timely manner and made our wedding day go by seamlessly and with zero frustrations! Record Box Loft provided staff to flip the ceremony space to the reception space and guide guests around the venue. Cocktail hour takes place on the second floor while the staff flipped the room on the third floor. The elevator only grants access to the 1st and 3rd floors because part of the second floor is an office space that is rented out by local business people. While the bar was open on the second floor, Record Box Loft staff ensured that guests who could not use the stairs had a place to sit and went to get them drinks/food so that they did not feel left out. Chairs and tables + setup and teardown are included with the cost of the venue (which isn’t standard at all venues for some reason?). The tables do not require linens, but they do offer rentals for linens if that is something that you are interested in. Plus there is a selection of some decorations that they have to use (at no extra cost!). One thing to keep in mind is that, if you would like to have an outdoor ceremony (there is a space for that), you will need to rent chairs for the ceremony, as the chairs from Record Box Loft cannot go outside. Additionally, they have a disco ball for your dance floor and a photo booth in house that can both be added for an extra fee. Both the disco ball and photo booth were a huge hit at our wedding. They do charge a service fee for making payments online, but you can bypass it by writing a check. Venue access began at 12:00 (you can get in earlier for an extra fee), and we were able to hold our rehearsal the day before our wedding (subject to availability–books cut off 3 months out from the date). Hannah ran our rehearsal smoothly, and we were able to arrange to bring in decor the day before our wedding since they were not hosting an event the day before, which was a huge weight off of our shoulders. Staff does the decorating + tear down; your group is responsible for taking decorations to and from your car. Due to the size of the kitchen, Record Box Loft requires the use of one of four or five caterers, but the company we worked with (Millenium Catering) was wonderful, and we did get a lot of compliments on food. Record Box Loft also has an exclusive bar service, PUNCH. They were also amazing and kept the drinks flowing all night long! For all other vendors, you can choose whoever you’d like, but they do have some recommended vendors that they have worked with before if you need help being pointed in the right direction. One of our favorite things about Record Box Loft was their “Walkthrough Wednesdays.” On the third Wednesday of each month, from 3-7pm, they have an open door to any couple that has a wedding booked with them in order to come check out the space and try out decor to see how it will look on the day of the wedding. This was incredibly helpful as we were able to get a feel for how our space would look before the wedding took place. Additionally, Record Box Loft offers seasonal and non-Saturday discounts. We were able to get a discount on our Saturday wedding because we got married in February. Overall, we could not recommend this venue enough. The staff (especially Hannah) worked hard to make the day stress free and to make our vision come to life.

oke you will fall in love with this venue. They will answer any and every question you throw at them with honesty and great detail. When it is advertised that they will help you set up for the wedding and coordinate day-of items and timeline, that is such an understatement. They decorated immaculately and thoughtfully with all of the items I brought and took the lead so that I could focus on hair, makeup, and getting dressed. They even setup my DIY cocktail hour snacks and dessert table. The way Brooke led the rehearsal alleviated a lot of stress as well - she took control without being pushy or overbearing at any point. She made the entire bridal party and family feel at ease and ready for the big occasion. In addition to the AMAZING staff, the building has so much personality and charm that having buckets of decorations is really not necessary. Hannah keeps a large number (60?) of plants healthy as some natural decor that really livens up the space and makes the early 1900s building feel contemporary and timeless at the same time. We were able to book this venue when a sale was running so it ended up being a phenomenal price. I cannot overstate what a hidden gem this venue is and what an amazing value it is. I had always wanted a garden wedding but due to the time of year, my event had to be indoors. I did not miss the idea of a garden wedding AT ALL. And, there was no worry of inclement weather. Seriously - book this venue TODAY! You will not be disappointed. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the entire experience (and I have high expectations). I was just married at Record Box in April 2025 and would recommend it to anyone.

Everyone was so helpful during the whole wedding process and really seemed to genuinely care about our vision and what we wanted our wedding day to be like. We mostly worked with Brooke, and she was wonderful! She set up my decor so beautiful, I could not have imagined it better. They really made sure we were able to enjoy the wedding (and the night before) by not having to worry about setting up and tearing down decor. Our friends and family gave us many compliments about how nice and helpful the staff was! I would recommend anyone to get married at RBL!!

A special shoutout to Hannah, who truly went above and beyond to ensure the day went off without a hitch. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Hannah guided the flow of the day effortlessly, making sure that every moment unfolded beautifully, and I can honestly say that there wasn’t a single thing I would change. She was calm, organized, and always one step ahead, which allowed us to fully enjoy every second of our special day without any stress or worry. If you're looking for a venue that offers both incredible service and an unforgettable setting, Record Box Loft is the place. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend it to anyone!

on of decor and let the space speak for itself. The space outside is just as beautiful and there were several gorgeous places to take photos just outside the venue! It was also reasonably priced for what was provided - tables, chairs, linens, some decor, set up and tear down of the ceremony and reception space/personal decor, and a day of coordinator. Hannah, our day of coordinator, was truly the sweetest and had everything covered for us for a seamless and stress free experience on the day of our wedding. She thought of several small details we would have forgotten during the planning process, and coordinated our rehearsal as well, so my husband and I, as well as our bridal party, felt prepared for the big day :-) I would recommend Record Box Loft to anyone planning a wedding!

oke and Hannah were ON TOP of everything, and did such a great job coordinating the event as a whole, and also the switchover from ceremony to reception. We were able to just sit back and enjoy watching our daughter marry the love of her life. So much joy! And the selfie station is worth it - the guests had so much fun with that!

In regards to the venue itself, how could you not fall in love with it?! My guests still compliment us and we’re almost three months after our wedding now, with many of them saying this one be hard to top! I truly cannot put into enough words how happy I am that we chose RBL for our venue,(and their bar staff was also INCREDIBLE!!) thank you thank you endlessly!! The Rozzisis :)
