From the day of our first tour at The Ravel Hotel all the way through to our big day, my husband and I knew that our wedding - and ourselves! - were in the absolute best hands at The Ravel. Our event coordinator, Eman, was a godsend. She was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, positive, and hardworking. She put all of herself into making our wedding astonishing without ever once trying to “over sell” us anything. In addition to an Event Coordinator from the time of booking all the way through to the big day, I had a bridal attendant the day of my wedding who took care of absolutely everything. She was the perfect mix of being right by my side while still giving me space to be myself and enjoy the day. The entire staff at The Ravel was incredible - I’ve never seen an event run more smoothly! My husband and I felt not just accommodated, but truly taken care of the entire day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we ate, stayed hydrated, had whatever we needed, and created time with each other one-on-one throughout the day. I could not be more grateful for everyone who contributed to our wedding! This is all before saying anything about the food, which was superb, the views and ambiance, which were spectacular, and the bridal suite, which was an oasis for me and my husband all wedding weekend long. The best decision I made for my wedding was having it at The Ravel, and my husband and I look forward to spending a night there every anniversary to come!

The Ravel was the perfect location for our wedding. The views are completely stunning, the food was phenomenal, and Eman went above and beyond in answering our questions, giving us tips based on her extensive experience, and making sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. I also particularly loved that the venue includes great backup spaces in case you get unlucky with the weather, and the package included a bridal attendant whose job was literally to follow me around the entire day and do whatever was needed. Would highly recommend!!

we toured a handful of wedding venues throughout NJ and NYC and really wanted something unique and different from a traditional ballroom aesthetic. as soon as i met chelsey and saw the space we knew on the spot this was for us. the entire planning process was so seamless. chelsey took my vision and helped make it come to life with the best vendors. the entire team is A+++. Food, alcohol and music were our main priorities and they knocked it out of the park.

We recently had our wedding at Ravel Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! Honestly we still have no words to describe what an unforgettable day it was. From the moment we toured the space, with an unbelievable view of the city, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. Eman and her team were honestly so attentive and she genuinely invested her time to make our vision come to life. She was basically our wedding planner which we can’t thank her more than enough for all she did for us! From the start of planning to the wedding day, she listened to everything we dreamed it would be. She helped us pick the perfect florist, photographer, dj and even helped with our decor. And the best part is that she was always available whenever we had a question which made the planning smooth and less stressful. We also want to emphasize how much we enjoyed the food. Eman did such an amazing job with assisting on choosing the perfect menu for us, and the guests still talk about how good it was. Just want to say thank you again to Eman and her team! Honestly we still talk about how special our day was and guests still bring up how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We couldn’t recommend Ravel hotel enough! And it’s all thanks to Eman and the Ravel team. You truly made our dream wedding a reality, without missing any details and are so grateful for all your hard work and dedication!

We had our wedding here in September and it was absolutely perfect! We worked with Eman to plan everything -- she was incredibly flexible, was able to accommodate all of our requests, and ensured everything was exactly how we envisioned on the day of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their big day. The venue itself is an amazing value for what you get. We had our reception in the Penthouse space and it was so beautiful with the city lights in the background. The space made it feel like one big celebration from start to finish and the events team really encourages a fun party atmosphere. If you want a place that’s both elegant and knows how to throw a great party, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

We got married at The Ravel on 9/27 and could not have picked a better venue. The venue, views, staff, food, communication - everything over-exceeded me and my guest's expectations. Eman helped us with everything along the way and she ensured everything went according to plan day of, which it did. So sad its over and could not recommend a better venue!

If you're on the fence about your venue, trust me, Ravel was the best decision we could have made. It was an unforgettable night! Our wedding was 100 guests - ceremony at sunset on the roof, cocktail on the observation deck, and reception in the penthouse. It was stunning!! The view of the NYC skyline is to die for. Especially at night! Guests were raving about our wedding for months! They all said it was hands down the best wedding they had every been to. The food and drinks were so delicious, the preferred vendors were all amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better team. Eman made sure the entire wedding and reception was planned exactly as we wanted. Everything I asked for, she found a way to make it happen. Down the the tables, decor, special drinks...Truly above and beyond service. Even when we were ready to leave, everything was magically packed and ready to go! The team at Ravel were literal angels! The entire night ran so smoothly, completely stress free. Worth every penny!

