Sisters Alana, Clare, and Reina, together with Reina's husband Kris, are a dynamic team known for working together with enthusiasm and efficiency. Their goal is to make your wedding dreams a beautiful reality. They accomplish this goal by bringing their keen attention to detail, years of industry experience, and strong work ethic to the table.
With her degree in business management, Alana has worked in many different fields, but through the years she has found that her true passion lies in helping people celebrate their special occasions. She loves to see her clients’ eyes light up with joy when what they envisioned for their special day comes to life. Reina's background in teaching informs her efficiency, organization, collaboration, and her authentic love of working with people. In addition to coordinating, Reina also serves as Ravenwolf's resident officiant, where she uses her writing and speaking skills to craft heartfelt ceremonies tailored to each couples' story and vision. Clare's background as a FRO (Family Readiness Officer) for the military makes her a master "connector." She is not only an expert coordinator, but she also offers dance lessons and bartending services. Kris is a former Marine and a versatile worker with a go-getting and personable approach to any job, who loves to collaborate with clients to make events run as smoothly as possible. Recognizing the importance of family in their own lives, they formed Ravenwolf Events to devote themselves to crafting family events full of warmth and unforgettable moments that will be cherished for years to come.
Ravenwolf Events offers multiple planning packages and various levels of service to help you tie the knot in style. If you prefer to start from scratch, the team can provide full-service planning, handling everything from venue selection to timeline coordination. If, on the other hand, you have a clear idea of how your wedding day will look and only need assistance with the finer details, the team also offers partial planning services. This includes month-of and day-of coordination, with onsite service to ensure everything goes exactly the way you want it to. They also offer officiating services, dance lessons, and bartending! Ravenwolf's ultimate goal is to present a stress-free, seamless, and client-centered experience at a reasonable price, so that you can relax as you say “I do.”

Alana has always been committed to customer satisfaction. Whether planning events, consulting with businesses to improve their efficiency, or navigating the ins and outs of construction and contract work, Alana thrives on ensuring the job is not just done, but done right. Her business management expertise has led her to work in many different fields, but her passion lies in event coordination. In the past, she has organized proms, company parties, birthday parties, and weddings, and she is excited to continue doing what makes her happiest – making special events truly special – on a larger scale. Alana has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a certificate in Web Programming.
In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with her family and her dog Bambi. She identifies as lawful good and a Ravenclaw. Her favorite Marvel character is Thor.
