I used the online portal to choose songs for each reception event, to list specific songs we wanted played throughout the night, and to give a general idea of the type of music we were looking for. Ron was spot on with all of it - I wouldn't have changed even one song he chose to play. Once the dancing began, the dance floor was full for the rest of the night, and all of our guests had such a great time. Ron was amazing! It was between a couple different DJs and I am beyond happy that I went with Ron. His prices are great and equipment worked great for both ceremony and reception. He played every requested song from me and my guests. He was so helpful through out the entire process. Starting from my timeline, pairing my bridal and groom party along with everything in between. Finding vendors for your wedding day is quite stressful and there are multiple vendors to choose from. Thankfully we found Ron through our wedding planner / manager of Oakley Farms and he did not disappoint. We were unsure on a few things and he had great questions and knew exactly what he was doing. I even had a last minute change and we added in the shoe game instead of doing a bouquet / garter toss and he came up with ALL of the questions to keep it fun but it also took an additional stress off my shoulders!! Ron threw awesome party. he got my mom to head a conga line, we danced the night away. he made some sentimental announced some of the guests requested, which was so perfect. his light show during the dancing was absolutely amazing. such a nice quy, always working to make the experience so much fun. 10/10 reccomend

Ron did the music for my sister's wedding 6 years ago. I was so excited about the possibility of using him for our ceremony. He provided the ceremony audio, worked with our videographer for the best solutions, coordinated the uplighting and the cold sparks for our send off. I was thrilled with the results, the dance floor was packed and everyone had the best time! It was everything I wanted and I cannot recommend him enough.

I could not have asked for a better DJ for my wedding. Ron had all of our family and friends on the dance floor the entire night. His detailed preparation before the event made sure everything went smoothly so I didn’t have anything to worry about on the day of. We had a great experience with Ron. He provided music for our ceremony and reception as well as a memorial slide show. His communication skills were beyond excellent.. he always responded very promptly which was appreciated especially through all the changes that came due to Covid. I had no idea the number of songs I would have to choose throughout the ceremony and Reception and began to get overwhelmed and Ron was really great about helping out with that as well. He did an excellent job at my brother/sister-in-laws wedding as well as ours. Thanks so much, Ron!

Price of this DJ was really good, especially for the Charleston area. The price also included uplighting was really made the ambience of the night much better. He followed the requests from our phone interviews including no line dances and no other toasts but the matron of honor and best man. However, I didn’t like he didn’t provide a microphone for our officiant and he did not take song requests from any of my guests including my father. That was frustrating for me as well as my guests. Overall, however, we still had a great time.

We were lucky enough to have Ron DJ our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. He did a fantastic night making our day special! He kept the music light and fun during the rehearsal so everyone was able to talk and mingle, and even played a special dance song for the groom and his mother to dance for during the night. He kept the flow and timeline perfect throughout our wedding day ceremony and reception, and the had a fantastic music selection! He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We first saw RCB Audio at several weddings that we attended and just had to have them for ours! At every meeting not only were they extremely prepared, but also offered us food and beverages! Our venue had several rooms and Ron made sure that every room was going to have music and sound. We can't even begin to thank RCB Audio for their services. All of our guests LOVED the live slideshow, and we were even able to share all of the pictures with our guests after the wedding. Fantastic!! From the first time we contacted Ron we felt total confidence every step of the way! We loved his Live Slideshow enhancement! So many candid photos of us and our guests. They loved seeing themselves up on the big screen as they celebrated with us! Ron and his wife, Beth, kept the evening going and on schedule. We used his online planner, which was great allowing us to view his music library on line to pick our key songs and build the timeline, enter the wedding party names and even helped us keep our contact information for other vendors all in one place! Even though we had access to the planner, Ron followed up with us regularly to make sure nothing was missed or over looked. Very thorough and professional! When it was over we got a digital copy of all the photos he took for the Live Slideshow (over 100+)! Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!!

