planning and so accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ranch Austin was the perfect location to give our friends and family a taste of Texas. The staff super accommodating and set up fans for the ceremony since it was one of the hottest days of the year. The location is beautiful and easy to get to. The longhorns were a huge hit with our guests and cooperated with photo ops.

Ranch Austin was BEAUTIFUL, we received so many compliments on our venue. We did the outdoor by the windmill ceremony spot, indoor dinner, and outdoor dance floor. The huge LOVE letters were beautiful and everybody loved them! The owners were easy to work with and so kind! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

This place is beautiful. Sheri and Chris were always attentive and professional. We got married by the stage. Amazing views. Beautiful longhorns. The place is so well taken care of that it did not need major decorations. And we had it for ourselves in our special day, we didn’t have to share it with other events, which is important for me, so our guests had privacy and comfort. It will be a beautiful memory of our special day that we will treasure in our hearts.

Ranch Austin is a dream! It’s not too far outside of Austin, so it’s easily accessible and the family who owns & run the venue is amazing! They are so easy to work with and really make sure the space has everything you need. We did both our ceremony and reception outside and the views are breathtaking, along with all of the beautiful lights! The venue was so clean when we arrived and even had the team there making sure the outdoor area was free of leaves and ready for our special day! The bridal room and groom’s suite were both perfect. All night long we had so many guests telling us how gorgeous the space was, not to mention everyone was obsessed with all of the Longhorns on property and checked them out during our cocktail hour. We had about 120 guests and the venue was plenty spacious even to have dinner outside with no tables on the dance floor. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and awesome venue!

We couldn't have found a more perfect venue for our wedding, and Chris and his family made us feel so welcome and at ease. We planned the wedding from out of state, and had only seen the venue via FaceTime and photos; the venue was even more special and wonderful in person. We had a smaller wedding, and since we got married in late June we were able to move the wedding indoors due to the heat and the space was perfect for what we needed. We did simple decor to compliment the airy feel and lovely rocks, fountains, and chandeliers in the space. Also, we got some really cool wedding photos next to the longhorns!

When I say this place was magic, I mean it in every sense of the word! We were 45 days out to get married and bc of covid, our community center we reserved could not accommodate us. This is where the magic happened. Chris, the owner of the Ranch (he provides a number to text) was able to schedule us a tour that week and from there the process was so easy! They were also so easy to work with and responsive to any novice ( I naively planned the wedding myself) questions I may have had. The venue is from a Western fairy tale. All the guests were as impressed and in love with the space. I mean, they have longhorns just hanging out to celebrate with you! The price was surprisingly affordable as well. Chris and his family truly created a beautiful place to celebrate love. This place is special. We are lucky that we found Ranch Austin.

I saw this venue while I was driving past and decided to drive up and check it out. When I walked in I said "there's no way I can afford this beautiful venue" but I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. The owners were amazing to work with from start to finish, and went above and beyond every chance they got. I am so blessed to have been able to have my wedding at this beautiful venue and would recommend it to anyone looking in Austin!

We had our wedding at Ranch Austin in August and it was absolutely perfect! We were originally scheduled to have our wedding in March, but due to Covid had to reschedule. The Ranch Austin team went above and beyond to make our day wonderful. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a better location. Thank you for making our day so special! We had our celebration there last weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Chris and the team were very responsive and helped us follow COVID guidelines to make sure everyone was safe. We loved how magical and timeless this rustic venue is. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for that aesthetic!

The owner was so helpful, he made sure everything that we needed was there and available for us and even helped dry off the chairs after it finally stopped raining . There Longhorns on the property he did such a great job making sure they were really close to where the ceremony was.

