The entire team at Rancho Guejito made our wedding day an absolute breeze! We were met with unforeseen weather circumstances at an all outdoor wedding venue, but Nicole and the team worked tirelessly the entire day to make sure guests were warm, dry, and came up with creative ways to preserve our wishes for our day, while still keeping everyone comfortable. My husband and I were drawn to this venue because of the stunning backdrops and scenery all around the venue (mountains, greenery, etc) and we were still able to capture those views during our rainy ceremony. One of our favorite parts of the day was being driven up to the “Eagles Nest” to take stunning bride & groom portraits, which is something unique this venue has to offer! I would recommend Rancho Guejito to future friends and others who are looking for a beautiful place with an amazing team to host their big day!

We are SO thankful we chose Rancho Guejito as our wedding venue! The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly set up for weddings, with so many ways to customize your day. From our very first tour, we knew this was the dream venue for us. Nicole, their venue manager, is seriously the best. She made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Nicole is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions along the way. She even drove us up the mountain on our wedding day to take the most gorgeous sunset photos with our photographer! We also love their wine and enjoyed visiting the venue for fun wedding planning date nights leading up to the big day. The staff at Rancho Guejito are all so welcoming and really make you feel at home. Adam, their sommelier, did a wine tasting with us the month before our wedding to help us choose our wines. It was such a fun experience that we truly enjoyed. Rancho Guejito has so much to offer and is an amazing venue. The bridal suite is a huge plus, with the perfect amount of space for all of us to get our hair and makeup done. It even has a mini kitchen that connects to the groom's suite, which was super convenient. Our friends and family had nothing but positive things to say about the venue. We can't wait to visit the winery for years to come and relive our special day!

Rancho Guejito and Nicole's team made for the BEST DAY! They recommended vendors, the entire staff is so friendly, and the wedding wine tasting process was so fun. Parking is easy, the drive isn't too bad, and the property is stunning, with multiple options and flexibility. The bridal suite is beautiful with so much space to get ready. Tables, chairs, and heaters included -- biggest help with budgeting! We are so lucky to have found this place through a friend who had attended a wedding at the same location. We look forward to coming back for weekend events and hopefully another friend's wedding. Thank you!

We had such an amazing experience having our wedding at Rancho Guejito Vineyard! Nicole was extremely attentive and very responsive with any questions we had. The winery is absolutely gorgeous and has so many locations for beautiful and varied photos. The space is large enough to fit a lot of people, but can still feel very intimate with a smaller guest count. We loved having the choice to book whatever vendors we wanted and wound up using quite a few from their preferred vendor list and had great experiences across the board! I would highly recommend Rancho Guejito for your wedding - I also love that since we live in the area we can visit on weekends and get great use of our wine club membership.

When my wife and I started our wedding venue search, it was the second venue that we visited and originally we thought it was too good to be true to find the perfect venue that soon! Our dream venue was one that took advantage of the beautiful San Diego weather, had scenic views, allowed us to include our Corgi, and most importantly would let us bring in our own vendors to make our wedding day exactly how we envisioned it. We fell in love with how we could celebrate our entire day in this beautiful location as it had dedicated spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Not to mention having the bridal and grooms suites onsite made the day stress free. The bridal suite is very spacious and has plenty of vanities for hair and makeup for all the women. The venue coordinator Nicole is incredible to work with. She made venue coordination a breeze, was very responsive to emails, and took care of us on our big day. When purchasing the wine from the venue for our wedding, our Sommelier Adam hosted us for a fantastic wine tasting and really helped us pick the perfect wines to pair with our appetizers and dinner. Lastly, the entire staff at Rancho Guejito was friendly and super helpful throughout all of our planning visits and our big day. When looking for a venue to get married at, I highly recommend putting Rancho Guejito at the top of your list!

