d off via Etsy 11/5/19 - 11/13/19. I instructed him I wanted item stained- and he advised I needed to pay $20 for stain- as the book could not be assembled until after it was stained. Said it was already cut, he was just waiting for me to send the additional $20. I had a death in the family and wasn't able to respond to him and pay him the $20 fast enough (4 day lapse) so instead of waiting until I was able to get back to him, he refunded my ENTIRE order, after he told me it was already engraved, and said he didn't have time for me. I paid him for a service, he was "TOO BUSY" and already spent enough time... ha Do Not Deal with this man... pick someone who actually has compassion and patience and actually cares about your business and project.
