Wonderful Service and Beautiful Product!!
When the central opal in my engagement ring (purchased from a boutique in NYC) turned irreversibly a disgusting yellow just 3 months afte...
r purchase, I turned to Reads Jewelers to see what could be done. Tasha immediately got on board to help me find an icy opaque diamond as a replacement stone. Over the course of 3 weeks, she found multiple raw/opaque diamonds from multiple vendors. She was quick to text/email me pictures of new shipments, and incredibly polite as I analyzed them. Thank you all for being so patient with my pickiness, and so fair with pricing negotiations!
The result is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece that I am obsessed with!
We both picked out a rings from Reed’s I really can’t go wrong in their store. If they don’t have what you want they can get it very quickly. They have great customer service.

My Husband couldn't decide on his wedding band. Nothing seemed just right, until he saw the titanium engraved bands in Read's display case at the Houston Rodeo.
A few short weeks...
later we were in the actual store in Fort Worth for him to try on blanks and order his wedding band.
The service was wonderful; even though the two of us were wearing our weekend casual clothes (more slob than chic, I'm sorry to admit) and the store is obvioulsy used to catering to higher end clients, we were greeted immediately, and shown all of the items we asked to see - without the bat of an eye.
DH tried on several "blanks" and found just the right one.
I was only asked to pay a deposit at the time I placed the order - I was expecting to plop down the full price - since it's a custom order!
I had to call the store to get status updates on our ring, and even had to ask the gentleman who answered if he was willing to take my payment (of the balance) so that the ring could be shipped without delay when it arrived in their store. In person the service was fantastic - but the follow up wasn't quite what I'd expected.
DH's ring was kind of pricey, but it's hand engraved by a local artist, who used to do engraving for major gun manufacturers - so I understand why!
We orderd the ring the first week of April. We figured this was plenty of time to have it delivered before our mid-August wedding. Apparently we estimated incorrectly - the ring was delivered by UPS on August 3rd (after a few calls to check on the status!). We had it in time, but at the end I was pretty nervous.
The ring was worth every cent, and even the close-call delivery.
A word of warning- if you are considering an engraved ring from Reads, check you calendar and order at least 14 weeks before you need to have it delivered!
