Rapid City Elks Golf Course

. It turned out wonderful! Setup--We order black linens with white napkins. We wanted to use all of their round tables and the the squares for the rest. When we showed up on Friday (night before) nothing was setup!!! I called in my Bridal party. We setup tables, moved chairs, etc... However they didn't have the right linens. They had white but blamed us for the mix up. Then they were scrambling to find black ones, and at the end they tried to charge us for them. There was also water damage on one of the walls which we covered by put our DJ in front of it. They have Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling, but half of them were burnt out and looked like crap. Serving-The ladies that served our food were nice, but the didn't put water or water classes on our tables. We had to ask and then wait forever. Also 2 of our tables waited 15 mins after everyone else started eating. They were still eating when we were cutting cake! We also brought it our own wine, which we had separated for bridal table and reg. tables. They screwed that up too when putting them out. We didn't get to drink the bottle of wine we had been saving for 3 years! They are so unorgnaized! If I had to do it over again, I would like long and hard about going here. The money savings wasn't worth the stress of it all.
