About this vendor
We are Raven and the Willow, a husband and wife duo photographing weddings, elopements and engagements all over the world.
We are so happy you found us and we can’t wait to find out more about you and your love! Picking a wedding photographer is a big deal. We get it. There’s tons of us. The real trick is finding the photographer that resinates with you and who’s style will tell your story in a way that will make you want to revisit the photos time and time again. We are more about the real, the messy, and the memorable. All the little things that get missed when photos are staged and overly forced. If you are okay with the perfectly imperfect because emotional imagery excites you then let’s get this party started. We want to be there for you every step of the way. Instead of nameless vendors with fancy gear, we will be your friends, your storytellers, and your sense of calm when stuff gets wild.

We selected these photographers for our wedding in 2020. We agreed on a price, signed a contract, and then the pandemic hit. We felt very pushed by them to pick a new date, telling...
us to just tell them what we were thinking even if it wasn’t definite, then trying to lock it in. We had an idea for a new date but we weren’t sure, and they told us let’s just put this date and if we change it we do and it’s not big deal. We changed it months in advance and they kept our deposit (close to $1000, a lot of money for a young couple just getting their start like us) and moved to california, saying if we wanted to have them as our photographers we needed to give them a new deposit, pay more, AND pay travel fees. We felt completely jipped and played- none of our other vendors treated us this way and anyone we told our story to has been appalled by this treatment. All in all, do NOT recommend.
I can't begin to rave enough about Jenni-Kate and Bryan. We hired them for our engagement and wedding photos and instantly fell in love with them as a couple. They made sure everyt...
hing was fun and not so awkward and created the absolute most beautiful photos for us. Everyone at our wedding talked about how much they loved them as well, they are the best to work with. If you are even thinking about hiring them for your events, don't and just do it! You will not be disappointed!!
Jenni and Bryan were the perfect photographers for our wedding. They came to Manhattan, they got our photos to us very quickly. They handled everything effortlessly. They were effi...
cient but everything still felt relaxed and friendly. During the wedding and reception they were omnipresent but not oppressive. We've had our pictures for over a year now and we still love looking through them all.
I can't say enough positive things about Raven and Willow. Their professionalism, kindness, flexibility, and attention to detail was amazing. The look of their photos spoke to me...
and my wife Angie, and they delivered exactly what we expected - amazing, organic, and natural photos of our wedding day. They were so great, highly recommend!
