As a bride, you might hear that "no one cares about your wedding as much as you do." Anyone who tells you this has never met the team at Rebecca Rose Events. From the minute that my family and I walked into their studio for the first time, I knew that there was no one else who I could trust to design and plan my wedding. Our engagement was truly one of the most exciting, enjoyable times of my life and that is 100% due to the time and energy that RRE poured into making sure that our experience was stress free. This was hugely important to me, as I was in my first year of law school leading up to our wedding. On our wedding day, I felt like a VIP. I was able to enjoy my time with family and friends and knew that RRE would handle anything that came our way. Even my family and I were blown away by the special details that RRE had in store for us. I am still getting compliments from guests about how much fun they had and how the attention to detail was unmatched. My husband kept hearing how our guests felt like they were continually being surprised throughout the night. We couldn't be happier with the memories we have from our wedding and the vendor team that RRE brought together for us. Rebecca Rose Events is the best in the business. I can't tell you enough how lucky I feel to have worked with them, and if you are considering them for your own wedding, I have no doubt that you will have the same experience.

On November 17, 2018 our daughter, Hannah Raye, and her husband, Travis, had the wedding of their dreams which was made possible by the wonderful team at Rebecca Rose Events lead by the dynamic duo of Becca Atchison and Betsy Krug. They were married at Graylyn Estate in Winston Salem and everything was PERFECT! From the first time we met them in October 2017 til the day of the wedding, Becca and Betsy were so professional, kind, and just the best to work with. They went above and beyond with every wish of Hannah and Travis to achieve their fairytale wedding. Along the way, they also strived to make this the most beautiful wedding weekend but always looked for ways to be cost effective. From the flowers and décor, the cake, the dinner menu, etc., everything was a reflection of the lives and personalities of Hannah and Travis. The weekend and day of wedding went off without any problems! They made our family, friends and guests feel so special in every way. Because of the RRE team, we were able to relax and enjoy the planning and day of the wedding, it was worth every penny to have them as our wedding planners. Hannah and Travis have such fond memories of their special day that they named their son, Winston Gray Adams, who was born March 12, 2020!

RRE made the planning so easy. I was MOG, but MOB worked with them also, so the process was seamless. They have the contacts with venues, vendors, caterers, and they handle so many of the details themselves. I'm not sure how they have the energy, but they do. Everything was beautiful and tailored specifically to OUR taste and requests. Do yourself and your family a favor and work with these folks to make the event a pleasure!

I have two daughters and have used RRE events for both their weddings. If I had a third daughter, I would use them again! Their professionalism is impeccable; their creativity is beyond imaginable. Becca and Betsy made the planning process enjoyable. And, as MOB, I was able to enjoy the wedding because I knew all was taken care of. My daughters had their dream wedding.

From the standpoint of a wedding band, I can't say enough wonderful things about Betsy, Daryl and co. with Rebecca Rose Events. Not only were they extremely friendly to work with from day 1, they were thorough and on point through the entire reception. Becca did the flowers for our wedding and they were AMAZING!! Our ceremony site was the most beautiful ceremony site I have ever seen and fit the ambiance perfectly. All the flowers at our reception were exactly what we dreamed of and beyond! She is extremely creative, great at what she does, and pays attention to every little detail. She even provided gorgeous flower choices for my hair. Not only that, Becca was extremely helpful while thinking about the overall decor for the wedding, and went above and beyond by providing recommendations for more than just the flowers. Everything was drop dead gorgeous!!!!

