open during most of our wedding planning. I was nervous about booking a florist without seeing actual flowers, but Debbie was wonderful and quickly put me at ease. I don't know that much about flowers, but when I told her what I liked she was able to suggest other flowers that would go well together. She answered all my emails (which were full of questions) very quickly. We talked on the phone about flower suggestions and she gave me a website where I could see all the flowers she was suggesting. We texted several times as well. She was always available for me when I had questions. When the flower shop did eventually open, she let me in her flower cooler to see what kinds of flowers she would be using in my arrangements. Debbie is very accommodating! Our flowers were reasonably priced and they were beautiful!

ight. Debbie met with us for our first design meeting and looked through some photos of what I had liked. She instantly knew all the names of the flowers/greenery that I liked and recommended alternatives for the season that would compare. She drafted up our initial quote and it was a bit more than what I needed so we went back and forth a couple of times until we had exactly what I imagined. Debbie and her Mom completed flowers for our entire wedding party as well as 6 greenery strands for our tables. The vision that I had in my head was exactly what Debbie executed and I couldn't have been more happy with my flowers, I just wish they would never die and I could hold onto them forever. I definitely recommend Debbie at Eastgate for your big day, she is easy to work with, affordable, and has excellent communication through the entire process. Debbie went to the green house specifically for me and followed up with a phone call to tell me how excited she was and that she knew it would look fantastic. I knew my wedding was NOT traditional and that it would take a lot to work with me on exactly what I wanted, but it never seemed like too big of a task for Eastgate Flowers & Gifts. I had such a rough start to the wedding day due to my event planners not keeping promises, however, when I finally arrived and saw my flowers, I was in tears. They were more than I EVER imagined. Besides of course getting married, my flowers absolutely made my wedding day. I felt like a million dollars. Debbie and the rest of the staff at Eastgate made my experience wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone on the east side of Cincinnati looking for a unique touch.
