DJ P-Lo is the best of the best! From the very start of our engagement Patricio was super easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions. When it came to entertainment he was a class act! Amazing trumpet player, rapper and DJ - he kept our wedding guests engaged from the cocktail hour through dinner and big time on the dance floor. He even let me (the bride) get behind his equipment and wear his headphones / “deejay” for a song. Everything went perfectly and all of our top Xiong requests were played. It was the best time and I had a ton of guests say they wanted his information for future events. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I am so glad that we used DJ P-Lo for our wedding! From the get go, he was on the ball and very organized, very professional, and very personable. He was able to help me curate my vision for our wedding through the usage of him. We had a major change a few weeks before the wedding and he responded well, handling it perfectly! During the ceremony and reception, he was all we could ask for and even more. His skills with the music and seamlessly changing songs during the ceremony were perfect! His trumpet skills during dinner were also amazing and set the tone for our wedding even more! He was great during all parts, but we loved how he played to our crowd, there was never an empty dance floor. I could not have asked for a better DJ and I cannot imagine our day without him!

We have been using this band for the better part of 20 years for our Miami holiday party. They are great to work with and the music is fantastic!

When you plan a destination wedding, its always a struggle to find the right vendors to match your needs and personality and vision for your special day. After being referred to DJ P-Lo from our venue, it took a quick Instagram review and 1 phone call to solidify he was the perfect DJ for us, and it helped that we all had connections to South Florida! We worked completely via emails & phone calls, thanks to location and COVID but never once did we worry about that. He put us at ease the entire way, offered as much or as little contact and advice as we asked for, and helped to ensure our wedding was not only a great party but also stayed true to who we are as a couple! DJ P-Lo brought some of the South Florida flavor to Asheville, kept the party going all night long, did some of his own rap which everyone loved, and brought out his instruments to bring the party up a notch at the right time! He put us at ease, made us laugh, and ensured our entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) was everything we wanted and more. 11/10 would recommend using him to any and everyone looking for a DJ, and would use him again if the opportunity comes up!!

P-LO is THE BEST!!! He is very attentive and listens to what you want so he can tailor the entire experience to fit your needs. Not only is he incredibly professional but he is beyond talented and really is the ultimate hype man with his trumpet! DJ PLO was absolutely the BEST! Super energetic, entertaining, and literally hyped up the entire crowd!!! I had several family members and friends request his contact info after the wedding!!! He left everyone speechless with his talent!! He interacted with the crowd by singing, dancing, rapping, playing the trumpet, sharing the mic with guests ….I mean it was just an absolute BLAST. I didn’t want the night to end. He played the music we requested and even other songs that fit well in the mix!! Highly HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed 😊

We had an amazing experience working with DJ P-Lo! We were in need of a bilingual DJ for our wedding and he connected us with DJ Lebron, who was absolutely spectacular. We received so many compliments on the music mix throughout our reception. DJ LeBron met with us multiple times before our wedding and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We were beyond impressed with the DJ services at both our ceremony and reception. If you need a DJ check out DJ P-Lo, if he can’t do it himself he can hook you up with someone just as amazing!

DJ Plo was awesome. We had the BEST dance party. He mixed songs perfectly and everything was seamless. He was the perfect level of MC and not overdoing it. EVERYONE LOVED the TRUMPET during dinner and during some of the dance songs. He was perfect, would definitely choose him if I had to do it all over again.

DJ P-Lo was one of the best and most memorable parts of our wedding! He was extremely professional from start to finish - his online portal makes signing the contract and making payments extremely easy and you're able to view your documents at any time. You're able to fill out a questionnaire to clearly outline anything you DO or DON'T want played at the wedding. Wedding day went so smooth - DJ P-Lo ran everything seamlessly from ceremony to finish. The best part was he surprised everyone with a bit of trumpet playing!! Definitely a crowd pleaser and added a little something special/memorable to the night. Everyone loved it!! Dj P-Lo was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better Dj. He arrived early, played piano, had all of the ceremony music perfectly timed and was a great entertainer during the reception. I had a hard time coming up with a lot of songs I wanted so we just gave him a general idea and he ran with it perfectly. He's also very friendly and easy to work with. My wedding was postponed over a year due to COVID and we kept in touch periodically the entire time, until I was ready to select a new date. I can't say enough great things about him!

DJ P-Lo provided both our dinner and dancing music. During dinner, his live trumpet playing added a lovely touch to the evening and once dinner was done, he created a fun atmosphere on the dance floor.

