My review for Ray’s Florist, from a Mother of the Bride who is also a Professional Event Planner: Locally owned. Quality florals. Grown with optimum care. Artistic creations. Exemplary Service. Reliable Delivery. Pricing, in comparison to other florists in the area is competitive but not exorbitant. While doing a thorough comparative of all wedding specialty florists in and around the Asheville, NC area (for a destination wedding where we had zero relationship with floral businesses), I certainly had plenty of sticker shock quotes from other florists, not the case with Ray) A+ customer satisfaction Because of Ray and his attentive and creative team, the florals at my daughter’s mid October wedding not only reflected the seasonal colors of the Blue Ridge Mountains (her color theme), but also helped to bring the nature aspect of the beautiful outdoors to life inside the venue, beautifully elevating the rustic elegance that framed all of her modern romantic wedding dreams. Ray accomplished all of our eclectic objectives with artistic simplicity - such a beautiful presentation with oohs and aahs from all the guests . There are a number of talented florists in the western North Carolina towns in and around Asheville who can rise to your floral occasion, but truly, you don’t have to look any further than Ray’s Florist for any type of floral needs you want created.

Ray’s has always delivered on beautiful arrangements, so when it came time to find a florist for our wedding day it was a no-brainer to go with them. Ray took the few photos I had for inspiration for my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, and boutonnieres and turned them into works of art for the big day. Myself and my bridesmaids were blown away with just how beautiful all the flowers were, and how they stayed healthy during the whole day which was around 80 degrees. We had shepard hooks that lined the aisle, and Ray took the time day of to arrange all the vases for us, so all we had to do was place them on the hooks. The service Ray’s Florist provided was great, and you certainly would not regret booking them for your big day! They surpassed all the expectations I had when it came to our flower arrangements.

Ray and his staff did amazing floral work for the wedding my husband and I had a year ago last January. Their designs far exceeded our expectations, from the table arrangements, wreath, and the flower collars they made for our dogs who were in our wedding too. And we and our guests got to take home some beautiful arrangements that we continued to enjoy in the days following our wedding. We highly recommend them.

Ray's flowers blew us away - absolutely gorgeous. They were a pleasure to work with - very responsive and punctual.