Eman and Ravel Events blew away our expectations. We traveled to NYC for a destination wedding, and everything was seamless. Eman made our day so incredibly special. The views, food, and hospitality were amazing. We highly recommend this venue.

The Ravel Events team, specifically Chelsey, helped us throw a really fun and beautiful wedding. From the minute we looked at the venue we were in; it was the best value and they're amazing wedding planners. Chelsey provides a private-wedding planner level of service and Iman and was wonderful on the actual wedding day. We didn't stay at the hotel for the wedding weekend so can't speak to that, but the Ravel Hotel as a stand-alone wedding venue was excellent. 10/10 would do our wedding there again, 100% would recommend it to anyone wanting a special NYC wedding.

We had our wedding reception at the Ravel and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. The team at the Ravel (especially Eman, Anna, and Jadelyn) were super attentive and responsive for all my questions and needs leading up to the wedding and during the actual reception itself. The view was stunning - I've always wanted to have a roof top wedding, and the Ravel's retractable roof on their penthouse was perfect to ease our concerns about having this type of party with unpredictable weather. Also - all of our guests could not stop raving about the food. Overall, it was a unique and special venue with really responsive, helpful, and sweet staff. Would absolutely choose it again.

We had our wedding at the Ravel Hotel on May 18 and it was perfection! From the planning process to the night of the wedding, everything was flawless and executed to perfection. We worked with Eman, who understood our vision and the overall vibe that we wanted. She was respectful of our budget and our “must haves” and worked with us to make our wedding more than we could have ever dreamed. Our guests raved about the food (special shout outs to the crispy rice, chicken and waffles, sushi, mini sliders, miso cod and garlic mashed potatoes). The weather on the night of our wedding made us make a last minute decision to move our ceremony inside. While we were disappointed not to be able to have it on the rooftop, Eman and her team quickly transformed the Foyer into a warm , intimate and beautiful space in which to have the ceremony. And, this allowed us to have an absolutely iconic entrance for me (I wont give it away here) that people are still talking about. Plan B can produce some memorable moments for sure! Our guests were still able to enjoy the beautiful views through the large windows during the cocktail hour, and by the time the reception was in full swing, the weather cleared up enough so that people could go outside the ballroom for a bit and enjoy the views from there. Our experience with the Ravel, with Eman and her team was amazing and the wedding was perfect-more than we could have dreamed. Our wedding at Ravel Hotel was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Eman and the team at Ravel Hotel were incredible. Eman was extremely flexible with our requests and provided excellent direction on vendor recommendations, which made the planning process so much easier. The venue’s catering team was also outstanding, and all of our guests were raving about the diverse assortment of food offered. We were initially drawn to Ravel Hotel because of the stunning city skyline view and the fact that catering was incorporated into their package. This combination made it the perfect choice for us. Throughout the planning process, Eman and the team ensured that everything came together seamlessly. We had a special request to set up a small table during the reception for our loved ones who had passed away, and Eman was very accommodating in getting it set up beautifully. On the day of our wedding, the setup and decor were beyond our expectations. Eman recommended an amazing florist, and we were awe-stricken when we walked into the reception hall for the first time. The catering team also offered a vegetarian option, ensuring that all of our guests' needs were met without any worries. The overall ambiance was fun, social, and joyous, allowing all of our loved ones to celebrate together in one space. There were so many standout moments during our wedding. The cocktail hour blew everyone away, and we’ve been hearing compliments on its execution for weeks. The dessert parade was another fantastic surprise. One of the most magical moments was when the ceiling opened up to reveal the bridge and cityscape on a cool, clear night – it was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at Ravel Hotel were extremely professional and cordial throughout the entire event. We wholeheartedly recommend Ravel Events to any couples looking to host their wedding there. Wedding planning can be stressful, but on the day of, everything that Ravel put together exceeded our expectations.

