We knew Ravenwood would be our venue as soon as we walked through the doors. Everything was so coordinated and organized and better yet they worked with us on our budget and had suggestions left and right to assist us with making our day customizable for us. We also had a ton of praise from family and friends on our wedding day, it truly was the most perfect venue and the staff went above and beyond with their service. I did not have to worry about anything on our day or after!

We had our ceremony and reception at Ravenwood this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Bridgette is a phenomenal coordinator, we did not have to worry about a thing!! They do all the decorating which was beyond beautiful, and coordinate timing with your other vendors. Everything was exactly on schedule. I would recommend this venue again and again, we are so happy we chose Ravenwood!!!

I couldn't be happier with our June wedding at Ravenwood Golf Club. Katie, our Coordinator, was terrific. Ravenwood is a beautiful venue with ample space for dining and dancing. We had a live band and people were still able to chat easily. The patios adjacent to the indoor space were beautifully decorated with flowers everywhere and were perfect for allowing guests to socialize outdoors. We received many compliments about the food, which we opted to provide banquet style. The menu selection is excellent. Special dietary needs were handled well. The Ravenwood team was courteous and happy to help. In the months leading up to the wedding Katie patiently guided us with a recommended vendor list, timelines, etc. Ravenwood provides (gratis) many decorative options (tea lights, lanterns, card box, etc). On my wedding day Katie kept us on schedule and basically made the day seamless. I highly recommend Ravenwood Golf Club!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! Is all I can say about having our wedding here. From our first tour I was blown away with all that is included with having your wedding at Ravenwood, tons of decor free to use, a huge menu selection, a coordinator, a private bridal suite, and gorgeous banquet room and course. Bridgette was an awesome coordinator, she was available to answer any questions from day one and anything you want to make your day special, she can make it happen! All my husband wanted for our wedding was to have a giant steak for dinner. We were able to bring our own in from the butcher and the chefs there cooked it up perfectly! Anything we wanted to do on our day, the answer was, no problem! Also a special shout out to Sway! He was our official extra help for the day and he fixed my husbands boutonniere when it broke, made sure people weren't in the background during photos and was just all around awesome! Since our big day we've received so many compliments on just how smoothly and professional the entire day went and how beautifully decorated everything was, Bridgette did a great job blending their decor with what we had bought/made. The food was soooo good and guests enjoyed everything that we had picked. I could go on and on but our day was exactly as I imagined and I will 100% recommend Ravenwood for anyone's wedding/large event, you can't go wrong!

easy to work with, great communication. We are not the best at proactively planning so we really leaned on Ravenwood & Bridgette to help guide us through the process. They handled everything from food, desserts, coordination with our photographer, shuttle recommendations, etc. made the entire experience so easy on us. Honestly the day wouldn't have been such a success without her & Ravenwood's team. made the entire day effortless. the setup was perfect for dancing & mingling, and our guests raved about the venue, they LOVED the food (so many positive reviews!) and how nice the dinner/dancing setup was with covered dance floor + bar and the connected patio.

We had an absolute pleasure working with Bridgette (our wedding coordinator) and the team at Ravenwood. Bridgette took us by our hands and made it so much less stressful to plan for a wedding. She is an amazing communicator, and always has a smile on her face regardless of the situation. Wedding plans almost always tends to change last minute, and she did not hesitate to make sure our wedding went exactly the way we wanted it to.
In regard to the actual venue - a lot of decorations/flowers are in house for Ravenwood, and we ended up saving a lot of money from using. The ceremony location was so incredibly picturesque, and the reception area was recently redone with new wooden floors. The food is in-house catering. Many of our guests came up to us during the wedding stating how beautiful the venue was and the food was better than most of the weddings they have attended thus far.
We loved that there was also a bridal suite right down the hallway from the reception area for us and our wedding party to take a breather and grab some food/drinks. If you have any friends/family that love to play golf, it's also a major plus. Some of our golf fanatics in our family said it was one of their top experiences.
Shoutout also to Sway from Ravenwood for attending to our wedding party and consistently providing us drinks and appetizers. He even drove back on the golf cart during sunset pictures to get my wife and I drinks! The service was incredible.
All in all we felt Ravenwood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Would highly highly recommend to future couples!!

