I cannot say how much we are really appreciative to Mike and his dad Ron and what an awesome job that they did photographing our wedding! Mike made me feel so relaxed and coached me through a few pics to where I got to know the poses and was doing them without him telling me to. They had some great ideas on shots and did a great job on the ideas that we had also. They really captured the exciting mood of the evening! They have done our family pics before and did a great job then, and we are really glad they got to share this special evening with us! Thank you Mike and Ron!

I just wanted to take a moment and let every bride and groom know about Rathke Photography. My husband Stephen and I interviewed quite a few photographers and we kept walking away thinking two things, can we just find someone to honestly and candidly capture our special day and also can't we find anyone that isn't $3000+ extras if edited. Luckily, we were introduced to a father & son company, Rathke Photography. We sat down for breakfast in a quaint cafe in Humble, TX and discussed what we were looking for. They were perfect! Where other professional wedding photographers would only have 1 photographer on hand in the package price, Rathke offered 2! If you have ever had photos done before you know how important it can be to have two different eyes shooting. They see more than a single photographer, they capture more, and they use different angles and lens'. We had the added bonus of them being very familiar with the area and the venues. They knew our reception venue like the back of their hands! It was easy to like Ron and his son Mike and so we signed into a contract with them. I am thrilled with their work, their professionalism and most importantly, their ability to make the bride and groom feel relaxed, happy and confident! They rock! Our photos turned out amazing, along with the photo DVD played along to the song of our first dance. They also did an amazing job on our wedding album which was shipped to us. We also received the rights and 1000+ images for our own keeping along with a photo print credit. I am so happy we chose Rathke Photography. They mingled easily with every guest, young and old, quiet and outgoing. Thank you Ron & Mike for making our special day so easy and more importantly for capturing it for our children to one day see. Father & son team who are great at what they do. They offer a lot for a great price. My cousin also used them for her wedding.

I found this father and son team at a bridal show in Houston. They had a great price so I went with them. They traveled to Galveston for my bridals and our wedding. The pictures turned out great! They have a wonderful working dynamic and each tries to capture a better picture than the other, which works to your advantage. They spent about 3 hours on my bridal portraits and helped me with my dress and flowers the whole time! The bridal pictures were online within 4 days of the shoot and I received the cd with ALL images within 2 weeks. Our wedding pictures were online within 2 weeks of the wedding, but I am still waiting on the cd with ALL images (just 1 month--so not upset). You get all the images with all the rights. They edit prior to sending the cd. They were so kind, and really worked hard the whole time and took some really great photos!

We used this father and son team for our wedding about a month ago. They did a great job. We enjoyed seeing some of our pictures on the online gallery. We are waiting for our DVD with all the images from the day.

I was very happy and impressed with my bridal shoot. The pictures came out great. My wedding photos did not have the same quality as my bridal shoot. Many photos were unfocused, not close up enough, and had poor lighting, even outside.

Ron & Mike were wonderful to work with! They captured the wonderful time we had. And they were so great to work with. I definitely would recommend them!

We had so much fun working with Mike and Ron! They were very good at putting everyone at ease, getting all of the shots we wanted, and at times we felt they read our minds about what we wanted. We love the pictures we recieved, and could not be more happy about the whole experience. We thank them for making our day more enjoyable and capturing every memory for us!

Ron and Mike were great to work with. They did our engagement, bridal and wedding photos. The finished product always beat my expectations. I would highly recommend them.