Our wedding was perfect at the Ravel! Everyone raved about the food! We were told it was the best cocktail hour they have been too! Getting married at Ravel was a dream come true. Our wedding day was seamless, gorgeous (you can’t beat the skyline views), the food was delicious, and it was truly the most fun ever. The entire staff (Anna, Miranda and Joe) on our wedding day made it easy for us to enjoy our day but we were floored by the professionalism, attention to detail and 200/10 service of Jadelyn. Finally, our wedding would not have been possible without the support from Eman. Eman was so helpful with vendor referrals and made the day flow perfectly. We could not be more appreciative of the entire team and are SO happy we held our dream wedding at Ravel.

Our wedding was beyond our inspiration and expectations. Eman was so easy to work with. She was so welcoming and warm during this important time in our life. Even when the event was months away, she answered our questions with thoughtful and detailed responses. This event space not only has an amazing event planning team - it also includes catering, bartending, and day-of-staff. We could not have gotten through the day and night without the event managers, bridal attendant, and other staff. We still cannot believe how flawless the day was, but we know it was because of everyone working behind the scenes. We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants their wedding in NYC as the view is breathtaking of the 59th Street Bridge and NYC skyline. Even on one of the rainiest days in March, we had the most amazing pictures and memories made.

We just got married at the Ravel Hotel last Sunday and I am still not over it. I have been looking at pictures and videos obsessively for over a week now. I can not wait for the professional photos. It was truly my dream wedding. The most gorgeous and unique venue overlooking the bridge and the NYC skyline. We had our cocktail hour in the penthouse which offered surreal views. The food was exceptional. My husband and I are major foodies and we have been to a million weddings and have never liked the food. Our foot was really delicious from cocktail hour to the main course and dessert- our guests still raving about it! We worked with Eman who is insanely good at what she does. We knew from the moment we met her that this was our venue and she was who we wanted to work with. She was extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process and I was able to trust her guidance on everything. She killed it!!!! Thank you so much to rockstar Eman and all of the staff at Ravel! It was THE BEST DAY of our lives!!!!

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Ravel Events! Our event coordinators, Eman and Chelsey, were so helpful from the very start and really made the entire wedding planning process so much less stressful. The food was also amazing; we got so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was. And on top of everything else, the staff were fantastic! We absolutely loved our experience getting married at the Ravel Hotel. The venue itself is one-of-a-kind between the NYC views and a ballroom that allows you to bring your vision, whatever it may be to life. Eman was fantastic and flexible and provided great support from both a planning and execution standpoint. I truly didn't have a worry the day of the wedding, I was confident that everything was taken care of, and it was! Jadelyn was an AMAZING bridal attendant and was there every step of the way making sure that I was taken care of for whatever popped up. The bridal suite was perfect and spacious for getting ready (and also had great natural light). Our original plan was to have our ceremony on the roof and we had to pivot to an indoor location because of weather and the ceremony in the lobby area of the ballroom turned out beautifully. I (the bride) walked down the staircase to head down the aisle, and it was a moment for sure! Our guests raved about our cocktail hour food stations, the sushi station is a can't miss! I don't think you can find a better value in NYC than the Ravel!

From our first tour of the Ravel we knew it was the perfect venue for our celebration and we couldn't be happier with our decision to get married there. Having one venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and a hotel for all our guests made planning substantially easier and the night so much more enjoyable for everyone. The entire staff of the Ravel are incredibly professional, going above and beyond in every aspect of the planning and execution, making this such a special event. Eman surpassed all of our expectations and coordinated every single detail perfectly to ensure a flawless day we'll never forget. She was such integral part of all planning & decisions; she helped guide us along every step of lighting, florals, food, décor, etc. The day of, our bridal attendant, Jadelyn, was a lovely calming presence that every bride needs on her wedding day. She anticipated every one of our needs, making sure we were fed, happy and knew exactly when to take a breath and appreciate the day. Our guests raved about everything. The views of the Manhattan skyline during cocktail hour, the food being without question the best they've ever had at a wedding, and the stunning ballroom decorated immaculately to our vision. So many of our guests commented that it was the most spectacular wedding they had ever attended. The rooms at the Ravel were also perfect, especially the bridal suite, where we got some of the best pictures on the balconies overlooking the skyline. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we cannot thank everyone at the Ravel for making our dreams come true!

