As you enter the twenty-five acre property through its own private winding road, you will be captured by the charm of nature that comes from beautiful mature trees and over 80 palms trees making it a magical setting. The property offers a fully furnished 1952 colonial style home with hardwood and natural stone floors, beautifully painted walls, a chimney, a bar, full island kitchen and social areas.

Horrible experience. Poor communication, pushy personalities and attitude, dishonest, and manipulative. Don't let these crooks, both manager Ana and Christina, take your hard earne...
d money. They are the most dishonest and manipulative people I have worked with. Don't be fooled by their fake interest in your wedding, the manager Ana and Christina only want your money. They will NOT help you in any way, shape, or form that does not gain them profit or is inconvenient for them. They will make empty promises and are not trust worthy. They have no interest in making your wedding hassle-free. They set the terms and if you don't agree with them, then tough luck. No flexibility.
We regretfully planned to have a wedding there. Unfortunately, we didn't listen to our gut and took the risk. BIG MISTAKE. Please take this advice and save your money. You WILL REGRET working with Ana and Christina. They do NOT show up on time, they CANCEL appointments made far in advance (such as food tastings and flower decorations) a day before and make almost everything difficult. They will NOT be flexible with you unless its regarding dropping off a check for them. And if you have a question regarding your wedding and their services, good luck getting a text or call back till days later. Every-time my partner and I called, emailed or texted, there was NO response until days and at times a week later. However, when it pertained to giving payments toward our balance, we were promptly reminded with a text/call/voicemail that our payment was due the next day. The fastest communication I ever had with Ana and Christina was regarding payments, not my fiance and I's questions or concerns.
Also, If anything goes wrong regarding your wedding, it will be YOUR fault, not theirs. They will NOT assist you in any way. Ana and Christina are greedy, shallow, cold-hearted and manipulative. It will ALWAYS be at YOUR expense and they will NEVER take any responsibility for any of THEIR short comings. They will play the victim and not offer any sensible solutions to their shortcomings.
Of course, they will present "several available options" that are one-sided and favor ONLY their business. You just have to hope their decisions work for you and your fiance. It is very obvious that both Cristina and Ana are in the wrong business of helping couples accomplish their dream wedding. Many around town are also aware of their negative reputation.
Also, I noticed most of the comments here from you Cristina and Ana that say that the couples decided to "cancel" their weddings during the COVID pandemic. Very inaccurate and deceitful to claim that we and other couples "canceled". Let me explain. What really happens in a "cancellation" is that Cristina agrees to return to you an insignificant, small percentage (which is about $200) of your security deposit and first payment (which totals to about $2000+) as long as you sign a cancellation form stating you "want to cancel". If you do not sign the cancellation form, you will not receive ANY money back. During the COVID Pandemic we were offered to postpone our wedding date with almost a months notice!! However, we had tried to reschedule months earlier but they declined as it was not suitable for THEM. Dear Cristina and Ana, please be honest and stop portraying that clients "canceled". They "canceled" because of YOUR lack of flexibility and inability to develop a proper and reasonable plan during the COVID pandemic.

ts of green and highly maintained. The lady that was there was super nice, gave us an extra 15 min because we got there a little late. We forgot the Off Spray for Mosquitoes and they provided some as well as bottled water. The lights where turned on and they came out beautifully as a backdrop to our pictures.
Save your money before you lose it!
Beautiful venue but my fiancé and I are very disappointed with how they handled this pandemic (COVID-19). We had a lot of unanswered questions...
and still do. The owner did not have a plan for another wave (if any). I am very glad with our decision to cancel our July 4 wedding, Which over time it became easier because she made our day less special.
If any couples out there decide to go with this venue, I recommend you ask a lot of questions. Read that contract Word for Word, be sure to get everything in writing from the day you tour, to the moment you sign, and most importantly make sure there won’t be another active God in the future. Although the owner states that she cared enough and “offered” me other dates. She didn’t work with what I wanted (the paying client/ the bride).
My fiancé and I never understood and Ana could not explain why she was offering new clients 2021, 2022 dates, and she couldn’t work with her current clients and their wishes. In the end it isn’t what YOU want, it’s what the owner (Ana) wants.
After posting my review on their Facebook page they quickly deleted it. Rest assured this business will never be considered again along with our families and everyone socially tied to it.
The venue is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding at Rancho La Pergola! Ana and Cristina were very sweet and helpful. The entire night ran smoothly...
and they did such an amazing job making the ceremony and reception look amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and we had the time of our lives.
