Our highlight video made my jaw drop. They captured our day so perfectly. If you're on the fence about hiring a videographer, do it! Your wedding day will FLY by, and you will be thankful to have a video to look back on. We also love all of our photos they captured, and are thankful that we will have them to look back on for the rest of forever. Ray and Marissa were on time, professional, helpful and caring. We had our ceremony and reception at separate locations, and that was not a deterrent to them, they got the job done at both locations! I didn't meet them both in person until the day of the wedding which made me a little uneasy, but our experience was great and I was so happy that they're who we chose to hire for photo and video.

Having never had professional photos taken together, my husband and I arrived to our engagement shoot very out of our comfort zone, but within a few short minutes Marissa showed us how to pose, and prepped us for the big day. She made us feel extremely comfortable and prepared for the wedding day and our engagement photos were so perfect we had them printed for our welcome signs at the venue. The week of our wedding, Ray confirmed that he had the picture list we had prepared to fit into our timeline and agreed upon an arrival time for day of. He and his team were prompt and professional, introducing themselves to our bridal party and family and making everything feel so effortless. They captured every angle of our day and the pictures and video blew us away, they are perfect - I’m truly in awe of how they captured our day. ication and timeline after our wedding, it has been quite unprofessional in my opinion. I would give their content a 5/5 but their after-event professionalism a 2/5. We were told an estimate of 6-10 weeks for all content but did not receive the photos until the very end of March. The wedding highlight video did not come until about 4 months after. We did not receive the full footage video until 5 months after the wedding, and it was missing a few important sections of the wedding. I just received the "corrected" full video in September (8 months after), but it is still missing a major section. Since the wedding, they have been slow to respond and communicate, with weeks between email responses. They did not update me on delays until I reached out 1-2 times for an update. I have been waiting to write this review in hopes that they would correct these issues with more effort to improve customer satisfaction, but I am disappointed to say it is not yet fully resolved.

You can easily tell that they are very skilled in their profession and I loved the fact that I could also book both a photographer and videographer with them. One less thing for me to worry about! Covid hit and we rescheduled for a year out. They were super flexible and always responded very quickly through text. They offer different price packages which are very fairly priced in this industry/market. My husband and I did an engagement shoot (blown away by those pics), a bridal shoot (again blown away by those pictures) and now we're waiting on our wedding pictures!! They are awesome people to work with: showed up on time on our wedding, very supportive and calm (which I know comes with their years of experience in doing this), take charge when necessary (trying to get people out of the picture haha) and they easily direct you with the different poses you can do. Not to mention they are also very open to work with what you want to try out in terms of photography. Very happy customer and looking forward to continue shooting with them for all our future family events and business/commercial needs To the future brides: You won't be disappointed working with this lovely duo!