The space: Ravel is a phenomenal wedding venue. The space is beautiful, multifunctional, and has a gorgeous view of Manhattan. The passed bites at cocktail hour, dinner, and bar were all delicious and our guests were very happy. Ravel is also a hotel, not just an event space, so it was easy to work with management and ensure our guests had a comfortable stay. The planning: Through the supportive staff and on-site coordinator, Chelsey, the wedding planning process was much easier than expected. She provided a wedding timeline and recommendations based off my inspo pics. Chelsey also introduced us to many vendors (that's how we found our florist and DJ) and coordinated with all vendors. The day of: Our wedding day could not have been smoother. We had plenty of space in our suites to get ready and take photos. The many spaces throughout the venue provided beautiful backdrops for photos. I had a dedicated bridal attendant, who was so sweet and helpful (my bridal party just got to relax!). They provided us privacy when needed, made sure we ate throughout the event, and had our personal items (signs, guest book, etc.) + champagne and cupcakes waiting in our room for after the wedding. TLDR: Ravel is a beautiful venue and took very good care of us.

Nick and I were training residents at a hospital when we decided to get married, which means we had little to no time to plan it. Luckily, we found Eman at Ravel hotel. During the entire process, our planner Eman was confident that she would put together a beautiful wedding for us. Eman is extremely organized, professional, and kept us on track despite our busy schedule. We didn’t let wedding planning consume us because Eman did that for us. She and the entire Ravel team (Stephen, Julissa and Jadelyn) were so attentive and easy to work with. The day of the wedding, we were blown away. Our cocktail hour was on the rooftop and the reception at the penthouse. Although we thought the opening weekend of the summer club (pool party, music and bubbles) might interfere with our wedding, it actually added fun energy and excitement to our big day. When we had the first look of our reception hall, I was in tears and I couldn’t believe what I saw. It was so special and magical. Everything Nick and I dreamt of. The rest of the night with the service and the food/drinks were just cherries being added on and on as the night went along. Overall, wedding venue/views were unique and breathtaking. The food was not at all the usual salmon/chicken type of wedding food. We had exceptional options to choose from. The cocktail hour food and our wedding dinner was also a highlight of our wedding. Our families are still talking about this wedding saying that this is the best wedding they’ve been to. Thank you Eman and the Ravel team for making our day as special as it was.

We had the most amazing wedding experience at Ravel. The venue is beautiful. We had our ceremony in the ballroom, cocktail hour in the Foyer, and reception in the Penthouse. The view from the Penthouse with the sunroof open, sun setting, and candles glowing was magical. We could not imagine a better place to have the true NYC wedding we had hoped for. The food and drinks were impressive and the staff was phenomenal. Eman is fantastic. She guided us through the complicated process of planning a wedding, worked with us for months to define a vision, helped us find great vendors and secure a rehearsal dinner spot, developed a detailed schedule…she helped so much with absolutely every detail. Jadelyn, our bridal assistant, was beyond attentive. Julissa, Betsy, and Stephen did an incredible job making the entire event come together. We’re also so thankful to the bartenders, servers, and other staff for making the entire day so special and seamless for ourselves, our family, and our friends. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.

