looking for: sound, lighting, and photo booth. Before the wedding, Ryan sent us a detailed planning form and met with us to talk about it. On the day, Ryan played excellent music based on what we put on the planning form and had our guests out on the dance floor! Highly recommend!!

What surprised me the most is how helpful and supportive they were during the reception itself. From the moment I walked into the venue, Ryan and his assistant make sure everything stayed on track which really allowed me to enjoy the moment. You won't regret this choice!

he reception, our guests were ages 1 to 97 and Ryan kept everyone dancing all night long! He even helped me get food so I wouldn't spill all over my dress. He is so friendly, professional, and great at his job!

hat direction I wanted to go in then. So easy to talk to, easy to get ahold of and very very very responsive. I ended up adding them for an extra hour, monogram and extra hour photo booth ( which I’ll get into later). Fast forward to 2 weeks before the wedding. I reach out to Ryan because I didn’t have a wedding coordinator and didn’t know where to start on times, when to do events etc. He sends like an 8 page booklet of everything you could think of that you would or want to incorporate in your reception. If you don’t want to do them you don’t have to if you plan on doing them then you just number what order you want them to be in. It helps you brainstorm everything from an order where you want your wedding party to come in what song what song for Cake cutting, what song for your first dance, bouquet toss, what song for the first song of the night etc….. IT MADE IT SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL FOR ME!!!! Fast forward to the day of the wedding, I texted Ryan when we were on our way to the reception and he was outside waiting to greet us when we pulled in. We walked in reception and Ryan and other Ryan (MC, also awesome) we’re there to make sure they had the order right and the names correct. FLAWLESS grand entrance. Jumped right into speeches and dinner like I wanted. Ryan (DJ) carried my plate for me so I didn’t have to worry. They checked on me ALL NIGHT LONG to make sure I didn’t need anything. They keep you on schedule with how you wanted your events so you don’t skip anything you wanted… Now, let’s talk about this photo booth. Freaking amazing. There was a line ALL NIGHT LONG. The coolest mirror thing ever, latest technology, pictures sent to your phone, high quality picture printed with the frame that matches your invite ( which you send a pic to Ryan after you order them and then he sends it to his designer for you to pick which one you like). We got SO MANY COMPLEMENTS!! Plus the photo album was great to look at the next day since we were so busy and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as our guests did which is okay! People were dancing all night long. I’m not joking they made our wedding the best night ever, we will never forget. I would hire them every single time for anything you would possibly need a DJ for. LOOK PAST THE MONEY. THEY ARE SO WORTH IT YOU WILL REGRET NOT BOOKING WITH THEM!!! I love y’all so much and thank you again so much my friends! ❤️

The set up they had was amazing, we loved the ambiance lighting around the room. Everyone was dancing all the way to the end of the reception! What was also awesome was my reception had two separate rooms and they were able to accommodate for both rooms with a smaller set up for the speeches. The photo mirror was everyone’s favorite thing at the wedding and always had a line. I would recommend Ryan for anyone’s wedding!

seen. Our wedding was downsized to 1/4 of its original size because of the pandemic, but Ryan was flexible with the last minute changes and made our small event a total blast until the very end. We also rented the photo mirror, which was a hit and truly made the party for everyone! has the best equipment and the photo booth is AMAZING! It’s touch screen, digital and high tech! It prints the photos out in seconds and it does not take up much space. Our guests loved it!! We told him what we wanted for our wedding and what songs and genres we had in mind and it couldn’t have been more perfect. He hit it right on! You can't beat superior fire power and music selection. He is an owner operator, with that you get way better quality than a service that just signs you up with "someone who is available" for your night. Seriously, base your wedding date on his availability over a venue, I promise you won't regret it.

He and Shaun (MC) kept the dance floor full with their interactive style and ability to read the room. We had a tricky room with it being a massive space with high ceilings and they made sure the sound quality was amazing and it was! They also were so helpful with making sure I made it down the aisle at just the right time with the music. The lighting aspect was top notch and creating a great atmosphere. My husband and I were also so impressed with the fact that both Ryan and Shaun made sure to help us get food during our strolling dinner, which was totally unexpected and we loved that they did that! I highly recommend R & R Sound and Lighting!!

When my husband and I entered our entire wedding was on the dance floor waiting for us, many people told us it was the best entrance they had ever seen. They read the room beautifully and kept the dance floor packed all night. I can’t say enough good things, we are so happy we hired them!

I’ve been to a couple weddings where the DJ rushes the announcements, the cake cutting and the first dance but ours was nothing like that. Everything flowed nicely and me as a bride, was not worried about a thing which was great. They knew exactly what songs to play at the beginning of the wedding, the middle and the end. They did an amazing job! We got in all the formal dances at exactly the right time. They even did the sound for our ceremony. On top if that, Ryan and his staff made the plate for me and my wife and brought it to the head table. If we ever need a DJ again for any event, R&R will be the first and only call we make.

Even though, their equipment and pricing was great, it was Ryan's personality that won us over. When we met with Ryan, we felt like we were meeting up with a friend for coffee. He was super organized, outgoing, professional, and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for in a DJ. During the planning process, he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made me feel like I had one less thing to worry about. I love the fact that Ryan has Sean with him to MC. They were a great team! Sean was hilarious and knew how to get the party started. Both Ryan and Sean offered to serve us our food, get us drinks, and anything else that we may have needed. We had many people compliment how awesome the lighting was and how amazing our DJs were. Our dance floor was packed all night. Many of our friends have told us how much fun our wedding was and we owe it all to R&R! Music was one of the areas we cared most about and they definitely exceeded our expectations. I would choose them over and over again in a heart beat! They have excellent reviews for a reason.
