ts of our wedding, the experience was absolutely flawless. I cannot say enough about our coordinator, Chelsey Dever, who truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Chelsey was incredibly accommodating and made every single detail spectacular and breathtaking. Throughout the entire planning process, we had countless phone calls and text messages, and she consistently responded within minutes, no matter the time or question. No request was too big or too small. Her level of dedication, responsiveness, and care is truly unmatched. Chelsey was by my side throughout the entire planning journey and even on the wedding day itself, working closely with my bridal attendant, Jadelyn. Together, they made sure everything ran seamlessly, from ensuring I had everything I needed, to helping me change into my second look, to making sure every moment unfolded perfectly. Chelsey even went above and beyond outside of the wedding day. She and her family worked tirelessly to help us with anything we needed, including visiting the Summer Club, helping us secure a cabana the day after our wedding at the Cityside Pumpkin Patch on the Ravel pool terrace, assisting my parents with hotel room arrangements during our tasting, and even personally picking up my wedding cake. Unprompted, Jadelyn captured beautiful photos / reels throughout the wedding, memories I will cherish forever. The level of coordination was incredible. Chelsey worked effortlessly with all of our vendors, including the DJ – Genesis events, who kept everyone on the dance floor all night, the florist – Fiore Designs, who were incredible at bringing my minimalist candlelit reception to life, the photo/video team – JAYLim, and hairstylist – Andria Tobey, who Chelsey personally connected me with about 2 weeks before the wedding! She ensured everyone was aligned and everything ran smoothly. Truly, there was not a single moment that went wrong. As for the venue itself, the views and backdrop of the Manhattan skyline are absolutely breathtaking and unlike any venue I have ever seen. One of my main priorities was avoiding a typical, outdated, carpeted ballroom, and the Ravel is anything but that. With the ability to utilize multiple distinct spaces throughout the venue for each part of the day, the setting alone makes the Ravel truly unforgettable. The food was unreal. Sushi was a must for my husband and me, and the sushi setup exceeded every expectation and absolutely amazing. We received endless compliments from our guests about how incredible the food was. Additionally, the convenience of being able to stay on-site for the entire wedding weekend was a huge plus and made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The entire vibe of the wedding was stunning, modern, elegant, chic, and elevated. It was the most perfect fall day. Our guests were completely wowed, and so many told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. From our very first tour, the Ravel team treated us like partners rather than just another booking. The planning process can be overwhelming, but our coordinator, Eman, was a total lifesaver. I cannot stress enough how absolutely incredible Eman was throughout our 1.5 year journey to the altar. She was exceptionally responsive and acted as an expert guide throughout the entire journey, offering creative solutions for our layout and navigating vendor logistics with ease. Eman truly went above and beyond, whether by personally helping us find local bakeries to consider for our cake or ensuring we felt supported through every adjustment to the room layout. Her transparency and dedication ensured our vision was brought to life exactly as we imagined. The food was a highlight of the experience, starting with a fantastic tasting that gave us complete confidence in the menu. Eman went out of her way to accommodate specific food allergies, ensuring that every guest - including the groom - could dine safely and enjoy the meal without worry. When the wedding day finally arrived, the execution was flawless. The staff handled transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception with such precision that the entire evening felt like a seamless flow of energy. It was truly a moment of “trust in the process and the people who you have been working with along the way” to execute your vision. Eman may have brought my ideas to life, but she also made them surpass my wildest dreams and I am forever thankful. Jadelyn, my bridal assistant, also was an absolute gem. She elevated the entire day of experience for both myself and my husband from making sure I had water or food, fixing my lipstick, or perfecting my dress train. She also captured INCREDIBLE day of photos and videos to give us a fast peak into our day right after it was over, which will be cherished forever. The guest experience was equally impressive, and we have received non-stop compliments about the quality of the service from booking a room for stay to the wedding day of flow. The Ravel provides a modern, chic NYC vibe that is hard to beat, but it is the warmth and professionalism of Eman and the rest of the staff that truly sets it apart. Right down to the parking valets, we were continuously in amazement at how great our experience at the Ravel was. They didn’t just host our wedding; they cared about it, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

