We decided to utilize Raven’s services months prior to the wedding as well as her design services. There are countless wedding vendors to consider which can be overwhelming for a couple. Raven recommended several awesome vendors that we ultimately went with including the DJ, rental, floral, cake, stationary, hotel and wedding party attire. She had quality recommendations that made our process so much easier than finding it ourselves. For the design services, we shared several photos of inspiration that she was able to pull from to give us the desired look and feel of our wedding. We used a website portal she provided to track all of our guest list, RSVPs, checklists, etc. This tool was critical in keeping us organized! We were able to accomplish most of our coordination well through e-mail communication but she was willing to connect through phone as needed. Whenever we had questions about areas that may have been beyond her scope, she provided us good advice to make the right decisions.
For the wedding rehearsal, Raven was very efficient and organized! On our wedding day is when we were able to see all of the work she was doing behind the scenes come to life! The venue looked absolutely beautiful like a royal wedding! There were minor things I wanted to tweak the day of but they paled in comparison to the overall day! The ceremony started on time and the rest of the evening went PERFECT! Our guests, my husband and myself had the best time ever and are thankful for the wedding memories to last us a lifetime.

Raven made it a point to listen to every detail we shared and truly brought our desires to fruition. We were mesmerized on our Wedding day. We walked into the room and Raven had incorporated every detail into our venue and special day. Raven made us feel special. I know it’s cheesy but it is the truth, we were not just another couple, we were valued and important. Who doesn’t want to feel special when they are planning something as significant as a wedding?

Raven met with us multiple times, provided frequent updates and check-ins, and used an exceptionally productive online program to keep us on track. Raven also has an incredibly extensive network, meaning working with Raven takes away the time consuming task of identifying venues, and vendors. We shared the aspects that we wanted and Raven sent over recommendations for us to simply say yes or no to, removing so much stress from the process.

many great things to say. She was so professional and personable! She kept me on my toes even though I thought I knew everything since I've planned my wedding since childhood. She helped me with every little detail that I would have never imagined had to be thought about. On my wedding day we would have been like every other wedding my family and I complain about that's running super late. If it wasn't for Raven keeping us on target with time and giving us cues for various minute marks we would have never been on time for the time line that was set for the day. Raven's team was also amazing! My florist didn't sprinkle the petals for ceremony like I wanted so her team did so reminding me of the scene in Coming to America moving so gracefully and they all had great attitudes and spirits throughout the evening. My mom was against me "wasting" money on a wedding planner, but when her and I went to one of Raven's events my mom was sold with her professionalism and enthusiasm and realized how we needed her in our lives. Raven's services was money well spent and saved me from a lot of gray hair and time keeping. Raven always says thanks for letting her be a small part in our wedding but she was definitely a major part of the whole process! I booked for the month of coordination which means she will start working with you about two months from date but you're able to text, call, or email all you want for anything from advice to vender ideas. Like I said before money well spent and if I have a vow renewal she will definitely be my first call, No Doubt!
