o be absolutely perfect, and I found that perfection with Randy Allen. Randy is as professional as they come. He set the mood during our ceremony like I couldn't believe! I had a very particular set of songs that I wanted for my walk to the alter and he said that learning them wouldn't be a problem at all! I was so awestruck that he took the time to learn songs that were meaningful to me just to make my special day even more special. On top of that, the tone and volume of his voice perfectly complemented the ceremony in a way that neither me or my guests could believe. I've been to weddings before where it seems like the musician is trying to be the star of the show, but Randy was so professional it was like he knew exactly how to use his music to shine the spotlight and put the focus on the ceremony and not himself. His repertoire of songs was jaw dropping. The way he could switch between a sweet slow serenade for my first dance with my husband to uptempo popular dance music for the reception was truly amazing. It seemed like he never was even close to running out of unique music and he made it look effortless! In addition to his clearly masterful grasp of the art of putting on a top tier wedding performance, Randy seemed to be an all around great guy. There was a lot of last minute rushing around and any time my husband or I asked him for something we were met with "No problem", "I can absolutely do that", or "Don't worry, I'll make the change". It was truly stress relieving to know that he was on top of the music and it was one less thing I had to worry about. I guess that's what happens when you've been in the business so long; knowing how to adapt your performance to fit the situation is just second nature. I could not be more happy with Randy Allen and the amazing music he was able to provide for my wedding. I now understand why he comes so highly recommended. All the praise for his work is very well deserved and I'm so happy that I can share my experience of having a wedding musician who is one of the best in the business.

Prior to the wedding Randy was always very responsive and worked with us to pick out songs etc. The day of the wedding Randy showed up early and was all set up before things started to get busy. He played both the ukulele and sang with his guitar during our ceremony and reception. His music and voice is really great and just an awesome guy to be at your wedding. Highly recommend.

I always knew that if I ever got married, I wanted Randy Allen to sing at my wedding so it was truly a blessing to have him be a part of our special day. As Randy was finishing up, and we were transitioning into our formal program, we ran into technical difficulties, the sound just would not work. Randy offered to leave his iPad for us to use and he even offered to download all our songs. Who does that? Only a KIND, SWEET, CARING person. We are truly blessed to have had him sing at our wedding! If you are thinking about hiring Randy, we highly recommend him! You will no be disappointed! Earlier this year, one of our guest from my son's birthday party called me to get Randy's contact number because her niece was getting married and she raved to her about Randy Allen when he sang at the birthday party. After he was finished playing at our ceremony (during dinner hour), Randy asked me if I had my playlist for the remainder of our reception. Well, I did, but the audio was not playing when connected to my tablet. Nor was it playing when connected to my laptop (which was for our slideshow!!!) I was stressing out and the program was getting delayed. Randy was with me the entire time trying to troubleshoot the problem, and kept saying how bad he felt for us. He wasn't even able to eat since he was trying to help us out. He even offered to leave us one of his ipads since that was working, and offered to download all the songs for us. Can you beleive it? It wasn't even Randy's problem, but he sacrificed dinner and his time for us. Things eventually worked out when our catering manager got involved. I was also working on a gift I wanted to surprise my husband with, so I talked to Randy about singing the 'Traditional Hawaiian Wedding Song' by Elvis and I was going to hire a hula dancer to dance to the song and when in the ceremony I wanted them to perform. Randy made it happen it was all so very beautiful, we couldn't be more happy with how everything came together that day it was flawless!! Hire him he's very easy to work with, you will not be disappointed!!

my wedding planner Neu Events. He was very responsive with all emails. We grew up on 80s and 90s music. His play list for the reception was so great. All of our guests kept asking, "where did you find him?". It was one great song after another. I was so glad he did our first dance, it made it even more special. I wish we had one camera just recording his entire performance so I can replay it over and over. I did not really get to sit and listen to him sing during cocktail hour because we were taking our formal photos, so a week later we went to Tiki's to catch him perform. He was so great and even sat down with us for a drink during his break. He was so worth it and made our reception so much more memorable.

He can play anything from Frank Sinatra to 90's R&B, Journey, anything current and the list goes on. He really can sing anything and sounds GREAT at every genre. Throughout the whole day I had numerous people of all ages and musical tastes tell me how amazing he was (even grandma!). Besides his obvious musical abilities, he is just a great guy. He went so above and beyond for us, it was incredible. Not only did he learn a few songs for us for the ceremony, but he did me a personal favor and learned a very obscure song for our first dance. I only gave him a 2 day heads up that we had changed this song. I never expected him to learn it and was prepared to play the song off of the computer, but he surprised us and played it. I cannot thank him enough for that, as I MUCH preferred Randy's version to the original. My husband and I are also avid karaoke singers and wanted to sing a song for our guests at the reception. Randy learned the song, played the instrumentals and had the lyrics loaded up on his ipad for us to sing. It was an amazing moment that was truly unforgettable; it would not have been possible without him. I cannot say enough good things about Randy. Our day would not have been what it was without him. He sang and played instrumentals beautifully during the ceremony, and he played perfect music throughout the cocktail hour and reception that was diverse and appropriate for the ambiance we were going for. I would recommend Randy a million times. Do not look any further!!

We’d discussed the end time in advance, but he remained totally flexible and happy to stay and perform a bit longer, which we really appreciated. These are all questions to consider to provide an ideal wedding not only for you, but your guests as well who are privileged enough to share your most cherished of days. We chose the latter. I, the very lucky groom, am a professional musician myself. So the obvious choice for me was live music. My wife and I had done an ample amount of research and had reluctantly narrowed it down to two. The first choice had a very appealing social media profile and videos. And being from out of state, we asked some questions regarding set lists and requests. Fortunately, we were very disappointed. Fortunately disappointed is an odd choice when making comments regarding entertainment, but we were to the definition, very fortunate. Randy was kind enough to grant us an audition via Skype. We had prepared a few requests and all were answered and performed beautifully. Suffice it to say, he was hired promptly after the audition. The day of our ceremony, Randy showed up before our agreed time to setup his gear and get situated. The agreement was for Randy to perform throughout the event and we could tack on more time if need be. Everything was perfect. He was great and only added to the awesomeness that my wife had spent so many months planning. So great in fact, that we asked for him to stay additionally to what we had agreed. The guests loved him, and more importantly my wife and I loved him. He even was kind enough to be in some of the pictures. Randy is one of the most professional musicians I have ever encountered and I would recommend him to anyone regardless of the event. Punctuality, professionalism and just a love for what he does are what make Randy great. It was Randy Allen. Since that evening, every time we are visiting, we check Randy's events calendar on his website and try to see him as much as we can. His voice sounds very similar to Babyface, and he can ultimately sing any song ranging from Eric Clapton, Bruno Mars to Rihanna. In fact, Randy sounds better than the orginal/recorded song itself. I just recently had my wedding in Waikiki this summer (my favorite place on earth) and we had to have Randy perform on our special day. As expected, he did an AMAZING job and all of our friends/family were blown away by his talent! Having Randy Allen perform at our wedding was the best decision we made and we will continue to come back and see him perform. We are his biggest fans!

He took the time to sit and talk to us that evening, he listened to what we wanted and got to know us. He was exactly what we were looking for and we were so fortunate to find him! ul and soulful, he performed for long stretches of time, and he was super accommodating in the weeks and days before the wedding as I kept flip-flopping as to how long I wanted him to play, and which songs for key times during the reception. His sound was so full - which I was really glad about, since I was also worried about just hiring one entertainer. I would recommend him to anyone at any venue! I was so relieved that I could just enjoy the day and know that the music was spectacular! Thanks Randy!!! :)