I could not have been more pleased with the way my daughter’s wedding turned out. Ranch Austin is just beautiful especially at night with the lights. We found Ranch Austin 6 weeks prior to our date, after realizing the original venue we picked wasn't really all we were looking for... Once we found Ranch Austin, everything fell in place perfectly. The owners were responsive and extremely helpful with vendor recommendations. The day exceeded our expectations. This was the most beautiful wedding venue I've ever seen. I got really lucky. We had several venues to go see and I thought my now wife was going to take forever to choose a venue. 10 minutes after looking around Ranch Austin, she was hooked. The thing I personally like about this place is the owners pretty well leave you alone to just enjoy yourself out there. I never got the sense that they were overly concerned with the property and never got any long-winded instructions about the long list of things we weren't allowed to do. We even returned several more times to get a feel for where to put decorations, etc. with no issue at all. There is easy and ample parking for all attending as well which makes it so much easier for guests. The day of the wedding, I showed up, the owner shook my hand, chatted with me for a few minutes and just left us to it like the place was all ours. We received numerous compliments from many of our guests as to the beauty and perfection of the venue. You're not going to find a more outdoorsy, down-home country feel this close to the big city than Ranch Austin.

If there's one main comment I heard at my wedding it was that the venue was absolutely stunning. And I couldn't agree more. I went back and forth for a while about whether the venue cost was worth it but our wedding night proved it was. It was by far my favorite part of the wedding, more than the decor or the flowers. I had a ton of guests from out of town and they had such a great time taking pictures of the longhorns before the ceremony. It was also just a nice occupier while everyone was arriving. The windmill ceremony site couldn't have been better, and we lucked out with nice overcast skies so it wasn't overly sunny, which that site can be. The reception couldn't have been more beautiful with all the lights all over the trees, the outdoor bar, and the lovely bonfire. It really was perfect. I highly recommend this venue. It really was everything we could have ever hoped for, and more.

Ranch Austin was the perfect venue for my late September wedding! It is stunning and does not need a lot of decor. The inside and outside options for dinner, ceremony and reception is endless. Our guests loved the longhorns running around and a few even got out of the fence right before the ceremony started and staff quickly got them together and back safely. You get the venue for up to 12 hours so leaves plenty of time for set up, take down and getting ready in the bridal suite (which is beautiful) and the groomsmen cabin. The grounds are thoroughly cleaned, sprayed for bugs and power washed before each wedding even they have back to back weddings. I would definitely recommend Ranch Austin for any couple looking for a ranch feel wedding. The venue feels far enough out away from civilization but also close enough to Downtown, hotels and restaurants!

My husband and I just got married at Ranch Austin and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. The location is far enough from the city to have that all-to-yourself feel, but still close enough that we were able to stay in and experience downtown Austin. Ranch Austin had everything I was looking for in a venue: options for an outdoor ceremony and reception, gorgeous lawn and reception spaces, and that Texas vibe with longhorns hanging out so close to the party. It was absolutely amazing and even our vendors who had never worked there before kept saying how it was one of the most beautiful venues they’ve ever seen. We are a military couple stationed on the east coast so I was nervous about planning everything so far away but Chris and Katie were always extremely accommodating and responsive whenever I asked questions and made sure that the day of went off without a hitch. Everyone LOVED the venue and we were more than pleased! Thank you so much Ranch Austin for making our wedding day perfect!

This venue was great! Our guests loved being able to be indoors anf outdoors as well. The fire olace was great for our January wedding. The staff were great to work with, and were always available to amswer questions. Scheduling walk throughs was easy as well. Our out of town guests loved the Texas longhorn that were in the nearby pastures as well.

Ranch Austin is such a beautiful venue with incredible owners! They were so easy to work with and accommodating from the first email we exchanged with them. They allowed us, our parents, and our planner all to visit the property multiple times throughout the planning process. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and makes for an ideal "Texas" wedding. Due to weather, we ended up having to move our planned outdoor wedding indoors, which was disappointing but still worked just fine. However, although the capacity says 200, I would not recommend hosting more than ~175 guests indoors if you are also planning on having a buffet and/or a band. I think it would have started to get a bit tight if our guest count had been higher. Overall, a great experience!!