From the moment we stepped foot at Rancho Guejito Vineyard, we knew it would be home to our wedding! My (now) husband and I toured over 12 of San Diego’s most popular, outdoor wedding venues and each time we left feeling mostly disappointed. There was either too many restrictions for the price or they required that we follow their template. Needless to say when we stumbled upon Rancho Guejito, it was the biggest breath of fresh air! Not only was Nicole so personable from the moment we met, but all our wishes during the tour were followed with a reassuring ‘Yes!’. We left finally feeling confident that our wedding day would turn out just how we had imagined it! We are huge nature and wine lovers and this place captured that and more! The property transports you to a private, picturesque vineyard. The reception site at night will take your breath away… The property is STUNNING, the team is INCREDIBLE, and Nicole is a dream to work with. Her organized system of communication made us feel at ease throughout our entire wedding planning process. She is a true professional and an absolute gift to the wedding industry! it was no surprise that with her guidance and expertise, our wedding day was executed perfectly. Nicole and her team worked behind the scenes while my husband and I were able to be present with our family. They even offered us last minute heaters when there was a sudden shift in the weather! We had many out of town guests who still rave about the venue today and they have even made online purchases from the winery after our wedding! Walking away from our wedding venue was bittersweet but it brings us so much joy to know we can visit any weekend! Though our paths with Nicole and her team may never cross again, we feel so grateful and blessed that we found each other. We continue to cherish our beautiful photos and relive our favorite day over and over again. If we could give some advice to couples looking for a beautiful, stress free, and magical wedding venue, it would be to look no further, you’ve come to the right place!

Recently got married at Rancho Guejito and I couldn’t recommend this venue more!! First off it is BEAUTIFUL!!! You are surrounded by mountains and vines and it made for amazing photos! We also loved that the space really provided a blank canvas and we had so much freedom to do whatever we wanted with the space. We brought in live music, churros, our own alcohol, our own caterer, and our own rentals so our vision was really able to come to life!! At first I was nervous about the 10pm cutoff but most outdoor venues in San Diego also comply with this rule and after actually going through a wedding as the bride I was exhausted by 10pm lol! The office manager was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. The vendor recommendations were awesome as well as I found a lot of great people that helped bring the party to life. My wedding had a total of 240 people which made me nervous but we fit comfortably in the space and there was room for more. Overall great experience and great views!

Rancho Guejito was the absolute dream venue for our wedding! The venue was absolutely beautiful and Nicole and the whole staff were so friendly, helpful, and warm throughout planning and our actual wedding day. We feel welcomed like family there and the vibe is just perfect. They were flexible and helpful with all of our requests and promptly answered all of our questions - and to boot, their wine is amazing and the wine tasting experience for picking our wedding wines was one of our favorite parts of planning! We are wine club members here and look forward to coming back over and over again to re-live our perfect day.

Rancho Guejito was an excellent venue, from the beauty of the valley and it’s natural setting to the service from Nicole (venue manager) and other vendors she recommended (Dancing DJ & SD Event Planning). Best price of any venue we looked at for over 200 guests, optional bar and any vendor for food catering. The reception area is gorgeous, and perfectly sized even for 250. Photos are great, and you’ve even got the option to go up one of the hills and take photos at the top (venue will drive you)!

A magical experience for us, as the wedding couple, and for our guests. A wedding at Rancho Guejito was the best possible decision we could have made. It was not only the best priced out of the multitude of venues we looked at, not only most beautiful, but also came with an amazing team who made sure our visions became a reality. Nicole and her team were a dream to work with- we could tell they were professionals who were prepared for any possible setbacks. Everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day: the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception flowed absolutely seamlessly. Rancho Guejito provided us with gorgeous pictures and memories and was an experience that our guests still rave about to this day, almost a year later. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the overall experience of my wedding and entire planning process! Nicole is amazing, so responsive, warm and friendly, and felt like just another close friend that was at our wedding. Wedding planning is so stressful as it is to remember to think of EVERYTHING. it came with tons of questions from me which Nicole was quick and happy to answer. The day of the wedding, right before the ceremony, we realized we forgot to get Kahlua for the espresso martinis on our signature cocktails list. Nicole already had DoorDash pulled up on her phone ready to order in time for the reception. A life saver!!! If you’re looking for a beautiful and affordable venue, look no further. Thank you Nicole and Rancho team for everything :)