There isn’t enough stars in this review that could express how happy we are that we picked Ravel. Choosing Ravel as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have ever made. Starting from the venue itself, location, food, entire staff (Eman, Jadelyn, Steven, Betsy) and just overall coordination. It was pure perfection. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our wedding was more than what we could have ever imagined and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Ravel. All of our guests were raving about the venue and said it was the nicest venue they have ever seen. They were also blown away by the food and just overall flow of the event. The ceremony, reception and cocktail hour was absolutely incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing. We also wanted to specifically shout out Eman because without her our wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it was. We met Eman during our venue search and she helped us throughout the decision making process and once we signed on she was part of every important decision - whether it was picking a vendor or how we should structure our florals and decor or just overall flow of the event. She also went above and beyond and we really felt like she was as invested in our wedding as we were. She had so many ideas that we could have never thought of which added so much to our day. She executed everything perfectly and we couldn’t be more grateful that we crossed paths with her during such an important part of our lives! While gathering my thoughts in preparation to write this review, I thought to myself how will I possibly include everything I want to say and will my words be enough to express my true feelings. From the beginning, my now husband, and I knew that we were destined to have our wedding at The Ravel. We looked at one other venue and that night we chucked the pamphlet straight into the garbage. We knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else and our decision was solidified this past weekend when we had the wedding of our dreams. From the views, to the staff, to the vendors, and everything in between I would have not changed a single thing. Chelsey our event planner, who now feels like a close friend, quite literally went above and beyond. There is nothing she is not capable of doing and I feel honored that I was given the privilege of working with her throughout the wedding planning process as well as on the big day. Jadelyn was my bridal assistant and she truly was more than what her title states. She was there for me every step of the way and I was never in need of anything while having her by my side. Stephen the events operating manager was someone we met at our tasting back in February and from our first encounter we knew we were in good hands. The way he manages his staff and makes a wedding of 160 people seem like a breeze is something that should not go unnoticed. Julissa and all of the staff on the hotel side dealt with every question, change, and concern with ease and made our stay and wedding weekend a seamless process. While it might sound cliche I could continue to express my gratitude, appreciation, and overall love for The Ravel and more importantly the staff that come with it. My husband and I feel as though we made relationships with the staff that will last a lifetime and we are truly saddened that our event is over. We hope someone has their wedding here soon so that we can come back and experience the greatness all over again. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further and you will thank us later!

The Ravel Hotel was the absolute perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding on 5/13/2023. You will not find a better place to have an event, because nothing compares. We had the ceremony on the roof which gave a backdrop of the most breathtaking views of NYC. Next the cocktail hour took place in the Penthouse with the roof open, with more amazing views and food that was plentiful, delicious, and unique. Lastly, we had the reception in the Ballroom. The room was beautifully decorated, and we were served even more outstanding food and given impeccable service. From the minute you book the venue you are given an event manager to handle your affair from beginning to end. Lucky for us we had the opportunity to work with Chelsey. She is undeniable the best there is. She makes herself available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She makes your vision come alive even when you don’t know what you want, which was the case for our daughter. She stepped in and helped with the flowers, menus, table numbers, and seating charts. She didn’t miss a detail. The entire team was exceptional. Jadelyn was my daughter’s bridal attendant. She never left her side. Stephen provided top notch service throughout the day with the food and service. We did not have to want for anything. They took care of it all without having to ask. We had a room block at the hotel which Julissa handled. We had numerous changes and additions which she handled with ease. She stayed on top of everything. Our guests could not say enough about the front desk being so friendly and accommodating and the rooms being beautiful. We had the Estate Suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in and have their hair and makeup done. It was perfect. There was plenty of room and it made for some great pictures. Our guests could not say enough about the food, service, and atmosphere. We continue to get calls raving about the wedding. People have said it is the best wedding they have been to. Having a wedding at the Ravel will surpass your expectations. It will be the perfect day. Our advice is don’t look anywhere else!

