sit down interview and it felt good. At no point in the interview was it stated that we weren’t going to have Eddie as our DJ. Actually, I take that back. I asked what happens if he can’t make it because he is sick. He told me he can sub his son. That’s fine and well thought out. No red flags. The interview WAS FOR EDDIE. We had a phone meeting scheduled for TWO WEEKS before our wedding. This is when I find out Eddie is busy and he’s moved his son to our wedding. Mind you I’ve never met his son, I had never talked to his son before my wedding, and I understand that our wedding ( a family that are not big dancers or partiers ) might not be the owners jam but this information SHOULD have been sent to us before two weeks prior to our wedding. Turns out he double books and moved his more inexperienced DJ to our wedding. You should know this is a possibility as a client. The good news is that I really liked his son. He was respectable and played music that the dancers wanted to hear. He did as good as he could have with what he was given. And he was given a family that does not dance and does not party. Actually, we ended early ( bride and groom so happy with that as we are not social and have disabilities ). His music for the ceremony was great, and he did a good job with the first dances, anniversary dance and table rush. He helped us set up our thank you speech with clear communication and advice. I really did like him. This vender was our ONLY meet and greet vender. Everything else was phone based or video based. So, to meet in person…. And then not get the person you are meeting is .. well, it’s just weird, unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time at that point. I would implore the company to switch to video meetings with both of your dj’s, or keep the in person meets but include both DJ’s. The company in whole .. I personally can’t recommend it to you, unless you are okay being baited and switched 2 weeks before your wedding and going into your wedding having no idea who you hired. His son, ( I don’t even remember his name ) I would give 5 stars to and would hire him separately. I’m leaving 4stars because you are okay getting either the owner or son. It’s the practice I don’t like, and this all seems very easy to avoid in the future. But personally, I feel it should be 0 stars because we didn’t receive what we hired. Hence the mixed review

ay of and answered any last minute questions and arrived prepared. Once we started the dance he played great songs to get the crowd engaged. We definitely had a full dance floor. He took into consideration songs we wanted played and made sure to incorporate them into the night. He changed up the music based off of the vibe and the crowd and I can definitely say he played back to back “bangers” multiple times. As the bride, I didn’t want to leave the dance floor because I was having so much fun. He really made our night fun and I appreciated having a great DJ to rely on and show up and make it a party. Thank you, Eddie! He’s your guy for your next event!
