Monica was so attentive and really listened to what I had in mind. After looking at a few other bridal shops in Omaha, I went back to Ready or Knot where Monica ordered in a sample dress for me to try. It was just what I was looking for. Jocelyn helped me select bridesmaid dresses, too. She took the stress off of me by reaching out to my bridesmaids to coordinate ordering/ shipping the dresses. then Ready or Knot is where you'll make that bride desire come to life. After I got engaged October 2019, I made 3 dress shopping appointments in search for my dream dress. I asked my MOH to fly in for only one of the 3 appointments-- the last one. My MOH panicked and worried I'd find "the dress" at one of the first 2 boutiques, but I assured her that my heart knew that my dress was at Ready or Knot-- women, our intuition never leads us astray. When I met my now husband Dan and discovered that I wanted to marry him, I knew I'd want to do so in a Pronovias gown. I saved up for the dress for years so that I could get whatever I wanted no matter the price... & so I found my Pronovias dress at Ready or Knot all thanks to Jocelyn. I came with an idea in mind and she, perceptive as she is with years of experience, knew exactly what to present to me. Jocelyn brought out gown after gown that accentuated all of the best features of my body. I was skeptical that I'd have the "this is it" moment when I found my dress, but when I tried on the Pronovias Aegir gown-- a dress with a mermaid cut, sweetheart neck line, and combination of Chantilly and French Alencon dress-- I was awe struck. I didn't full on cry, but I felt beautiful, like an angel. From that moment onward, every time I put on that dress, I found no fault in me. Jocelyn made that happen for me and I am forever grateful for her-- her advices, her kindness, her support, and for making me feel like the prettiest bride. She is so personable and knowledgeable-- I want more of my friends to get married in Omaha so that I can take them to Ready or Knot to find their perfect dress! I want them to experience the exuberant joy that comes with having a fun and successful wedding dress shopping experience. If I get married in another life, I'd choose Dan as my groom and Ready or Knot as my bridal boutique without a shadow of a doubt.

I wanted to Jocelyn she pulled 3 dresses and I honestly had a hard time choosing between two of them, they were both perfect and fit exactly what I was looking for. ask the names of the women I had with me. I would have loved for her to at minimum ask who the mother of the bride is. Moments after I put the first dress on, she proceeded to help another bride, who walked in and wanted to book an appointment. She grabbed her laptop and helped that bride, while I stood uncomfortably on the pedestal waiting. Because this was my first time trying on wedding dresses, I wasn't sure exactly I wanted. Ready or Knot asked for photos of what style I was going for before the appointment, but after trying on several dresses it was evident that my vision changed. This appeared to annoy her. She proceeded to make comments every time I went into the dressing room that "this is what you said you wanted on your pinterest board." After I didn't like those dresses, she went so far as to grab her laptop and show my entourage what I had pinned. There was one dress that I liked at the end, but my family and I agreed that we couldn't buy it at Ready or Knot because of the way we were treated. Overall, I left there feeling extremely uncomfortable, discouraged and robbed of my first wedding dress experience. However, Rhylan Lang downtown saved the day and provided me the experience that I always wanted and the dress of my dreams. It was night and day! Rhylan Lang allowed me to walk around and pick out dresses, while Ready or Knot basically told us to sit down and not touch anything. Jocelyn would help me put on my dress and then disappear, while the consultant at Rhylan Lang never left my side and was attentively listening to myself and my entourage. I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping at Ready or Knot.
