The only problem I had was getting them done in time because there was an instance where someone in the office had COVID and couldn’t work on getting the proofs out - but I don’t think that should be held against them. I definitely should have allotted more time for things like that! I highly recommend Reave’s engraving to anyone in North Carolina!

invitations and Reaves did not disappoint. The invitations are absolutely gorgeous!! They are very old school and mailed me my physical samples. I live about an hour and a half away and was able to do everything over the phone and via email. They were prompted with emails. Everytime I called they were more than happy to accommodate any of my questions. They communicated they were behind with covid, which is completely understandable, but that never was a worry with my order. They were very communicative of the process. We opted to have the invitations, calligraphy, stamping, and stuffing of innovations done by them. This saved me so much time. I received my order right on time for my March 26th date. I know that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. The prices were fantastic. I paid for the invitations after the proofs were finalized and I was not charged for my calligraphy until after I had already received my order. These invitations are gorgeous and set the perfect tone for our wedding. Thank you!

ldn’t get product to us and refuse to refund us. We were guaranteed products 12/2021 and they are still not delivered. Do NOT ever use this company. They are stealing $1000 bucks from us. They literally cancelled their refund to us. Please do NOT ever trust that they will take care of you. My CC fraud department is going after them for theft and misrepresentation because their refund policy is clear in their website and they are not abiding by their own internal rules. Please let me know if you’d like any communications from them - fair warning, they attack you. They had a Covid outbreak and could not produce our products in a timely manner. They put rush orders in front of ours. They missed our deadlines by 3+ weeks. They refused to refund us and we’re beyond nasty. Once they refunded us, they cancelled the refund (confirmed by our credit card company, Citi Bank). They refuse to give us our money back even after bringing this to their attention. If shopping local - please shop somewhere else! We have reported them for Fraud, misrepresentation (to Citi Banking and to the BBB to protect consumerism rights). They do not honor any refund policies, no satisfaction policies, and absolutely no deadlines. Please PLEASE shop anywhere else.

ieve their quality of work is a thing of the past that we do not see very often anymore. I plan on using them in the future for party invitations, birth announcements, etc. Reaves is also significantly less expensive than so many other vendors ! This business is a true gem, and I think if more people knew about them, they would not use anyone else!!!

They even helped me custom line the envelopes (inner and return envelope). The invitations arrived in a timely manner too. There was a little delay and lack of communication when I placed my programs order a month before my wedding, but the company had some turn over around the time I was trying to place this part of the order. I would definitely start this process early, but they were able to fully customize our programs exactly as I envisioned them. Again, such good quality too! Highly recommend! Will be using them for future stationary needs for sure!

Before making any decisions, Reaves sent us a huge packet of different example cards for us to choose from. It really helped our decision making process. Overall, I would definitely recommend Reaves Engraving to anyone looking at wedding stationary, particularly if you're looking for high quality deliverables at a manageable price point.

y helped us design a classic, elegant invitation that was more affordable. They were helpful in sending as many proofs as we needed until every detail was right, and the invitations arrived promptly, and true to the proofs.

research what you want and fill the form out. The invitations cames so quickly, as did the napkins. We would have use them for programs but we wanted something a little more custom and didn't feel like dealing with someone over the phone. I would use them again!
