My experience with RDevine was too good to be true. I fell in love with the dress but needed it in 45 days for my wedding....and needed it shipped overseas as I'm stationed in the middle east. Not only were they able to get it to me in time but they even cut the expedited shipping fee in half. The correspondence was seamless and they were happy to accommodate me as much as I needed in the most warm and professional way possible. I am very grateful to the RDevine staff. Highly recommend!

Please save yourself the bad feelings I now have about my dress. I ordered my dress August 2017 with 6-8 week delivery. It is now April 21st, eight months later, and I am still being asked for more measurements! When you are excited about your wedding dress, and it takes more than ten times as long (and still not even finished, let alone shipped) it really leaves a bad feeling. To make things feel worse, I saw the dress for a third of the price on another website, and it just made me feel terrible wondering if she was just ordering it wholesale there instead, and maybe it was taking that long because it's coming from China. I don't know. She was sweet as can be until I told her I wanted to cancel my order, and then she turned unpleasant and has promised to keep a good chunk of my money. Eight months, and not even ready yet. So disappointed.

My experience with RDevine so far is phenomenal! Desiree is one of the most fantastic women I know. She listens intently to your needs and desires for your special day. I love the personal aspect she takes with her brand. She is fully invested in each client interaction. I have just started this process and I am so excited to be working with her for ALL of my wedding needs. Desiree is designing the attire for my entire wedding party. RDevine also has a fantastic make artist named Lindsey on staff. I have a meeting with Jennifer at the new RDevine office this Saturday to go over a proposal for my bridal party to be catered to while we review Desiree's designs and we choose colors and fabrics. I feel as though Desiree is family and I am so glad I have found her and her amazing team!!

Stay away!!! Unreliable!! I was emailing her back and forth picking or a design and I kept on asking her where the dresses were made first she said over seas and than I asked where 2 more times and she ignored me. I finally picked out a design and she went ghost on me!! Not reliable at all !!! Do not bother!!