When people say, where do I even begin, my parents, my husband and myself truly mean this. We started working with Eman in April of 2022 and after our site visit and meeting Eman in person, we knew this was the space, the venue, and the team we wanted behind us on our special day. The Venue: The venue itself is absolutely stunning, it has this industrial chic feel to it and is a palette that any style will take to. The Penthouse is really the hook - the day we visited, it was a rare 70 degree day, the roof was open and we were overlooking the entire city skyline and the bridge. This space alone was when we knew this is where we’d have our wedding. The views from the Penthouse are incredible and your guests will love it - both day and night and highly recommend hosting your after party here. The pictures we have together as bride and groom from here are just breath taking. We also stayed onsite for our wedding weekend which I highly recommend. As the bride, I booked the Estate Suite - which if you’re getting ready for hair and make up, looking to host friends, this is the spot to be! The room is massive, includes a kitchen area, plenty of seating and a wrap around balcony for you to enjoy views of Queens and Manhattan. The Food & Service: I can promise you will absolutely find time to eat if you host your wedding at Ravel. The food is delicious and creative. When we went for our tasting, we truly didn’t want the meal to end. Our guests raved about every bite of food they had throughout the night! For the reception meals, we had a few vegans which was totally a non issue for the Ravel catering team and servers. The cocktail hour, dinner service and bartenders were also just fabulous and professional. We were only a wedding of roughly 115 but there was never a wait at the bar - very important! The Team: This is the MOST important piece I want to highlight, Eman and the Ravel Team. They truly went above and beyond. Eman from day one was extremely responsive, answered every single last question we had - always putting us at ease and making us feel even more confident in the decision to host our wedding at Ravel. Eman throughout the entire planning process introduced us to a handful of vendors and was how we found our photography and officiant! She continually offered to take things off my plate and was quick to partner with my other vendors as she wanted to ensure it was smooth sailing leading up to the big day. It was truly a pleasure working with Eman, she went above and beyond, we are so grateful and appreciative of her! The entire team, Chelsea, Stephen, Julissa, Betsy, and Miranda - provided top notch service. They ensure you truly have the best day from start to finish. We initially chose this venue because of the view of the 59th street bridge, we wanted to get married on a rooftop and the vibes are chef’s kiss. But what solidified our choice was Chelsey Dever(Director of Events). She was by my side every step of the way and I trusted her with my vision completely. She helped with rentals, florals and bakery but at the end of the day just got me as a person and became a friend. The staff love each other and they put that love into making a really elegant event. Our guests stated the food and service was great and they were impressed by the modern yet luxurious feels of the venue. We are so happy we chose The Ravel. 10030303/10 recommend. We had our wedding at Ravel March 2023 and cannot speak more highly of our experience. Ravel superseded our expectations, our wedding was absolutely incredible, and a night to remember for all! The spaces speak for themselves, making it a memorable and unique venue for our guests! The food was plentiful and delicious, with so much variety to choose from for both the cocktail hour and main party menus. We and our guests were very impressed with how amazing the food all tasted, not like your typical wedding venue. You also cannot beat the convenience of having the hotel at the venue, getting ready in the beautiful bridal suites just steps away made everything so easy. Julissa and her hotel staff were extremely accommodating to our requests for the hotel block and wedding weekend events, making it a truly unforgettable weekend. We also have to thank Eman and her team for ALL of their help! For over a year we were in contact with Eman, who was with us every step of the way. She helped us plan the wedding of our dreams, providing guidance of how to pull together our vision. We relied on her for hiring some of our vendors and creative advice while attacking each task with ease. She went out of her way to participate in calls and attend florist visits with us, which was invaluable. She kept up with our demands (which were many) and gave us plenty of communication time - arranging multiple evening visits and calls throughout the planning process. We can’t thank Eman and her team enough! Ravel Hotel is the perfect NYC venue. You get amazing views of Manhattan / Long Island City, it's super convenient for friends and family out of NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey or those who travel to the NYC airports, and you have a one stop hotel for all of the wedding weekend events! They know how to do a party right at Ravel and are true professionals. It’s a full service wedding experience from the time you book the venue to the plentiful day of support. Ravel gave us the wedding of our dreams and we cannot recommend it highly enough!

All of our guests were incredibly happy and continue to rave about how great of a time they had and how beautiful it all was. We had a fantastic experience getting married at Ravel. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted my wedding to look like, but Eman helped us figure out the execution and connected us with fantastic vendors. The ballroom view is gorgeous and a week later, our friends are still raving about the hors d'oeuvres and the event space. My parents, and many of our guests, traveled and stayed overnight at the Ravel for the wedding. The hotel rooms were spacious and the staff (front desk to house keeping) went above beyond in providing excellent service! We're so happy we chose them.