I can't say enough good things about Rancho Guejito! We just got married there this month, and it was truly the wedding of our dreams. The venue is absolutely stunning—our guests couldn’t stop raving about the breathtaking mountain views and greenery. The two ceremony sites and cocktail area offer incredible backdrops for photos with the gorgeous mountain landscape. The reception space was exactly what we envisioned for our day, with the string lights and vineyards all around it made for a magical evening. The bridal and groom suites were perfect, the bridal suite had multiple vanity stations and lots of natural light and mirrors which made it perfect for getting ready, and the groom’s suite was the perfect party room pre-ceremony for the groomsmen and bridesmaids. What really made everything come together was Nicole. She’s an absolute angel—so thoughtful and dedicated. Nicole and her team truly care about making your special day perfect! If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue with an exceptional team, I highly recommend Rancho Guejito. They’ll make your day unforgettable!

If you're looking for an absolutely beautiful and affordable place to get married look no further! My husband and I got married at Rancho Guejito in 2023 and had the best experience. Nichole and her team were amazing throughout the planning proses, day of and even post wedding. They did not miss a detail and were so helpful in accommodating our dream day! We felt we had the freedom to make our wedding unique to who we are as a couple not just pick from a venue's options. They even gifted us a beautiful wood board with our names and wedding date engraved on it. They truly were such a joy and I highly recommend this venue for anything! Getting married at Rancho Guejito was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding! This was the first place we toured. We actually accidentally came across it on a map looking for a different winery, and I am SO GLAD WE DID! We instantly knew this was where we wanted to get married. Our parents encouraged us to look at many other venues just to make sure and without a doubt we couldn't stop comparing everything to Rancho. To start, Nicole was amazing! We instantly clicked with her, the most friendly and welcoming face, truly the best person for the job. She was so thorough, detailed, quick to respond to any and every question we had, and was so great at encouraging us to make the wedding our own which was important to us. The venue is huge and absolutely stunning, with sooooo many different photo opportunities on the property. A year and a half later we're still having people bring up how beautiful the venue was. To sum up, truly couldn't have asked for a prettier/better venue. Aside from how stunning and perfect the venue is, truly, working with Nicole was also what sold us on this place, the best of the BEST. Side note, it's so fun having a venue you can come back to! We loved getting to go wine tasting there for our anniversary. It is an incredibly fun and family/dog friendly place to enjoy your afternoons and reminisce on your perfect day :)

We recently had our wedding at Rancho Guejito, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with its breathtaking views and beautifully landscaped grounds providing a magical backdrop for our special day. Nicole, the manager, was incredibly flexible and kind, making the entire process seamless. Finding a venue for an Indian wedding can be expensive and complicated, with numerous intricacies to navigate (e.g., fire, rice, sound, guest count etc). However, Rancho Guejito accommodated all our needs effortlessly, ensuring every detail was handled with care. It truly was the ideal place for our big day, and we couldn't have imagined a more gorgeous setting!

I recently worked as a DJ at Rancho Guejito and I thoroughly enjoyed working with their venue manager/coordinator, Nicole. From start to finish Nicole was there and ready to help me with anything I needed and she was very attentive and personable while doing so. The weather was not ideal and so that can pose many challenges but Nicole and Rancho Guejito were well-organized and had a plan which made my job so much easier for me. If you are looking for a great venue for an awesome, then Rancho Guejito with Nicole at the helm is a safe bet! Thank you for everything Nicole!

