h us, accepted the date changes without any fees or nothing, and we finally made it happen. Throughout the entire planning process leading up to the wedding day, he scheduled and self initiated 4+ meetings via phone to ensure he can take in all if our special requests ( Ex: different wedding party entrance for our wedding party, MC responsibilities, custom playlists, multiple DJ sets around the venue). Jermaine also had great questions, follow-ups, and recommendations that we would've never thought of since this was our first time managing a big event like this. We reviewed the entire wedding schedule every time we spoke with him and he carefully went through all the small details to ensure that everything was perfect. We knew we were in good hands and had full confidence that Jermaine would deliver and he sure did. The Day of Wedding, Jermaine showed up hours early prior to our ceremony, had all the DJ Setups, speakers, sound check ready to go. He was an amazing DJ and our wedding party loved his personal recommendation to us to play a game for which the table goes up to get food first by playing “name that tune.” It definitely got the party engaged, competitive and a whole lot of laughs. Jermaine also did an amazing job to keep us on our schedule, he always made sure to give us a heads up on what was coming up next and if we were good to move on to the next part of the wedding since it was such a blur for us which made everything run smoothly. In terms of the music, Jermaine does what he does best and had the entire wedding party dancing until the last call. After the event, a lot of our family and friends complemented the music and the entire vibe of the party! One important thing I want to mention is how considerate and thoughtful he is as a person. Our guests and I were having a hard time getting an uber or lyft to leave the venue. He was quick to catch that my wife and I were getting a bit worried so Jermaine without hesitation offered to give us a ride to our hotel room. He really didn't have to do that at all specially when it was past midnight, but that just shows he is a genuine and legit person at heart and came through for us on our special day. We can’t thank you enough Jermaine!! My wife and I were so blessed and thankful to have you be part of our special day!

so should have just asked the coordinator these questions). During the ceremony, there was some sound like a notification he got that came through the speakers at one point. The transitions between reception introductions to the first dance song then father daughter dance and the mother son dance were not smooth and as the bride, I found myself just standing there in front of everyone waiting for the next song to come on which was a little embarrassing and awkward. We had a jazz theme playlist we wanted played during cocktail hour/dinner and I think our list was a little short for the duration of dinner so he played some other songs that didn’t fit the theme i.e. pop songs which I didn’t like. Overall I was not impressed and quite disappointed because I felt like he should have been more prepared for such an important event like a wedding and could have easily asked me questions prior but never did. I would not book again nor recommend RDM for other weddings.

t was beautiful. I am so happy that I went with him, he's a very smart, insightful, respectful, and overall awesome guy and I would definitely be calling him to DJ our next events!

e reception. The DJ totally nailed it, and had a good sense for how to keep everyone dancing his speakers were loud and clear and he was accurate with introducing the wedding party. Highly recommended!

He played a great selection of music based on our initial input and then adapted to what the crowd was dancing to - some older tunes earlier in the evening and then moving to more modern as the younger crowd was left at the end of the night. He kept our guests happy and dancing all night. Would highly recommend!

ustom playlists are even better! I asked if I could send him a list of songs to work into his mix and he was enthusiastic about doing so. He worked all of my songs in and even kept the music clean for my family members. Dj Jermaine acted as a DJ /host and did a great job! He was dressed professionally, worked professionally, and was overall the best dj I could ever ask for! (And I am very picky and specific about my music!) If you’re looking for a DJ for your event, DJ Jermaine is the one for you!
