Randall Oaks Golf Club

We had a bit of a rocky start with Randall Oaks. They had a switch in coordinators, and our wedding sort of got lost in translation. Once Kim got a hold of us though, everything fell wonderfully in place. The chef put together a custom menu just to fit our theme! The food was delicious, guests just kept telling us how fantastic everything tasted! They accommodated for several of our vegan guests and provided a kids meal as well. At the rehearsal the day before, Kim met with us and helped our officiant wrangle up our very large, disorderly wedding party. She then took all of our decorations and had them set up for us, so when we came in the day of, everything was exactly as we wanted it. On wedding day, it rained, and they quickly moved everything inside and set it up so that we didn’t miss a beat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, constantly asking what they could do or get for us. We really felt special and had barely any stress. After the party ended and the lights came on, they sprang into action, helping our families take everything down and pack it away. When everything was said and done, they were very helpful, inclusive, and budget friendly. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married. They certainly gave us a wedding we will never forget.

Scheduled a viewing of this venue for my daughter's wedding. It was raining the day we visited and made it quite clear that not having a covered area near the main doors will leave your guests soaking wet should it rain on your big day. The Room is "L" shaped which segregates your guests. Those seated on one end of the room will not be able to see the guests on the other end. The room was set up for a wedding with approx 140 guests and a dance floor when we viewed it. Their were 9 and 10 chairs crammed around tables fit for a maximum of 8 people. The chairs were touching! The room was crowded and there were no bars or DJ equipment in there yet. Guests would have to walk by a big poster advertising "budget weddings", the course bar, a snack window, and a popcorn machine to get to the banquet room. The room does have a nice view of the course on one side, and the parking lot on another. We were not impressed at all.

Randall Oaks is a beautiful venue with a wonderful staff. Everything that we wanted and could have asked for was done with care and accuracy. Our reception was beautiful and Denise was amazing to work with. We still can't believe everything we got for the price we paid. The food was delicious and with a great selection. We would recommend Randall Oaks to any wedding couple looking for a venue.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor space was exactly what I wanted in an outdoor ceremony. Unfortunately, whenever I wanted to get ahold of Denise, she was always out of the office. I obviously had bad timing. The wedding ceremony was perfect; however, at the reception the wedding cake was dry, and the food was ok.

Our wedding at Randall Oaks was perfect!! We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Denise made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She was extremely attentive to my groom and me, especially on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious. The service was great. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they've been to. I would recommend Randall Oaks to anyone!

I am so in love with how our wedding turned out, mostly due to Randall Oaks!! Denise was absolutely outstanding and the venue itself is super affordable and the food is high class!! We called SO many places and Randall Oaks was half the price, and I still have people telling me how absolutely beautiful my Wedding was!!! Hey nice thing too is that Denise gives you names of people that she works with and you can get your flowers, DJ, photographer, and cake all done without spending countless hours searching. It was like a one stop shop! Don't let the different L shape layout of the banquet room fool you, it was completely perfect!!

Randall Oaks is beautiful!!! Denise was truly a huge help. So helpful and nice and had so many suggestions. She answers all of my millions of questions through the process and made sure our wedding day was perfect!!! She walked everyone through the steps.

Randall oaks was an awesome choice. It's affordable, the staff are all very nice and it's a pretty venue. They give the option for a gazebo wedding (at an extra cost) which is pretty. Unfortunately it rained on my wedding day and we had to move inside. Everything was moved quickly and looked very nice. We even got a refund for the gazebo since we didn't get to use it. They also make its worry free for the bride! And the food was delicious!!

I had an excellent experience planning my wedding at Randall Oaks. We planned our wedding in less than 3 months but Randall Oaks was able to flexibly work with us. We had several dietary requests, including my gluten free meal and cake, that they handled with ease. The food was very good and the service and timing was superior. The outdoor ceremony area was perfect and the golf course provided ample picture opportunities. Everyone was very helpful, organized, and detail oriented. They set up everything perfectly with a minimum of direction needed. Excellent service and value!

The location is beautiful! We had a wonderful time. They are very accomodating to clients - allowed us to stay until 1 pm so that we could celebrate New Years. They give you the option to have a payment plan. The food was deliciious. The drinks were plenty. The staff was so helpful!
