I initially brought my engagement ring here to be resized after looking at tons of reviews to make sure they would do a good job with it- it's an antique ring, so a place with a sp...
ecialty in that was important. They noted a minor other repair the ring needed as well, and did a flawless job with all of it. I brought another family heirloom ring here that I've wanted resized forever but was nervous about, and they did a flawless job on that as well. I love supporting a woman-owned business, especially one with antique specialties. 10/10 so far, and I plan to bring other repairs/reworking to them in the future.
I cannot comment on their work. I never got that far. I brought a bracelet to be repaired and got a quote. A week later I got a phone call telling me that the actual amount it woul...
d cost to fix the bracelet would be more than double the original quote. It was too much for me. I went back to the store to pick up my bracelet, and the owner told me this was like a car repair shop. That once I brought the bracelet I agreed to the work. I disagreed with that saying that any repair shop would make sure that I wanted to proceed with the work. She finally agreed to give me back my bracelet. I had given her a $50 deposit and she said that she normally doesn’t give back deposits. She knew I would fight her and eventually agreed to give me back my money. I was never given any notice that by giving them my bracelet I agreed to having it fixed there regardless of the cost nor was, I informed that my deposit was non refundable. I would never trust This woman.
I was so overwhelmed with picking out an engagement ring. I didn't want something conventional with a big diamond. Luckily my now husband and I went to Rebekah Brooks in Cambridge....
Gwen spent a lot of time with us and gave us great recommendations. In the end we made our own engagement ring from old vintage rings and the main gem was a moonstone. They worked within our tight budget. I get lots of compliments on the ring. We went back to get our wedding bands and it took us only 30 minutes to decide on what we wanted. They even clean your rings before the wedding! They are also located in Northampton if it helps you. I recommend them to anyone who likes vintage rings or wants something not typical.
I’m so grateful we ended up at Rebekah Brooks. My partner and I were looking for a local jeweler to set a custom cut stone in a tight timeline, making us feel pretty overwhelmed. ...
When we arrived for our consultation, Gwen had selected some options for us, and talked us through some ideas. She never belittled me for not having a diamond, but really helped me get excited for the creative process. She helped me get sized (though I did later need to go back in for re-sizing since they didn’t have a 3/4 size to try in the store), and even went so far as to make a sketch of what the piece would look like— it ended up being accurate too! I really felt that she was acting as a consultant more than a salesperson, and I appreciated her opinions and advice. It was such a breeze.
Her communication was on point over the next two weeks, letting me know when they’d received the stone, and it was being worked on. The studio manager had to change the design to make sure the stone stayed safe, and she was clear and honest in the reasoning behind that, which I very much appreciated, and it wasn’t an issue at all. The ring was done a week ahead of schedule, and even with the resizing, I was able to get it by the date that Gwen had originally told me. The craftsmanship is wonderful, I get tons of compliments on it, but most importantly, my partner and I have a beautiful piece to keep forever. We couldn’t be more happy with the process and the result— we now have a little piece of home to take with us as we move abroad!
I cannot possibly speak highly enough of the ENTIRE Rebekah Brooks team - Emily helped me design my ring and walked my fiance through purchasing it, Rebekah as the master jeweler h...
erself, and Sophia, the product photographer, who was able to identify my fiance just by looking at my ring!
Their level of dedication is so crystal clear in every interaction I have had with them and I feel so lucky to be a Rebekah Brooks bride! It's like she crawled into my brain and pulled out my dream ring, which is now on my finger. I can't wait to pick out my wedding band with them and many other pieces of jewelry for YEARS to come. Thank you all SO much <3
Rebekah Brooks was absolutely perfect for me as a final place to make the engagement ring purchase! They have truly gone out of their way going an extra mile to make sure the ring ...
is very personalized.
Customized, authentic, special, symbolic, and meaningful are some of the words that describe both the experience and the result. I have only the most wonderful things to say about my experience.
Sophia Graubard was very friendly and attentive, asking many important clarifying questions. I felt very much heard and listened to throughout the whole process.
I had initially started with pictures of preferred features in 3 ring examples go off of. After sending the three pictures, the response was extremely prompt, with printouts of 2 possible recommended designs to look at. The next day, I went in to look at the designs chatting with Sophia and Emily Warren, to help decide which design would ultimately be best.
I had went in with a limited timeline and minimal knowledge about jewelry. Within an hour of going in, I felt remarkably at peace on all fronts, quality-wise, care-wise, expertise-wise, and trust-wise. There was a very strong sense, they knew exactly what I was going for and what it would take.
Emily was especially helpful in answering questions I had during the next phases and in ensuring the perfect match.
Long story short, the resulting ring was flawless, indescriptively beautiful, and 110% Amanda (my fiancé now) and I!
Emily Warren and Sophia Graubard went way above and beyond to make it all happen and I am tremendously thankful to them!
Definitely recommend here to be the final decision once you have some idea what you are looking for.
This jewelry store!! My husband and I bought both of our wedding rings from Rebekah Brooks and had such a wonderful experience. From beginning to end, Nellie guided us through our ...
decisions and made the whole process super enjoyable. I even bought earrings for my wedding here because the pieces are so uniquely designed but also extremely timeless. If you’re looking for authentic, one of a kind pieces and a way to support a local women run business, go to Rebekah Brooks. They have customers for life. ❤️
When we got engaged, we each wore wooden rings that we had ordered online, but the rings didn’t quite fit right and we regretted not supporting a local business. So, we were so exc...
ited to find out that Rebekah Brooks was just around the corner from us in Cambridge! We were even more excited to learn that the workshop is actually in Northampton, near where we got married - it felt like fate. The women in the shop were thoughtful and thorough in showing us our options several times and sizing us - even when we were anxious about it! We love both of our rings, and were glad to have them handmade with love in Massachusetts, and engraved with the date in different styles. They do beautiful work!
I wanted a simple shiny yellow gold band for my wedding ring, and the band I got from Rebekah Brooks is beautiful, high quality, and affordable. My husband had no idea what he want...
ed, and the staff were very helpful in going over some options. He ended up getting a vintage ring elsewhere, but he had it shined up at Rebekah Brooks and it looked spectacular.
My husband and I stopped by the Northampton location when we were on a day trip. After comparing their products with a popular MA based jeweller, we decided to trust Rebekah Brooks...
with our wedding band designs and my heirloom engagement ring redesign. At their Cambridge location, the representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, and forthright. The final products were as anticipated and I was especially impressed by their work with my grandmother’s wedding band, which had been worn with love for over 70 years and was in need of some repair. The rings are of exceptional quality and we are really happy with the care that they put into our requests.

Rebekah came in to meet us and answer questions. First rate service - Rebekah made me a necklace for the wedding on just a week's notice. Made our day special and when we look at our rings we are both thrilled with the result. Would recommend Rebekah over any high street jewelry store in an instant.
