We used Bob for our wedding in early April. Bob is a standout professional and can truly capture the moment in the most delicate way. He took roughly 4000 pictures throughout the course of the night and all of the pictures we have been shown are stunning. It is our honest and sincere response for the photographer that helped our dreams come true. I first saw Bob as I had started to get ready. As planned, he arrived to get some 'dressing' shots of the Groom. Thank goodness he was there! Before Bob had even taken a picture, he was helping to remove labels and tags from my suit which I'd previously forgotten to do. His experience in the business taught him to bring along a little tool kit, which certainly helped me. For about 20mins or so, Bob took excellent father son pictures of me and my dad while we got ready. All the details of the clothing, cufflinks, suit and tie were covered, as were those special moments as my dad helped me to get ready. Moving on, the Groomsmen and myself said goodbye to Bob as we went to the British Beer Company for a quick photo op (I'm British after all). We arrived to see our second photographer Nicki already waiting for us. She was lovely and had already scoped out shooting locations for us. She even asked the staff if she could go behind the bar to get amazing shots. Working with her was a fun start to the day. Back at the Inn, Bob was now shooting the bride as she got ready. His natural calming demeanor and sense of humor was a welcomed gift to the bridal suite. He got stunning pictures of the dress and all those little details. Most importantly Bob beautifully captured the bride getting ready and there are just so many nice moments to mention. He knew all the right locations and all the right things to do in order to capture timeless images. This was not just a point-and-press situation, Bob literally took the bride on her own mini-Vanity Fair Bridal shoot around the Inn. So special! At the ceremony Bob and Nicki were in stealth mode, blending in with the crowd and not getting in anyone's way. All those special moments of father and bride walking down the isle, wiping away tears during vows, the placing of the rings, the first kiss and throwing of the confetti were all perfectly captured. Nothing was missing and we are so thankful. During cocktail hour Bob insisted we had moved quickly so that we could also enjoy our cocktail party with our guests. He was so organized that the formal portraits with our families took very little time. For our ‘couple’ shots, Bob already picked out every location so the transition between them was quick and effortless. He directed us in what to do and how to be. It felt natural, easy and overall fun! Jordana and I genuinely loved every minute of it because Bob made it so much fun. I would describe these pictures as contemporary and creative; personalized, romantic and creative. As the wedding went on, from cake cutting, to first dance to speeches and dinner, nothing was missed. Beautiful timeless photos that capture every special moment. We’re not saying this to satisfy our own ego in terms of “we had the best photographer EVER!” We’re saying this because we know that with Bob, your wedding photography would be incredible and the experience of working with Bob and his team would take a massive weight off your shoulders.