I fondly recall our initial visit to Rancho Guejito, where the captivating mountain views and lush greenery left us in awe. As we departed, we exchanged a knowing glance, affirming, "This is it." The venue presents two stunning ceremony options that have mountain views as backdrops. The cocktail area offers a mesmerizing view of the sunset caressing the mountains, while the reception area boasts turf, a charming pergola, string lights, and illuminated arches along the entry walkway. The venue's two getting-ready suites are equally impressive – their airy bridal suite with beautiful vanity stations and the sleek space for the groom was perfect for capturing memorable moments. Additionally, the venue offers multiple picturesque locations, providing ample opportunities for capturing stunning photographs. Beyond the venue's aesthetic allure, what truly sealed the deal for us was Nicole. Her welcoming demeanor allowed us to envision our special day from our first meeting. Our wedding to place last month and despite challenges arising from our chosen coordinator that was not referred from the venue and we regret not working with the coordinator they recommend. Nicole and her team voluntarily and graciously step in to ensure our day could  proceed as seamlessly as possible. Their dedication extended beyond the wedding day, with ongoing support and assistance. Rancho Guejito is not just a beautiful venue; it houses an exceptional team. I'm immensely grateful that we chose this venue, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every bride. A heartfelt thank you to Nicole and her staff for making our wedding day!

We had the most beautiful wedding of all time at Rancho Guejito!! My husband and I had a long list of needs: outdoors, able to have a live band, large guest count, and gorgeous setting-- Rancho Guejito was the only venue that ticked all of those boxes and we are so lucky it did! Nicole and her team were amazing at helping our vision come to life, answering all of our many questions with patience and intelligence. We made use of the full property and were able to give our guests the most unique experience. Guests raved about the location, the wine, and everything that went with the experience. We are so happy we chose Rancho Guejito for our wedding venue! It was so fun to be able to customize our wedding exactly how we wanted (there was no required list of vendors we needed to use), and of course the venue itself is beautiful with the mountains and vineyards. The space was able to easily handle a 200+ person wedding while still making it feel intimate yet not overcrowded. Nicole, the venue manager, was so professional throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to emails. She made the whole process feel easy and we really enjoyed working with her. We were married at Rancho Guejito on 09/23/2023 and had the most amazing time; it was the perfect venue for our special day! It was the first venue we toured and we immediately fell in love with the property and the amazing views. First of all, Nicole the wedding venue manager is the absolute best!!! She makes the wedding planning process so easy by offering a list of preferred vendors, answers all your questions and emails almost instantly, and makes you feel like you’re family. My husband and I fell in love with rancho guejito the second we pulled up in our car. We had seen this venue on countless “suggested” venues in San Diego, but had never been to the actual winery/location. You feel like you’re tucked away in the countryside with all of these beautiful views surrounding you. We loved being able to do our cocktail area in one area, and have our guests venture over to a different location on the site for the reception. I can’t even count how many guests commented on how beautiful the location was. We got married at the end of July when it was pretty hot and humid, but we were having so much fun it didn’t matter!! You HAVE to just go and visit to see for yourself how you feel being at this spot, and you’ll just *know* it’s the perfect place to celebrate your big day.♥️

Rancho Guejito was amazing!!! Not only is the venue beautiful and picturesque, but the staff is absolutely top notch. Nicole, the venue manager, is one of the most organized and helpful people I've ever met. She provided us with answers to all of our questions, recommendations on other vendors (all of whom we loved), and support throughout the entire planning process. I had my dream wedding at Rancho Guejito! Nicole, the venue manager makes you feel so special and welcome throughout the months of planning. Their communication is fast and helpful. The venue is heaven on earth and I had the best day ever. It was nice to be able to bring in all of our own vendors and also chose from a top tier list provided by Nicole. They provide tables and chairs and can rent out many other things that you may need. The wine is top tier, there was no need to serve any other kind of alcohol. I love the view from the Ceremony lawn. And walking to the reception lawn is quick and gorgeous. You really feel like you get the destination wedding vibe without going too far. I am so sad that this day is over, I cannot wait to visit RG again!