Ron was incredibly helpful from the initial phone call till the end of the reception. I was so impressed with his organization and setting the review phone calls kept me track! Free WiFi on the plane and still on cloud nine from last night so I feel like this is the best time to share how wonderful Ron was for our wedding! This entire process of planning was so simple with the online planning tools and Ron was so on top of things with periodic phone calls to review the song selections and reception timeline! We added an amazing service they offer called the LiveSlide Show and I would highly recommend it!! Thank you so much for making our night perfect!!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful Ron was to work with! I used RCB Audio as my wedding DJ and also purchased the live slideshow option. Communication with Ron was wonderful throughout the entire wedding planning process and even after the wedding. The live slideshow was great and Ron brought everything needed for that add-on service. He incorporated photos that we sent him and then took pictures throughout the night to add to the slideshow. I really enjoyed seeing the wedding photos that he took as I am still waiting on the wedding photos from my photographer. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for any event! I was beyond satisfied with all of his services. Ron's website is great to use and makes planning your special event very easy. He has a very extensive selection of songs. He respected my "do not play" list even though I did have guests requests songs that I did not want played. As I said before, Ron was truly wonderful. You will not be disappointed.

Ron was wonderful to work with! I planned my entire Charleston destination wedding by myself and picked vendors based on reviews, price and their general overall helpfulness. Going with RCBAudio was one of the very best decisions of my wedding. Ron was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. We had a few last minute changes due to the military that he fixed for us without problems. He kept the guest dancing and entertained all night. We hired Ron as our DJ about 7 months before the wedding in Mount Pleasant. He worked with us all the way through the planning. His online planner was great. He met with me in advance to do a final review and got everything perfect. Ron played a variety of music enjoyed by all our guests.

We could not have been happier with the services provided by Ron Swain at RCB Audio. During every encounter--via phone, email, or in person--Ron was extremely professional and courteous. He was very quick to respond to any questions or requests, and he was incredibly flexible in meeting our needs. I had reservations at first about a DJ's ability to provide a selection of music that would please our guests, as many different age groups were represented. My fiance is also very particular about music, so I was a little skeptical. However, Ron was able to provide an entire evening of music based on just a few artists and songs that he knew we liked, and everyone seemed to enjoy the music so much! In fact, my fiance was so pleased that he asked me to request the entire song list from Ron so that we could listen to all of the songs again. In addition to providing the music, Ron also served as MC for our event. I did not have a day-of wedding coordinator, and so I worried a little about who would keep track of the timeline. Ron did a fantastic job. He announced our arrival, our first dance, the blessing of the food, etc. He took care of keeping the reception on track, so I didn't have to. He was also very good at communicating with me, both leading up to the day of the wedding and on the day-of. He was very thorough in making sure that he understood what is was that we needed and wanted from him. Also, the RCB website interface was very user-friendly and useful in selecting songs from a vast database, and in creating the timeline for the event. Bottom line: I would very highly recommend Ron Swain of RCB Audio to anyone seeking DJ and/or MC services. I don't believe you would find greater quality of service or a better value with any other vendor in the Charleston area.

Ron was an excellent choice for the DJ for our wedding reception! From the time of booking him, he was very organized, punctual, and professional, and was always just an email or call away for any questions. When it came time for the reception , my husband and I can confidently say that it was the best party we've ever been to. He kept the party going with all of our favorite and requested songs. Ron was very helpful in insuring that our wedding music and timeline were what we wanted. We put down suggestions for about 50% of songs to be played. He was an excellent MC for the introductions and announcements throughout the night. Ron played all the requested songs from our guests! We had a dancing crowd and everyone mentioned how much fun they had, thanks to Ron. Ron and his wife were very warm, friendly, and personable. udio provided the entertainment for our wedding in Mt. Pleasant, SC in May of 2015, and we could not have been more pleased. Mr. Swain’s professionalism is off the charts. Many vendors, from planning to execution, were average at best. It is clear that he takes pride in his trade, and puts emphasis in executing your vision--- by far the best money we spent. We wanted to incorporate a number of tiny details into our ceremony and reception, and through multiple meetings and calls at our request, Ron executed without missing a beat. Ron was an AWESOME DJ!! He had all of my guests up and dancing all night. I was told that if I hadn't made the announcement that the party was ending that it would have continued until 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning :-) That made me feel great because that's exactly what I wanted: a great dance party reception!! Ron was able to play most of the songs that my guests and I requested (even though there was quite a mix of genres) and he did it very well!! If there was a higher score than 5 stars that Kevin and I could give, we most definitely would! Ron with RCBAudio is a 10 in our book :-) Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!!