Everyone brags about how amazing their day and venue were, but honestly Ravenwood went so above and beyond for us and our wedding for such a reasonable cost.
From the beginning I was blown away by how much Jennifer and the Ravenwood team were willing to customize our entire weekend without any upcharge. They provided expertise, flexibility, support, decor and more which was so helpful in making our wedding planning as stress free as possible (even from a few states away).
Something that really made Ravenwood stand out for me is their room full of decorations that are free for you to use. They have decorations for any style of wedding and really make things flawless so you aren’t buying random vases or candle holders that you won’t use after the wedding is over.
We had a rainy wedding day, but Jennifer and the Ravenwood team were super flexible up to right before we walked down the aisle to make sure we could be in the space we initially wanted once the rain let up. It was the most magical and moody moment – better than what we dreamed up.
Throughout the entire time we were at the venue, we were catered to and would be assisted with anything that came up.
I cannot stress enough how incredible of a venue Ravenwood is. I felt like they truly cared about us and our wedding – we weren’t just another number to them for wedding season.
Choosing Ravenwood as our venue was the best decision we could have made. The energy, the bar, the food, the beauty of the space (and free flowers with landscaping) were perfect. I still get messages from our guests raving about the venue and the food. So I truly recommend this as the top venue in Rochester.

We could not have had a more perfect wedding day at Ravenwood Golf Club! My husband and I were beyond pleased with the process from start to finish. We fell in love with the staff and atmosphere at our first tour and had an incredible experience throughout, including our meetings, working with coordinators, week-of preparations, our wedding day, and "pick up". Our coordinator, Marissa, and her staff were extremely professional, talented, and you can tell they love what they do! As a bride and groom, we were well taken care of. Our family and wedding guests were all amazed at the experience, too! We highly recommend Ravenwood for your wedding and events!!

We could not have imagined a better venue for our special day. We wanted an indoor and outdoor option, as we are an outdoorsy couple- but also didn't want to worry about Rochester weather ruining our day! Ravenwood is perfect for a romantic outdoor feel! Our guests loved having access to the patio and sitting by the course. Amber and her team did an amazing job from day one. She was extremely responsive, organized, and attentive. She exceeded our expectations! Everything came together so beautifully (better than I could have possibly imagined) and we continue to receive countless compliments from guests on how amazing the venue was. Cannot recommend enough!

We cannot say enough about Ravenwood. The staff is beyond amazing, they are so helpful and will do everything they can to make your whole day perfect. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we had several guests comment on its elegance. They exceeded our expectations and made our wedding a dream! I can't say enough about Jennifer. She is so responsive and makes you feel like her number 1 priority from the first time you meet her and even after your big day. She checked in with us throughout the night and helped to keep us on track, asked if we needed anything, and made everything run so smoothly. She is seriously amazing at her job!

Our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was had we not had the best crew at Ravenwood! Everything was smooth and seamless- I really couldn’t have asked for better people on my special day! From putting everything together, to all the open communication. I was and am so happy!

Amber at Ravenwood was an absolute delight to work with during the most STRESSFUL time of my life! She was always so helpful and so available. She was so responsive and was just the best when it came to the day of my wedding. As for the venue it was everything we dreamed of. It was absolutely beautiful and they helped so much with decorating. Me and my wedding party didn't have to lift a finger. They set up everything and tore everything down. It was just everything we could have ever wanted. We also did pictures on the course and it was beautiful. Would recommend to ANYONE!!!! amazing experience!

Ravenwood is one of the most beautiful venues that I have seen in the Rochester area and we were so lucky to get a date for our wedding there. On top of that the food that is made in the kitchen is delicious. We were blown away by the event coordinators at Ravenwood as well. I could not imagine pulling off the day without the Ravenwood staff. Truly an amazing time was had by everyone and Ravenwood was a huge part of that success.

Ravenwood Golf Club was the perfect venue for my July wedding and reception. The staff is incredible - accommodating, kind, and efficient and they made our reception look STUNNING. Our whole day ran perfectly thanks to them! Amber, our coordinator was outstanding! Not only was she so helpful in answering all of my questions, but she is such a sweet person! I was totally relaxed day of knowing she was handling everything. Ravenwood gave me the fairy tale wedding I had always dreamed of and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ravenwood Country club was AMAZING! Marissa was our coordinator and from day one she went above and beyond. She answered our questions quickly, answered all of our parents questions, helped us fit our budget, gave great advice and was a great support when I was anxious it would rain the day of (it didn't but the back up plan she had for us was amazing and calmed me down). The food was so good! I had many guests go back up for seconds on the Buffett. We had rave reviews on the venue! I love that they have a bridal supplies closet. Marissa used supplies there to spice up our wedding decor. I also did not have to pay for the majority of my centerpiece items because the venue had them! I really really really really recommend them. Only negative I received was the dance floor was really hot when it was humid even with fans on, but what can you really do about that?

All I can say is that Jen at Ravenwood did an awesome job with our wedding. We could not have asked for the day to have been any better. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. Jen was super helpful throughout the process and made the whole wedding planning experience very manageable. We keep getting compliments left and right about how great the venue was and how great the food was etc. I 100% recommend Ravenwood and Jen as an excellent wedding venue!

