They were responsive, easy to book, and one the day of the wedding they were there first thing as soon as the venue had opened up to set up the drapes! I just wished I could have given you a hug and chit chat a bit but the day was busy and Im glad I was able to wave a "Hi" to them as they were setting up the drapes!

I kept adding new things to my list for them to do, like pin spots, uplighting, gobo and even then nothing was misunderstood, everything was on point, how and where I wanted it. The day of the event they got in the venue did their job and did not even bother me at all with questions as to what I wanted, they got there and they knew exactly what they were doing. I really recommend this company for your draping and lighting needs they do a very well and professional job. Roxanne is the sweetest and she is always there to answer any questions.

We had to cancel some stuff towards the end and he changed and had the whole process flow without any question. That day would not have been as great as it was without him.

used fabulous lighting that transformed a big cavernous room into a beautiful, intimate setting. It made a HUGE difference in the feel. The job was also difficult to set up but the crew did a great job of setting up lights that looked like they were part of the permanent fixtures. I would highly recommend Randy Ro for your lighting needs.

They did all of the collaboration with the church, showed up on time, worked late into the night before the wedding, stayed with us throughout, and left the facility as they found it - so that we received 100% of our deposit back. True professionals. I will use them again given the opportunity. I won't even shop them against others. PS - formalizing this space allowed us to use the church's space vs. a hotel ballroom - which saved us thousands of dollars.
