e plan on going back to Erin and Rassasy on our 1-year anniversary to have a similar cake made!!!
Our cake from Rasassy Cakes was delicious and looked pretty! I only wish I could have had more of it! Thank you Erin!
Erin’s mini cupcakes and macaroons that we ordered for our wedding were delicious and the pink and gold macaroons were especially pretty! Our guests really enjoyed everything. Som...

w people mention that they dont normally like cake, but hers was delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to get a cake from Rassasy!!
Erin was great to communicate with and accommodating with times I was available for the tastings. We went with two flavors in our wedding cake (white cake with raspberry filling an...
d red velvet with cream cheese) and two flavors in the groom cake (carrot cake with cream cheese and marble cake).
I wanted to surprise my husband with the groom cake. It's typical in the south where we grew up to get a groom's cake with the college you went to, your favorite sports team, etc. I was so excited to have one item that reflected my husband and his Texas roots. I sent Erin a picture of what exactly I wanted and a link to our college website so she could get the logo and colors right. She said it should be no big deal.
When we arrived at the reception on our wedding day, I was so embarrassed. The wedding cake was stunning but the groom's cake was the wrong colors (and all of our guests went to the same school! So everyone knew!) and it was very messy. The piping was all over the place and the logo was not right. Talk about the worst first gift for my husband.
I would recommend using Rassasy Cakes for a plain classic wedding cake but not a specialty design. I was very disappointed, especially since these cakes aren't cheap!
The desert they made for our wedding were amazing. A+
From the first meeting, Erin was great. She had tons of options and combinations to try. We gave Erin a photo of a naked cake that we loved and our finished cake looked even better...
than the photo. Not only was our cake beautiful, it was absolutely delicious. Many of our guests told us it was the best cake they'd ever had!
The cakes were also delicious, we had five! Our guests are still raving about her carrot cake and almond poppyseed cake! Definitely recommend this baker!
Erin Manly at Rassasy Cakes did a great job with our wedding cake. My husband is diabetic so we weren't planning to put too much emphasis on the wedding cake, and Erin was able to...
easily accommodate that. She worked with us to create a simple design, and she had a low-glycemic and even a gluten-free option (some of our guests had gluten-free diets). Our cake was 3 layers and we did a different flavor (and different fruit filling) for each cake layer and it turned out great.
as soon as we met erin and tried her cake we knew we'd found our baker! not only do erin's traditional and creative cake/frosting combos taste delicious, but her designs are profe...
ssional and beautiful - plus her prices are reasonable. erin was easy to work with, very responsive and flexible. our guests raved about the cake and many had seconds!
My request for my cake was not an easy one, but Erin made it happen. Her sugar flowers are some of the best I've ever seen. Oh, and tastes amazing too. Highly recommend!
Rassasy Cakes (Erin) did an amazing job on our wedding cake! She worked with my vision and made some great suggestions in order to make my vision possible. Our wedding cake was exa...
ctly how I had imagined it to look. She came to our home and did taste testing of different cakes and frosting (my husbands favorite part of planning our wedding). She worked within my budget and I never felt like I was having to skimp on anything! The cake was so tasty and moist! Even a year later our cake top was delectable! Erin delivered our cake to the wedding site and even decorated our cake with fresh flowers from our florist. I never had to worry about if the cake was going to be delivered on time and set up with care. Erin is a true artist with a vision and passion for creating beautiful cakes. She is extremely easy to work with and I highly recommend Rassasy Cakes to create your dream wedding cake on your special day!
