- Courtney DoudsMaster FalconerMy obsession with birds of prey was sparked after watching the Royal Tenenbaums as a child. The intensity and beauty of these animals has captivated me since, paving my path towards falconry and education with raptors. I have hunted with many red-tailed hawks through the years, worked as a falconry instructor at Ashford Castle’s School of Falconry in Ireland, traveled to Mongolia to hunt with golden eagle falconers for my 30th birthday. My current birds are ambassadors for educational and entertainment purposes, and I feel so lucky to be able to share my passion for these awe-inspiring animals with others. To me, it’s the most natural and obvious thing in the world to want to incorporate these incredible predators into your equally unique, fierce, and beautiful celebration.