We recently had our wedding at Ravenwood Golf Club. We picked this venue because of the beautiful landscape and scenery. However, I would not recommend the place. Everything that could possibly go wrong on your wedding day WILL if you have the event at this facility. On the plus side, we had many compliments on the food ! !

As a bride planning her wedding from Virginia, I am so grateful that I found Ravenwood online! The pictures don't do it justice. It is such a gorgeous room with ceiling to walk sliding glass doors that open to let in the fresh air from the cute little garden next to the patio. Not to mention, Ronnie, their wedding coordinator, is the best. I literally did not have to worry about anything...she knows how to take care of her brides and grooms. I am so very thankful for her and her servitude! Every single one of the workers at Ravenwood made it a dream come true. I cannot imagine having my reception anywhere else! As a couple that were in a strict budget, no one would have ever have guessed the great deal we found. Were so lucky to have found Ronnie and Ravenwood!

My husband and I absolutely loved our experience with Ravenwood from our initial meeting through the end of our wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception here. Ronnie was amazing to work with and everyone raved about how great our wedding was. The food was great, gorgeous venue, professional staff. We had both our ceremony and reception at Ravenwood. The garden used for the ceremony is cozy, intimate, and beautiful. The course (which is where we took our photographs) is well maintained. The food was absolutely excellent (except the steamed carrots which were undercooked). The crab cakes and Buffalo Chicken Wonton appetizers are out of this world! The staff was wonderful...Everyone was kind, helpful, and eager (but not overly eager) to please. Ronnie was our wedding coordinator, and she was phenomenal! This woman is on top of her game! If anything went wrong at our wedding, we certainly were not aware of it because she took care of it before we could find out. She accommodated all of our requests without batting an eyelash, and she made the entire process of planning the event fun and stress free!

We used Ravenwood for our reception in June and they were wonderful! We booked more than a year out and they were already pretty full--so I would suggest getting in there fast! So many of the places in our area were your standard "banquet room" with wood paneling, low ceilings, and crappy lighting. I really wanted something open and breezy and Ravenwood's room was perfect! Two of four walls are all glass and one of them completely opens out onto the patio and it's fabulous! We worked with Jennifer, who was amazing. She listened and answered questions, we never felt rushed. She has a great sense of humor and really cares about what she does, so she really made it a pleasure to work with her. The day of the wedding, Jennifer was there making sure everything went to plan. I am dairy-free and so were two of my guests and the staff handled that beautifully. Overall, Ravenwood did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Our reception went off with out a hitch! Love love love this venue. Not only were the event coordinators a pleasure to work with - meeting at all different times, changing the menu at the last minute and helping the day/night go effortlessly despite a few hiccoughs. I have gotten so many compliments saying "best wedding food ever!". I still can't believe it. Will use this venue if needed in the future and recommend to friends :)

This place has been next to my parent's home for as long as we lived in Victor, NY. From the moment we went there to talk with Ronnie (the wedding coordinator) to the moment we left the building at the end of our wedding day, Ronnie gave us the most incredible service. She helped us with everything we needed, had and/or found an answer to every SINGLE question we asked! She also had a magnetic personality :) The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL - they just did renovations before our wedding too, and they were so nice! It's inside and outside. On the wedding day, Ronnie was on top of absolutely everything, she set up ALL of our decorations for us, and the food was magnificent. You can even go for a tasting before your wedding! Ravenwood has held up its incredible reputation, and we loved it!

From the moment that I met Jennifer and Ronnie, I knew it was THE place. Both of the ladies were incredibly accomodating and impressively professional. Prior to the wedding, any concern or situation that arose, they were immediate with communication(usually less than a day to respond. Day of wedding, were on top of everything and always asking my husband and I if we needed anything. I was able to completely enjoy every moment of my day. I had my ceremony there as well and landscaping was absolutely breathtaking. EVERYONE commented on how wonderful food tasted and how fast servers were! Would 100% reccomend Ravenwood to anyone! No hesitations.

Ravenwood Golf Club was the perfect setting for our wedding reception. It was a pleasure planning our wedding with the expertise of the event planners, Jennifer and Veronica. They were personable and knowledgable giving us options and tips along the way. Every little detail was taken care of. When my husband and I arrived, the staff had set aside hors d'ouevres for us to ensure we were taken care of. Dinner service went on without a hitch.
When the hotel shuttle was not enough to take our guests back to the hotel, the staff offered to transport our guests so they did not have to wait to rest their dancing feet.
I would recommend Ravenwood Golf Club to any bride looking for a venue with a beautiful garden and spectacular view of the golf course from the reception hall.

I HIGHLY recommend Ravenwood... the service was outstanding! Food was delicious (and plentiful, including appetizers.) Wedding coordinator Jennifer will take care of every detail. Location is gorgeous and makes for great photos!