Overall I would recommend this venue to anyone. It was one of the very few venues in San Diego, CA within our budget and we feel that we got our money's worth. My husband and I really enjoyed the outdoor venue and the scenery with the mountains and vineyards. We picked the hottest day of the year to get married it seemed like so try to stay aware from the summer/early fall months since there is limited shade. Unfortunately, since it was so hot outside even the bridal room was warm and at times my wedding party and myself were uncomfortable in the room getting ready for the ceremony. I do have to say the wine is very good though! We had a lovely wine tasting and selected wines to be available during the wedding and it was really nice to have that option. The communication between Nicole and myself was very good as well. I would have very specific questions/concerns and she would always get back to me quickly and I appreciated this a ton. The only downside to this venue was they did not have an ice machine so we were responsible for bringing ice for the entire guest list. Costco ended up being the best deal, however, supplying ice for your wedding is not something that is super fun to stress about close to your wedding day. My favorite things about this venue and our wedding was the natural scenery provided so much greenery and a beautiful backdrop that we did not need to spend extra money on decorations/flowers. We had very minimal flowers and decorations, but you could not notice the difference since the vineyard was so beautiful. Helped us save money too! If you are looking for a venue that won't break your bank account yet still have the photos and experience of your dreams you should book with Rancho Guejito!

From the start Nicole and her team were absolutely amazing, we originally lost our first venue just a few months before the wedding and luckily Rancho Guejito had availability for our specific date. It was great because we had already organised all of our own vendors and we needed to find a place where we could bring in everything we had organised and paid deposits for. The venue is amazing, the bridal suite where we got ready was beautiful with backlit mirrors, couches, and even a little kitchenette… There were multiple areas that we could choose to have the reception and the ceremony, which made it so much more special. One of my prerequisites was that the place look magical ie. Have a lot of fairy lights and Rancho Guejito surely does have that in all of the areas, even including the little archways walking from the ceremony/cocktail hour area to the reception area through the vineyard. Very magical. It was really great as well because we had a large number of guests, and therefore had to be able to have the space and enough tables and chairs to allow for comfort. Being that our wedding was in November, it was a little bit chilly, and thankfully they had a lot of heaters. Also, another amazing thing is that there are multiple areas where you can go and do first look and or private vows and get some really amazing photographs. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone that is considering using it.

Rancho Guejito was the fairy tale wedding I always dreamed of! Nicole and staff was AMAZING, professional and just a pure joy to work with during a busy wedding planning season. My now Husband and i CANNOT thank you all enough for this amazing experience here. And we seriously cannot wait to come back here to visit for wine tasting. It is purely a special place to be.

If there is such a thing as a perfect day, it was our wedding day at this beautiful vineyard. <3 Jonathan, Melissa, and the rest of the team were more than accommodating--responding quickly to our questions as well as ensuring that our special day went smoothly. We always envisioned having an outdoor wedding and this venue had it all AND more! You are surrounded by gorgeous greenery and beautiful mountains. The north lawn was perfect for our ceremony and the south lawn was a dream for our reception of 141 guests. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking. So many amazing views that it would be impossible to take a "bad" photo anywhere!! More than anything, Jonathan and his team are some of the nicest people in the biz. It really meant a lot for us to be able to trust our vendors, and I can honestly say that we did wholeheartedly. Thank you Rancho Guejito for making our wedding a dream come true! <3

We heard about this place from a friend/ wedding coordinator. Being wine lovers who love exploring escondido wines we were super interested. My fiance called and spoke with Irena and made an appt for us to tour the place. After that phone call he had a great feeling about Rancho Guejito and knew it would be the one. So we went on a Sunday and Irena took us around and answered all of our questions. It was raining and foggy but the venue still looked gorgeous! We spent hours there tasting the wine and talking with the girls who work there. We felt that this venue had everything we had been searching for! It's a beautiful, green setting which is what I wanted and they are flexible with vendors so we can really customize our wedding exactly how we want. And the wine is pretty great too. We booked it that next week and are so excited to get into the next phase of planning! Thank you Irena and staff for helping us find our perfect place and I can't wait till March 2020!!!