We reached out to DJ P-LO a few weeks before our wedding regarding photo booth services. I had originally planned on just leaving some polaroid cameras for people to have fun with - but the closer the date got the more uncomfortable I was with that idea. Even though we were so close to the wedding Patrick was incredibly accommodating and responsive about our needs. He arranged a photo booth service with an attendant for our reception and it was one of the biggest hits of the night. Both adults and kids LOVED the photo booth and got to go home with a few souvenirs. We would absolutely reach out to Patrick again if we ever needed his help - definitely went above and beyond!

You write out songs for different times wedding ceremony, Father daughter dance etc .... once dinner finished there was not a time where people were not dancing 💃 he kept everyone enjoying their time. We had a photo booth inside the reception area where there was space and this was a great idea where guests could see it and once the pics were taken they go to your iPhone, that was fun. We loved the entire night and it was flawless, everything we had hoped it would be. We did not have a wedding planner. With his time line of songs you don’t need one 😅 Thank you so much DJ P LO

OMG! Patrick was amazing for my wedding night. He completed exceeded expectations. He truly was amazing throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Day of I was a wreck to say the least.... we have a photo of him giving a thumbs up during set up through my photographer which completely calmed my nerves! My entire wedding party and guests were amazed at how flawless he was able to change between songs and the trumpet! Ah! Believe me he’s worth everything. His support was fantastic and she was giving pointers for our PhotoBooth! 1000% recommend for any event!

With DJ P-LO, you get not just a DJ but a performer as well! We provided him with a Spotify playlist for the wedding with over 3 hours worth of music and he was able to expertly feel the mood of the room and pick the perfect combo of music to keep our multicultural family dancing the entire time. As an added bonus DJ P-LO performed some smooth tunes with his trumpet during the dinner and got the party going with his perfect cover of Bruno Mars, Uptown Funk. I highly recommend using DJ P-LO for any function and am incredibly grateful that he had a hand in making our reception so special and fun.

As a retired professional musician, I knew I would be super picky with our wedding music. I bounced between getting live music or a DJ and found DJ P-lo who is a great blend of awesome DJ, great musician (hello keytar and trumpet), and singer. He was the first vendor I booked because I knew right away I just wanted him to be the MC for our special day. Not only was he quick with responding he was very detailed with the whole wedding day process from arrival time, pre-music, ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, and our last song. He meticulously timed every planned song perfectly and kept everyone dancing or entertained. Instead of stressing about playlists I let DJ P-lo take the lead on the whole day and he did an amazing job. DJ P-Lo was able to read the crowd well and adapt each song to the energy of the crowd to keep the party going. He even had a few songs for the salsa and bachata dancers in the crowd (per their song requests). During dinner he gave a great performance enhancing jazz tunes with his professional trumpet skills and then shattered the dance-floor with his energetic keytar and vocal abilities. Many of the guests commented about how this DJ was “like no other DJ they’ve encountered from other weddings.” Even more guests were so surprised on how I found a DJ who can sing, dance, and perform. The big comments for the weekend were “Your DJ was so awesome! Where did you find him?” and “It was the best wedding party I’ve ever attended.” DJ P-Lo is interactive, fun, energetic, and a talented musician. He did a very good job lighting our venue as well (Rumbling Bald Resort) and was well-prepared with a second setup due to our reception and ceremony site being a good distance away. Book DJ P-Lo and you will not be disappointed.

I had a feeling about DJ P-Lo, but I never imagined he could be THAT good! I am still floored - Patrick MADE my wedding reception a fantastic party with tons of energy. He wasn't just behind the equipment playing music, he actually engaged with the crowd and got them inspired and moving. It was perfect! He played my playslists, and I told him to go ahead and add in a few others he thought would get people dancing - he made great choices! Can't wait to see the photos. And finally, he timed the music perfectly for the various parts of the ceremony. He is a great communicator, made sure all was in order, is extremely personable, fun, and professional. Absolutely the best DJ you'll hire!! DJ P-lo is so kind and the perfect person to get your party started! DJ P-Lo was the DJ for my sisters wedding and we truly enjoyed having him. He worked around some crazy obstacles to make sure he was able to help us. Between a reschedule and a hurricane, he made sure to still provide an excellent experience. We loved having the variety of music we were looking for.

Patrick is a wonderful DJ and gave us the party of a lifetime! Given we got married outside, he did a wonderful job making sure the music carried across the field we were in and that it wasn’t washed out by the sound of wind or people talking. Now for the party, DJ PLo is an extraordinary DJ! This man got on the floor with us and played the trumpet, sang and danced with us! Our guests were floored by his enthusiasm and his ability to just keep the party going. The phrase “I love this DJ” must have been one of the most frequent things mentioned that night (and after!). I don’t think we had more than 5 people sitting at a time, he kept everyone dancing, singing and happy! He played all of our “must have” songs. He kept the wedding paced and moving as well, keeping track of times for special dances, speeches and announcements. In short, HIRE THIS MAN!! His packages are very affordable, especially for the quality of work that he provides. He is WONDERFUL to work with and you will not get a better party!

