I would have moved our wedding date to ensure we could work with her or cut the budget elsewhere to afford it. She is that good! Rebekah makes everyone feel confident and at ease. My husband is a guy who doesn't like getting his photo taken and as soon as he met Rebekah at our engagement shoot, he agreed 100% that no other photographer would do. He said, "I didn't know taking photos could be fun. She was great!" Our wedding was a small brunch wedding planned in only 5 months. The prep time was condensed and our venue rental length was shorter than normal. Rebekah worked with us to tailor our shot schedule to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted (including a stunning bride and groom portrait series on the grounds of the venue) AND that we were able to visit with our guests and enjoy the moment. She was a pro at managing some family dynamics with divorced parents during group shots and calming down an emotional mother of the bride. As the bride and groom, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Our photos are PERFECT!

Her prices are very reasonable, and we were able to work together to find a package that fit our needs. When we did our engagement session, she made us feel at ease right away, and even got my camera-averse son to smile a few times. Her turnaround was faster than expected in getting the finished images to us, and she was very responsive when we asked her to edit a few of the pics. On the day of our (mostly) outdoor wedding, it was raining and cooler than anticipated. She made us feel confident and comfortable while we found unique spaces to take pictures. The weather didn't phase her one bit. And when the sun did finally peak through right before the start of our ceremony, she captured additional images of my beautiful bride that were absolutely stunning. The reception pics have gotten plenty of oohs and aaahs from family and friends. And she was able to send us some sneak peaks in a very timely fashion. She's been a joy to work with from the start, and we are very happy that we chose Rebekah as our wedding photographer. Recommend 10 out of 10!!!

time came to be a bride that I would want to have Rebekah as the photographer. As a bride, there are so many things to plan and stress over. Choosing Rebekah meant I never needed to worry or stress about my day. I fully trusted her vision, and the timeline we created together. Having an April 1st wedding was a gamble with Illinois weather. Our wedding turned out to be a very cold, windy, gloomy, and slightly rainy day. Upon arrival, Rebekah shared the bad weather news me, but assured me she could capture everything beautifully indoors. AND SHE DID! Our photos are absolutely stunning! Even though we had to be inside for all of them (except toward after in the evening when we braved some mud for a sunset photo), she gave us so many different backdrops, vibes, colors - it was perfect and it’s hard to choose a favorite! She knew our personalities & saw my vision and created beautiful, sophisticated, and fierce photos. Not only did she give us beautiful photos, but she gave me beautiful memories on my wedding morning - for that I am so grateful. She suggested that my bridesmaids and I all sit on the couch & each person shared about our friendship. She comforted me to prepare for the weather, the first look with my dad, and first look with my husband! I appreciate how quickly she shared bride and groom and wedding portraits with us as well. r wedding day with her second shooter, Mary. Not only were the pictures exactly what I had hoped for, but I genuinely enjoyed each minute Rebekah was around during the day. She has a natural ability to invite people in and make them comfortable so their best selves appear on camera. I love my fiancé dearly, but left to our own devices, sometimes we look a little awkward in pictures. She has a great eye for posing, will give clear directions when needed and did a great job providing silly prompts designed to generate true laughter and smiles from us throughout the day. We had a large bridal party (9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen) and Rebekah made it seem effortless to get our group organized and create some beautiful moments with our whole group. She was immensely organized and had a checklist that she highlighted throughout the day to ensure that all of the friend and family shots we had hoped to capture were documented. Even though our day started off with some rain, Rebekah captured amazing moments and took full advantage of the pockets between rain and the eventual sunshine to make sure we got all of the pictures we had hoped for. She was kind enough to schedule two sessions and said she was more than flexible to change day of … mind you we live two hours away from each other ! The first attempt didn’t go as planned however Rebekah ensured we would get our dream engagement shoot ! When the day finally came I was so nervous but the INSTANT we said hello, we felt as if we were with a life long friend- catching up on family , work, life, etc. We had SO much fun. She made us laugh, feel confident, while also capturing all the best angles of us and city backgrounds. She taught us how to pose and explained why and it made it that much better ! We got our pictures back so fast and the first words out of my fiancé’s mouth “I love them “ and he does not toss around the word love very often !! Every picture truly captured us as couple. After our session we both were on cloud 9. If this is how she makes us feel at our engagement session, I can’t imagine how our wedding will be. I met with NUMEROUS photographers closer to my home town/wedding venue, and not a single one of them was up to par with Rebekah's work and work ethic! You can look at just a few samples from Rebekah's portfolio to see that her photos are STUNNING. But what was best about Rebekah was her willingness to get to know us during our engagement shoot, her efficiency, her truly listening to our needs/wants, her willingness to work with us during changes that occurred due to COVID-19, and her amazing personality! Rebekah took time to get to know my fiancée and I during our engagement shoot to figure out what poses would and wouldn't work for us on our wedding day. This made Rebekah SO efficient in getting a ton of beautiful bride and groom photos in a short amount of time. She also has a "take-charge" demeanor that was very effective in riling up family and a loud bridal party for photos. Rebekah also knew that due to some changes that were made to our day-of timeline due to social distancing requirements that we were not going to have as much time for bride and groom photos as originally planned, so she ensured that she optimized her timeline to get us the amount of photos we were hoping for. Lastly, my mom still talks about how "amazing" Rebekah was in including close family and friends in the emotional experiences of the wedding day, and she captured REAL moments FLAWLESSLY on camera. As a side note, Rebekah created our "thank you's" after the wedding that we got SO many compliments on. Since she photographed the wedding, she was able to connect our theme into the 3-photo thank you card. She also took a portrait of me (the bride) that has only been referred to by others as looking like it's "straight out of a bridal magazine." , I fell in love with her light, natural and dreamy style. Shortly after we got engaged, I reached out to secure her as our photographer since she is in high demand. I live in Seattle so I met her for the first time a month before the wedding when I was back in town for planning purposes. I was a bit nervous to have hired someone I never met, but was instantly put at ease upon meeting her. She has a lovely, bubbly personality and makes you feel so comfortable. You could tell she was in her element on the day of the wedding. She helped keep our large wedding party (~20 people) focused during pictures but having so much fun. She is confident, capable, passionate and so fun! My only feedback was that I received our wedding photo itinerary just a few days before the wedding which was a little stressful when the other vendors were asking for it two weeks in advance. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we LOVED working with her and her assistants (Jennifer, Natasha & Rachel)! We just received our wedding gallery and it is simply stunning!! We will cherish our time with Rebekah and the gorgeous moments she captured for the rest of our lives.