Ranch Austin was absolutely perfection. The team answered all my crazy emails and I was able to go to the venue for planning purposes many, many times before my big day. They're super flexible and accommodating and you can't beat somewhere so close to tons of hotels and restaurants, but still out in the hill country. All of our guests were blown away by this beautiful venue. 100% recommend to anyone wanting a Hill Country wedding, but not wanting to drive out to Dripping Springs.

Wedding Date 9/30/207. Having my wedding at Ranch Austin was a dream come true! The owner and other employee's of Ranch Austin were always extremely helpful and accommodating. They always worked with us to make sure our wedding day was perfect! The features of the property are 5 stars as well! The outdoor space worked extremely well for my wedding. Having that space available in addition to the indoor space was the highlight. We had our reception inside, since it was still a little hot out. Many of the folks that do not enjoy dancing were able to hang out outside while playing some lawn games we had set up. We got so many compliments after the wedding was over about how much everyone loved the venue and enjoyed their time there as a wedding guest. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!

Ranch Austin is a beautiful venue with a great family behind it! From our first visit there we knew we had found our venue! And the longhorns were a great touch! My husband JC and I were married here and the venue was nothing short of perfect. They were so accommodating as we had to change our wedding venue just 3 weeks from our wedding date and they made the transition flawless. In all honesty, I am so glad we had to change venues because having our wedding at Ranch Austin was so much more than what we could have imagined. Indoor and outdoor venue, flexible and friendly staff, absolutely gorgeous scenery - it doesn't get much better than that. Thank you Ranch Austin and your team for sharing your wonderful space with us.

Ranch Austin is a beautiful venue with great family roots. The owner, Chris and his family all do a great job at maintaining the property with care and communicating both kindly and clearly. The venue has several options for the ceremony site and can accommodate a large party. Our ceremony was by the windmill. There is already an arch there with bench seating and some flowers. Our wedding was small at about 50 people and our guests seemed to enjoy being able to utilize the indoor and the outdoor spaces. The string lights are beautiful. It's great that they are already installed as part of the outdoor venue space. The cows were a very cool touch as part of the atmosphere. I can't say enough good things. There are definitely a lot of options and privacy since they honor one event per day with several spaces to utilize during that day.

Ranch Austin is a beautiful venue! The staff is all so nice and very helpful. I was so excited to have my wedding here, and while there were lost of last minute changes due to weather, the night went off without a hitch and it was absolutely perfect. I took some stars away for three really specific reasons. If I had known about these issues going into renting with them, they could have easily had 5 stars. 1. Everything is extra. You are literally paying for JUST the venue and what is on the list above. When I visited, there were a few decorations out that were about hundreds of dollars each to rent if I actually wanted them out on my wedding day. This even included space heaters, which was a little weird to me...my guests have to freeze if I can't afford to include the space heater rentals? 2. It rained ALL day on my wedding day. I was not a huge fan of the rain plan being 100% up to me. It was a little stressful having to make decisions on where to move the ceremony, how the tables would be laid out, etc on the day of my wedding. It would have been nice if the venue had an already established rain plan that they could have presented to me vs having me make the decisions. 3. Lastly, It would have been nice to have a couple of other covered options for pictures. They only have the main ballroom and then a little covered stage on the patio. With 200 guests, the ballroom clearly had to be the holding place for the guests, leaving us the stage outside for our only location for pictures. Not that anyone else will really notice, but all of our pictures-first look, wedding party, family, etc all have the same backdrop since there were no other places to take pictures. All in all, this is a wonderful venue and Chris and Katie are amazing to work with. They made sure that everything flowed despite the horrible weather all day. While it was very tight with 200 guests, they made it work and it was actually a lot more intimate that way, which we loved.

Couldn't be happier with our choice of Ranch Austin for my daughter's June wedding! We live out of state and had so many questions and the Ranch Austin staff was wonderful, answering our questions, getting us measurement details for decorating, etc. We had to move inside at the last minute and we were so glad we had chosen a venue that had enough indoor space for the ceremony! It's great the way Ranch Austin blends an outdoor western feel with simple elegance!