MJ and I had an awesome time during this whole wedding process! From worrying how everything would turn out to actually living our wedding fantasy! Eman and her team made this all possible because of their professionalism, promptness and just caring to all our needs! It was definitely worth the price and a once in a lifetime experience! The skyline view at night was just to die for! The whole team including the bartenders, servers, maitre D, bridal attendant, valet, etc were all on point! Thank you all again and especially to Eman!! She was very patient, courteous and just so easy to work with throughout this whole process! STOP WORRYING, TRUST THE PROCESS and JUST DO IT! =)

We didn't know what we wanted for the wedding. We didn't really have a "vision." That was until Eman showed us the Penthouse. We knew this was the right place and Eman was the right person. Essentially, our "vision" started at the Penthouse visit. The Penthouse speaks for itself. It has this sophisticated abandoned warehouse feel to it. The city skyline went from romantic at sunset to this chic at night. (we didn't even need wedding decor beyond the view) In sharing her experiences and creative ideas, she helped make decisions more a multiple choice thing rather than a fill-in-the-blank.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Ravel Penthouse and it was an amazing experience! During a time of peak weddings, most venues required minimum spends or full seated dinners, etc. however we were looking for something more casual since we had a huge Chinese banquet the next day. Ravel was extremely flexible and allowed us to do buffet style for about 80 guests. We worked with sales manager Eman who was the besttt. She was very accommodating, for example letting us customize the buffet stations so that we had all the options we envisioned. Eman also gave us a ton of great ideas to guide us in planning and overall amazing service. During the wedding, I had a bridal attendant who was also amazing and at one point when I wasn't feeling well, both her and Eman went to grab me food and checked in on me. Both wedding and the views of the Queensboro bridge were gorgeous. Top notch service at Ravel! Highly recommend :)

Where to start! We had an incredible wedding in October 2022 at Ravel. Ravel is a venue that stands out if you want sprawling NYC views, excellent food, a modern aesthetic, plus a hotel on premises to accommodate your guests. Most notably, Ravel has a dedicated team to assist you in planning and executing your vision. We worked most closely with Chelsey, who was instrumental in making our wedding spectacular. She spent a lot of time with us working on details from food to decor. Chelsey has amazing taste and goes above and beyond to help and accommodate. The day of was a dream come true. From getting ready as a group at the hotel, to pictures, to the ceremony and beyond - Chelsey, our bridal attendants and Ravel really thought of everything. Our guests have consistently said it was one of the best (if not the best) weddings they have ever attended. The views are unparalleled - a total photo op for the bridal party and guests alike. Cocktail hour was a hit (pork chops, raw bar, tomahawk steaks, tacos, you name it) and the ballroom comfortably fit our group of 260 or so. We also hosted a day-after brunch on site. There are clear benefits to having the hotel and venue all in one. Ravel also connected us with awesome vendors for photography, video, cake, entertainment, etc. You cannot go wrong. Great views, great food, accessible and accommodating.

We had the most incredible experience with The Ravel Hotel! The entire team was wonderful from start to finish! We cannot recommend the venue enough! 10/10 experience all around!

Just had my son's wedding at The Ravel Hotel. Eman, our events manager, is exemplary when it comes to customer service, making sure all of our needs were met. She made sure everything went smoothly and that we were able to create the wedding that matched my son and daughter-in-law's personalities. She had a can-do attitude about every request. The room and decorations at the rooftop for the ceremony created by Pejy were breathtaking and spectacular! He brought the vision of iridescent pastels, in the invitation my son designed, to life - in clouds of lilac and blue flowers. The beautiful view of the New York City skyline was a magnificent backdrop as the couple recited their heartfelt vows. All of our guests raved about the food! The service from the hotel staff, the bartenders and waitstaff was the highest level any of us have experienced. My friends even said the valet staff were patient and helpful. Thank you Ravel, for helping create this unforgettable moment for our families.

From the moment we met Chelsey at Ravel, we knew we could trust her with the most important day of our lives. The venue spaces (both the Penthouse and Grand Ballroom) are absolutely stunning, and with Chelsey’s flawless planning and execution, we were able to enjoy the most beautiful day at Ravel. Our guests are still raving about the views and amazing FOOD at cocktail hour, and they were beyond impressed with the dinner and staff throughout the night. I can’t recommend Ravel, Chelsey, and her team enough. They are truly a delight to work with, and the space itself will leave you and your guests wanting to relive the day 1000x over.

Ravel is such a gorgeous venue and we had a very positive experience having our wedding there. It was the perfect choice! First off, Chelsey is incredible. She is so hardworking and leaves no detail left behind. Chelsey has such a great eye and I was so in awe of everything she did to help us for the big day.