as we planned everything from the West Coast. Eman, our coordinator, (along with Chelsey!) was incredibly detail-oriented, responsive and helpful through the planning process. She was especially hands-on and attentive on the day of the wedding, and we're so thankful for how thoughtfully she helped bring our vision to life! The 360 views of Manhattan to Long Island City from our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were so beautiful and the best backdrop for our wedding. The food was also top-tier and such a hit with our guests! Also a huge thank you to our bridal attendant, Jadelyn, who was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, bringing us food and drinks, touching up my makeup and anticipating needs before I could even voice them, we couldn't have asked for a more supportive presence. Julissa made our hotel stay so easy and convenient and took great care of our guests staying at the hotel as well (& there was a lot of us). We also want to thank Miranda, Khalil, the front desk team, the wait staff on our wedding day, and literally the entire Ravel crew for their kindness & professionalism and for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. after. Since our relationship began in NYC, we were looking for a venue that felt connected to the city— either located in Manhattan or overlooking / with a city-like aesthetic. We had a few tours lined up and Ravel happened to be the first. By the end of the tour we knew we had found our venue and canceled all the others. After inquiring about the venue, we were quick to meet Eman, who is the event coordinator, but more importantly as we joked (but is true) a magician, a visionary, a saint, and most importantly a friend. Throughout the planning process, Eman was incredible. She was always composed and finding solutions. It was never a “no” but always “let’s see what we can do”. She led the design of the ballroom and even though we only came to her with a few scattered ideas, she transformed them into the most stunning aesthetic. On the wedding day, she was everywhere and everything all at once, quietly handling the details and constantly checking in on us. We were also surrounded by a phenomenal team on the day of (Anna, Miranda, and Jadelyn) who were just as excellent as Eman and always making sure things were going smoothly. The Ravel Hotel gave us a multi-level experience that made each part of the event feel exciting and new while still logistically simple being that everything was within the same hotel. We held our ceremony on the rooftop overlooking the NYC skyline, had cocktail hour in the penthouse, moved to the ballroom for the reception, and finished the night with an after-party back in the penthouse. Each space felt distinct but flowed together beautifully. The food was unbelievable — better than the menu tasting. We had sushi amongst other things during cocktail hour which was a huge hit. Everyone commented on how great the food was (and how much of it there was). We were also able to bring in Joe’s Pizza for the afterparty to make it a true NYC weekend. Many of our guests stayed at the Ravel and had great things to say about the spacious, clean, and modestly priced hotel rooms—a huge plus for the 100 or so guests we had traveling in for the weekend. We are endlessly grateful to Eman and the entire Ravel team and staff. They made our wedding day more than anything we could have ever imagined. It was perfection. If you’re considering this venue, do it. It was the best decision we have ever made.

Everyone made us feel like royalty, especially our bridal assistant, Jadelyn. The views, the FOOD, the service... ALL incredible. We chose Ravel because we planned our wedding from LA and needed as much help as we could get. Eman was an incredible partner throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Ravel enough for anyone's wedding or celebration. We just might have to do it again next year..

s a breeze. Which was especially important as we are based in the UK so had to plan the whole thing VIRTUALLY. We hadn't viewed the venue in person, or tried the food! We put all our faith in Eman and the team and my word did they come through. I cannot thank you all enough for making our wedding an absolute day to remember and all our guests said it'll be the best wedding they'll ever go to (some of them even included their own in that haha!). From the bar staff, wait staff, Jay our lovely bridal attendant and of course Eman, everyone was pleasant and smiling all night and couldn't do enough for us. Please can we go back in time and do it again!

None of it would have been possible without Eman, our wonderful wedding coordinator. Eman was respectful of our budget and she went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Our guests are still raving about the food and desserts, a month later!! I wish I could relive my beautiful wedding day over and over again! st, who I found independently, disappointed me severely and I needed a new one with 2 months notice and Chelsey immediately connected me with one who came through! Chelsey and the Ravel handled all my requests immediately and were available to talk at all times of any day. Chelsey was always reachable and able to answer all my questions. As a bride who lives in New York but is not originally from New York, we had a lot of guests coming from out of town. Julissa handled all of our guests requests and made sure everyone had what they needed. On the day of the wedding, I knew that everything was going to be perfect because Chelsey was handling it. From having Jadelyn as my bridal assistant making sure my back up shoes didn’t show in the family photos, to ensuring that my veil was sturdy in the wind, I never had to worry. The ceremony, cocktail hour and party were perfect. The roof open on the penthouse with the string lights were the best part. Chelsey made sure to execute my vision and even elevate it with a new floor plan to ensure everyone fit. Now, weeks after the wedding, I have guests telling me they still think about all the food and the views. Overall, the venue is out of dreams with the views, food, organization and drinks. If I could, I would do my wedding again every year at the Ravel.