Dj P-Lo was just fantastic!! For dinner, I took him nice dinner music, and a plus if he could find nice instrumental Disney music. He totally delivered! DJ P-Lo did a fantastic job at our wedding! The best part of the entire reception was when he opened the floor for karaoke!!! I would definitely recommend him!

We absolutely LOVED DJ P-LO! Not only is he a great DJ but he also plays the trumpet. It was so nice having the trumpet as an option during cocktail hour. Our guests loved him and I constantly had people coming up to me saying "what a great DJ!". He has a great personality and is so good at what he does. I HIGHLY recommend!

DJ P-Lo was great from the get-go! Within five minutes of emailing him, I had an email back and he was extremely responsive all the way past our wedding! He played a lot of the songs we wanted to keep the dancing going, he played the trumpet (which was fantastic) and he even let my husband play as well. I HIGHLY recommend DJ P-Lo for your wedding!

Patrick was an incredible presence at our wedding. He was extremely professional worked with our wedding planner, and took care of all of our special moments with ease. PLO truly kept the dance party going all night and accommodated any song request, then would suddenly be right in the middle singing or playing the trumpet along with whatever song was on. We hired DJ P-Lo for our wedding at Highland Brewing and he killed it! Great with requests, played to the crowd, and the live music was awesome!

We hired the DJ P-LO and Xpresso Party Band for our wedding and had a magnificent experience. The lead singer welcomed the bridal party and also did a magnificent job. She was warm and kind and soulful as one would want a hostess to be. It was a questionable moment trying to hire a Latin band for a destination wedding in North Carolina (most of our guests traveling from Miami-we had some high demands). Rest assured the band did an incredible job and we had a magnificent party without flaw! I would highly recommend them!

DJ P-LO offered us an excellent music experience for our wedding. We had some technical difficulties with getting my exact reception playlist synced up, just because my venue was out in the middle of nowhere, but Patrick made sure that the party kept moving with songs similar to the ones I had posted on my playlist. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception within my budget. He even played some live music on his trumpet during dinner, which was a huge surprise to my guests and left everyone very impressed. Not only was he great at providing music, but he also checked on my husband and I after the cake cutting to make sure we had gotten some cake, and he continued to touch base with us throughout the night to ensure we were having a good time. He was easy to communicate with and did a great job overall. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a truly great time at their wedding reception!

DJ P-LO was a true pleasure to work with! He was incredible patient with me- as I am the slowest email responder in the world, and offered amazing service. Our day went truly without a hitch. He had everyone out on the dance floor the entire night, and transitioned perfectly with the flow of the evening, keeping it PG for my grandparents and children at the beginning of the night, and then getting rowdy with my younger friends near the end. His questionnaire was perfect to make sure we didn't forget a single magical moment and got all our favorite songs included. Also the price was more than reasonable for what an amazing service we experienced, ended up being more affordable than I expected when i started talking to different DJs and Bands!

Patrick was professional and so sweet to us! At first it was a little difficult to get a contract going and I was surprised to find that I had to fill out most of the contract myself, but it eventually was worked out. Patrick is a very talented trumpet player and I thought it was so unique that he played it along with the music during dinner! He got all of our "event" songs right and he kept the crowd entertained while still following my reception timeline. He also provided microphones for speeches and even some up-lighting that I didn't even know about! I gave him a huge list of must-play songs and do-not-play songs but I do recall that he didn't get through the entire list, and he did play some of the songs on that do-not-play list, but they also may have been requested by a guest. Overall we are very glad to have had DJ P-LO running the party at our wedding reception!

I got married on May 7th, 2016. I was nervous about booking a live band. My wife and I are both musicians and had high expectations--a band that could cover multiple genres. I'm also Latin, and wanted quality Latin Jazz. DJ P-LO not only met our expectations, HIS GROUP FAR EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS AND BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. I can't say it enough, from his professionalism, communication, openness to feedback/direction (I had sent him an exhaustive list of songs, genres, and transitions I was hoping for), to his interaction with the crowd, live band mix with programmed music and, of course, the basics--he was on time, he set up and broke down properly, and he checked in with me all night to make sure he was meeting expectations...which again, he wasn't--he was FAR EXCEEDING THEM! (Did I say that already?) His band mates were professional and spectacular soloists, singers, and musicians. You cannot go wrong with booking these guys. We are so thankful that we had a FANTASTIC PARTY because the music had us ALL DANCING ALL NIGHT LONG (and it was an ethnically diverse group read: Southerners that may not be used to Latin Jazz). What a great price for such great quality!!!
