Wow, where do I even begin with Rebecca Rentals?! First and foremost, not only is Rebecca’s attention to detail comparable to none—but she is the kindest soul ever! Last month for my wedding, I had the honor of collaborating with Rebecca and her company to bring my wedding dreams into fruition. I had originally booked Rebecca Rentals back in 2019 as my wedding designer/decorator, however the pandemic had other plans for my special day. Like most COVID brides, I had to postpone my Spring 2020 wedding. For two years, Rebecca reassured me that my day will still be as amazing—and let me tell you that she is definitely a woman of her word! My Spring 2021 wedding was EXACTLY how I hoped it would be. The champagne wall that can double as a candle wall served as the PERFECT back drop for our sweet heart table. The centerpieces, pipe and drape and linen were so immaculate and created a elegant yet romantic feel to my ballroom. She turned my wedding dreams into reality. Any bride in the Central Florida area or surrounding areas in which Rebecca serves, she ABSOLUTELY book Rebecca Rentals for your event. She has impeccable customer service as she is very responsive with emails AND text in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was to her standard—the definition of a true professional. She can decorate any event or space and make it into a lavish experience—what more can you ask for! All your event decorating essentials should start and end with Rebecca Rentals! She is simply amazing and I want to plan another event just so I can collaborate with her again! She is a true gem! 💕
Rebecca doesn’t disappoint! My husband and I had an amazing experience working with her for our wedding. She is extremely pleasant, professional and talented. She created the rustic, romantic ambiance we imagined to have for both our wedding ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend Rebecca as she does phenomenal work at a fraction of the cost in comparison to other vendors in Orlando. I can’t say enough about my experience with Rebecca. Communication was great and was very accommodating with our last minute changes. Her team was on time and the decor was stunning.

I don’t think there is enough space for me to write all the great things about Rebecca’s Rentals!
First, you get to speak and deal directly with Rebecca. Her consultations are great because she takes her time and shows you different options. Often times consultations are rushed, people get annoyed and they want you to envision something without seeing it. That’s the difference with Rebecca. She SHOWS you the decor so you know exactly what you are getting.
Second, she has great communication! She always gets back to you quickly and if you don’t hear from her shortly she is probably at an event or consultation but gets back to you the same day. I left messages for other vendors who never called me back and that was a bad start. I never had that issue with Rebecca.
Third, she arrived with her staff at the venue on time for setup and for breakdown. They worked as a team and everything went smooth.
You can tell Rebecca was made for this. She takes pride in her work, she enjoys her work and it shows. I highly recommend her to anyone and will always count on her for my future events.
I cannot imagine my daughter’s wedding without the wonderful job of Rebecca’s Rentals. From the many consultations to assure that everything would turn out perfect to the actual implementation, it was all flawless.

If you need decor for your wedding or event then do yourself a favor and contact Rebecca. I look on Instagram to find things near me and that’s how I found Rebecca. After I saw the beautiful events and products she offered I knew I had to contact her. I was extremely lucky to find her . She had everything and more that I was looking for.My husband and I went to the consultation and told Rebecca our vision for our wedding and she put it together for us right before our eyes. Rebecca even gave us different ideas to customize our design. I rented black sequin table runners, beautiful gold glitter chargers, signage, napkins, ghost sweetheart table and more. Everything turned out so beautiful! Rebecca even added a beautiful backdrop behind my sweetheart table the day of my wedding which made the room pop. Rebecca’s team and family are also an added bonus this was really the nicest, most professional group I have worked with,they made us feel like family.
The day of my wedding I was over about 30 more guest than I originally quoted for but I had no clue about this. Rebecca and her team seamlessly added more place settings for our extra guest. The decor was so beautiful that my guest wanted to take it home. If you want to work with someone who is kind and hardworking who does a beautiful job without breaking the bank Rebecca is the one for you.

Rebecca totally saved us when I decided I wanted a specific type of charger under our plates about a month before our wedding date. Her chargers were exactly what I was looking for, very reasonably priced, and she was a pleasure to work with! I absolutely recommend working with Rebecca and plan to again if I have another central Florida event.
We had a magical wedding. Rebbeca’s team is THE BEST, we came to her storage and we absolute felt in love with everything she has, she has the best ideas ever and if you want anything that she doesn’t have... Hands Down - Rebecca and her family is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. We planned our Orlando baby shower remotely from Maryland. Working with her for some of our last minute rentals was an absolute breeze. She has THE most adorable showroom that instantly assured me that I was in the right place. There was no pressure to get more than what was in my budget as her and sister showed a genuine interest in me feeling comfortable with my vision.
I told her this when she delivered the items and I will repeat it here, if I am anywhere near the Central Florida area for an event, I will always ensure they get business from me or anyone in my network.
They even went above and beyond to help us return some tables and chairs since we had to fly out earlier than expected.

We used Rebecca’s Rentals for our daughters’ Princess themed party and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Rebecca and the team are very professional and efficient; their attention to detail is great. They were on time and great at communicating throughout the entire process. I showed Rebecca some ideas of what I was looking for, for my wedding, and she nailed it with ideas and brought everything together seamlessly. Last summer we used Rebecca ‘ s Rentals services for my daughters high school graduation party. She is very professional and reliable. She has a lot of initiative to create what you ask for. We had the privilege to work with Rebecca for Lee Ann & Eliel's wedding and Kianna's High School Graduation party. Both my daughters. Words can not express how grateful we are with her extraordinary work. She tailored each party with the likes and wants of both my daughters. We didn't stress at all. She will always be in constant communication with you. Also, we really liked the variety of options to choose from. Plus, she really has the vocation for this.
