at was located one door over from Julianne’s salon (her previous location). I accidentally walked in the wrong door and caused pure panic in Julianne’s eyes as she was clearly not expecting me. We chatted a bit and exchanged numbers in order to “reschedule” my appointment moments before the other salon came looking for me. I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed with my actual trial with the other salon and left wondering what to do. The next day I received a text from Julianne asking if I was happy with how my trial went with the other salon and she said that she felt like I was meant to have accidentally walked into her salon. Needless to say, I went back and did a hair and makeup trial with Julianne. She took time to listen to my concerns and insecurities and made me feel beautiful. She even went the extra mile to check in with me the next day to see how my hair and makeup held up throughout the day. I had a few little tweaks that I wanted to make and she was super receptive and took down her notes to make the changes for my wedding day. On the wedding day (8/20/22), Julianne came with another stylist Jamie to help her and they both were wonderful! Julianne did the makeup and Jamie did hair, but Julianne did hair and makeup for me. All of my girls raved about how awesome Julianne was and how happy they were with their makeup. Even my mom and mother-in-law were so happy with their makeup- which was a big deal because they both were nervous that their makeup wouldn’t reflect their “mature skin” as they phrased it. Julianne absolutely knocked my hair out of the park and it held all day and night. She even helped put my veil in and showed my sister (the maid of honor) how best to remove the veil and replace it with my hair pin later on before the reception. My makeup was beautiful and also held up on a hot August day. I would 1000% recommend Julianne. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. She truly cares about making you feel beautiful and about accentuating your natural beauty and features without making you look like something you’re not. I’m so glad I accidentally stumbled upon her!
