the process of finding a resort that made us comfortable. We wanted an all-inclusive, adults only resort with private villas. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to find that in our price range but Randi was very helpful in helping us find one that exceeded our dream vacation. We ended up at Cocobay Resort in Antigua which was romantic, low-key and beautiful. She supported us in understanding regulations leading up to our trip which was very helpful. She got us a room upgrade too! Then, on our way home our flight was delayed and she reached out and solved the issue with the airline and supported us through that whole process. I would absolutely recommend using Randi for her extensive knowledge of resorts and her ability to take all the planning off our hands and keeping in mind travel regulations.

n care of throughout the planning process and during the trip. She helped out when we were unhappy with a room in Florence and got us the best upgrade of our entire honeymoon, to a bi-level suite. Randi is extremely attentive and responsive, and she checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our honeymoon was totally stress free thanks to Randi. We cannot recommend her enough, and we look forward to using her again for future vacations!

di suggested a great number of places, including some on different islands (we had told her we'd be interested in looking elsewhere as well). Randi highly and personally recommended the Iberostar Grand in Jamaica and we ended up booking travel there. It was certainly less expensive working with Randi than it would have been to book things on our own and as prices dropped later in the year, Randi was able to adjust, which also saved us money! We did run into one issue where I was not able to check-in online before the flight, but Randi was very responsive and helpful when I called her in a panic and we were able to print our boarding passes with no problem at the airport and made our flight without any rush. Our resort was absolutely gorgeous and the food was maybe the best I've ever had - our honeymoon was amazing and Randi definitely did a great job recommending, planning, and assisting us on our travels! s! It was a complex reservation with 5 flights, 3 hotels, and 2 car rentals, but Randi handled it effortlessly, ensuring that all details were addressed and our travels would be smooth. (In the midst of wedding planning, we were delighted to hand-off all the honeymoon decisions to a trusted professional.) I did benchmark with other travel sites online, and I am confident that Randi secured us discounted rates for luxury accommodations! Randi was also very helpful in recommending and arranging excursions and tours. Shortly after each flight landed, Randi sent us a text message to check-in, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in each hotel room. It was an ideal honeymoon with many perks, thanks to Randi! BUT we most appreciated Randi’s services when we checked into our final hotel on Maui. While the room was quite nice and there were no major problems, the resort and level of service didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 5-star Hawaiian resort on our honeymoon. We replied to Randi’s text that night, and we awoke the next morning to messages from Randi who had already made arrangements with other resorts (should we decide to switch), as well as the hotel’s general manager, who Randi also contacted to convey our disappointment. The general manager immediately upgraded our room and whole experience. In the end, it not only exceeded our expectations, it was truly better than we could have dreamed. Randi is the travel agent you want on your side! We look forward to upcoming trips that will be booked by Randi!

She was able to book us a non-stop flight, an ocean view room, and a few other perks as honeymooners. She checked in often to make sure received necessary documents, if we had any questions, etc. On the day of our arrival, the first person we heard from was her (via text) to ensure that we were being treated hospitable and to see if she could answer any questions. I was simply blown away by her professionalism and dedication to ensure that our honeymoon went so perfectly...and it did! We told her our interests (for example we are foodies) and she led us to a wonderful resort with great restaurants and guided us to select an all-inclusive option, and that was the best decision ever! We ate, drank, and did it all over again everyday we were there...simply put it was HEAVEN. We also took advantage of some local excursions and she was kind enough to give us some insight about prices and visited the spa (Using a honeymoon discount). If you are looking for someone who will LISTEN to you and help you make your dream vacation a reality...she's your lady! I wish we would have been able to honeymoon longer, but we have already entrusted our future trip (HOPEfully a 1 year anniversary trip) to Randi and we know we are in good hands. Its a blessing to be able to speak so highly and confidently of a vendor.
