Panheads catered the food at our wedding and it was fabulous! Chef Eric and team did a great job. The presentation was beautiful and the quality was delicious. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the appetizers and dinner...they especially loved the prime rib and meatballs! Chef Eric even helped me to accommodate a menu change at the last minute for our vegetarian guests. We also rented plates and silverware from Panheads which looked great and the team took care of water service and table cleanup. I do think the timeliness of communication can be improved, but 5/5 for the food (which is the most important part!). Thank you, Eric and team!
Huge thank you to the Panheads team for making an absolutely amazing spread for our wedding! The presentations for the appetizers and the dinner buffet were perfect and everyone could not stop raving about those appetizer meatballs...
For a very reasonable price, we were able to offer a variety of sides and not just one but THREE types of smoked BBQ meats! Not only was the food on point, the team including Eric, Jesse and Felicia were genuinely nice and fun people that added to the celebration! I would highly recommend Panheads to cater for an event.
My husband and I were married this past July 2017. All of our vendors were AMAZING and our catering by Panheads was no exception. We received tons of compliments on our food throughout the night and so many more in the days that followed. They allowed us to choose basically whatever we wanted, and even let us make some changes just weeks before our wedding day. For our cocktail hour we had a Bruschetta Bar (Greek, Traditional, & Seafood), an assorted Kabob Tree, and a giant Antipasta & Cheese Display (the pictures my photographer took of this table were so beautiful!). For dinner we opted for a buffet. We had a Meat Carving Station with different sauces, Seasonal Veggies, & a Cold Pasta Selection. My husband is greek - so we had a traditional Greek Salad (omg yum so good), a Watermelon Salad, & a Pesto Pasta Salad. There was something for everyone - vegetarian, seafood, meats, pasta, etc. We had about 200 people and still had plenty of food for everyone to enjoy as much as they'd like. I also have to mention - our reception was held outdoors, and we all know summer weather in Florida is very unpredictable. It ended up raining earlier in the day and literally didn't stop until about 30 minutes before cocktail hour was due to start - thank goodness! The staff was able to still have everything completely set up/decorated and food out before our guests began to arrive. Everything went exactly how we'd planned and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Panheads - trust me you won't be disappointed!