Deciding to work with Becca of Rebecca Rose Events for my June 2013 wedding was by far the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process! When I was first engaged, I would spend hours online doing research and I quickly became overwhelmed with all of the details, decisions and timelines. The first time I met with Becca, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! I went into the meeting having absolutely no idea what to expect, and I came out with a sense of direction and purpose. Granted, we had a year and a half engagement, so Becca and I had plenty of time to get to know each other, but from the first meeting she made a point to understand who I was, my values, my goals, and my "dream wedding". From there, it all took flight! For most things in my life, I feel like I'm pretty decisive... but when it came to wedding planning decisions, I felt like a lost puppy. There are SO many options, cute ideas, fun additions that you can spend hours upon hours on Pinterest, which is definitely what I (and probably you!) did (or are in the process of doing!). Becca knows this, so she encourages you to create a Pinterest wedding page (which you know you already have) and she sees the designs you like and creates one vision from all those random and totally different wedding themes. I think one of my favorite things about designing my wedding with Becca was her ability to pick (out of literally thousands of options) the top 3 or 5 patterns that she knew I would love. And I did. She'd choose 3 options, and if I wasn't crazy about any of them, she'd take those off the table and choose 3 more. But she has an uncanny ability to know exactly what you are going to love. She's not pushy, she's very patient, and she goes about things very democratically and purposefully. Becca and her team are so hardworking and so on the ball, it amazes me. I didn't have an unlimited amount of funds, but at one of our first meetings she had created a budget and that's what we stuck to. I know my dad appreciated that!! If there was something she knew I loved, she would find it (or something similar that I may have actually loved more) at a price to fit our budget. She has so many connections and relationships with different vendors, and from what I could tell, they all love working with her because she is so on top of her game. She is the type of wedding planner/event coordinator that you want! I was shocked at how many people approached me during and after the wedding to gush about how fabulously coordinated every little part of the wedding celebration was, and I had to smile because I know that was due to Becca and her team. She had an evening timeline and every event - cocktail hour, dinner seating, Daddy's toast, dancing, bouquet toss, cake cutting, departure send-off - was on schedule down to the minute! Every detail was impeccable: the menu card paper matched the envelope liners of the invitation...the dinner napkins matched the color and fabric of the bridesmaids dresses...the dinner seating cards coordinated with the ceremony programs...I could go on and on. So much so that one of my best friends and recently engaged bridesmaids has now booked Rebecca Rose Events for her wedding next summer, which I told her would be the easiest and best decision of her wedding coordination process! Working with Rebecca Rose Events was a dream from start to finish. Rebecca made everything clear and organized and that made for a calm bride. :) She was very on top of things and the best part? Knowing that no matter what happened the day of my wedding: Rebecca would take care of it. I did not have to worry about a thing, except to enjoy the day. She is very talented and amazing! BECCA MET WITH US SEVERAL TIMES AND TRULY CAPTURED MY DAUGHTER'S VISION OF HER CEREMONY AND RECEPTION! SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. SHE WORKED WITH THE FLORIST, CATERERS, BAND, VENUE SITE STAFF, ETC. I NEVER HAD ONE WORRY WHEN THE 'BIG' DAY ARRIVED AND ENJOYED EVERYTHING BECAUSE I KNEW BECCA HAD EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL!! AND SHE DID! I REALLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW EFFORTLESSLY SHE HANDLED THINGS! LOVE HER AND HER ENTIRE TEAM! ELETTE OWEN

Rebecca and her staff were the glue that held everything together on our wedding day. Somehow, they appeared to be everywhere all the time, which made answering any last minute questions and taking care of last minute issues a breeze. Everyone was very organized and easy to work with and really handeled every hiccup flawlessly.

I may have freaked out. Becca put my mind at ease through the entire process and assured me that everything would go well...and it did! She made everything flow perfectly and it all looked better than I had imagined. Her vision is unique and sophisticated which received a ton of comments about how beautiful the ceremony and recpetion sites were. She coordinated with all my vendors so I wouldn't have to worry. Becca is the best coordinator. If you are throwing any type of party and need a coordinator, she's the best around.

Becca knows what she is doing! She is highly organized and knows all the important details and questions to ask. She is a bit firm with vendors (which I think is great because she can handle the tricky situations, and she never gets run over). My Mom said that the money we spent to hire Becca was the most valuable money she has ever spent. Great job!
