We are so thankful for finding her early in the process and having the pleasure of working with her and experiencing her professionalism, her eye for detail and her ability to "sweetly" direct and guide us all! pick a single thing; I just pointed my guests to my planner and said to compliment her. My planner, Lauren, did a great job picking the flowers, linens, food, DJ, bartenders, you name it. Every time she suggested something, it was just perfect, which made the process super easy. And, the whole team at Randi Events is involved in the process. No matter who you talk to, they are all up to speed on your event. Our night was absolutely perfect and I believe our guests will remember it as much as we will due to all the special touches.

Randi Events is the full planning service: Summer answered every email in detail, met me in person several, several times to go over details; made changes, more changes, and sometimes went back to the original plan as I changed my mind, and was always made me feel like our wedding was her most important event. Our day was more than I could have ever imagined- and if anything went wrong, Summer made sure I didn't know unless I absolutely needed to know (which was nothing major at all!). Randi Events will coordinate the timing of all your vendors and take care of those details that a bride should not be stressing over weeks before the wedding. They also don't try and continuously up-sell you- when we had budget restraints, Summer worked with us to cut costs while not taking away from our overall vision. Sadly Summer is no longer with Randi Events and my only complaint comes after she left- unfortunately our cake knife, which was the same knife my parents used at their wedding, never made it to us after the wedding. When I reached out to Randi Events about the lost knife, while they did email back there was no real concern or apology about this- our event was over, so they no longer had to worry about us (which is why I took away a star). We never got our knife back which is very sad since it was the only family piece that was passed down to our wedding and we had planned to pass down as well.

They are definitely not amateurs but are still very reasonably priced and not once did I feel Sarah Ann wasn't listening or going against my budget. I couldn't say enough great things about Randi Events and wish I had more things they could plan!

e to make the invoice match my budget and was very flexible to meet with us whenever we flew into town. I have received compliments from all of my bridesmaids about how easy of a bride I was, especially on the wedding day. That was because of these ladies! They made sure that everything was taken care of and flowed smoothly. Even when I did start to get a little stressed, they noticed that, and started asking the groom to make some small decisions so I could relax! And did I mention my venue had multiple levels and a lot of steps.....they got their workout in for my wedding! Thanks so much ladies. We could not have done it without you!!!!!

hat I wanted and was able to make it happen (and stay on budget). Brittany was always willing to meet, respond to late night emails and work with me when I changed my mind, of my mother or mother in law changed their minds! She was happy to respond to emails with parents CC'd and made them all feel very comfortable about price and the "style" of the wedding. I had Brittany as my day of reception coordinator and she truly went above and beyond! I was speechless (and that does not happen often!) when I walked into our venue she had turned it into everything I wanted and more! She was also very attentive that night as to what my husband or I needed. She was also very flexible with our schedule and made sure we fit everything in! Randi Events was also the company we used for our event rentals and I would highly recommend them for that as well! Randi - the owner of the company even exchanged emails with my Dad (who is a lawyer) when we wanted to discuss the contract and any "concerns" he had. This is truly a phenomenal company that is trustworthy, approachable and produces GREAT results!

ike what I had in my head and to coordinate everything to run so smoothly. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, the food was delicious, and we had so much fun we almost didn't want to leave. I truly cannot say enough about this company and the people in it. I will tell everyone I know that they are the best in town!

to the table things I never thought about. It was obvious Julia actually heard me and my ideas. I never felt like she was just doing what she wanted. But when I didn't know what to do (e.g. table cloth colors, lights or chandeliers) she had hundreds of options. I've been married 5 weeks and STILL our wedding guests talk about how amazing our wedding planner was. She catered to us hand and foot the day of the wedding. Whether it was making sure we had drinks in our hands or one of our family members needing advil. She was ON IT! Most fun and professional vendor we worked with!
