So, I have had a dress emergency in the past week. My great friend’s daughter is getting married this weekend and I had ordered dresses from all over the place when I was healing from my hip surgery. I found one I really loved- took it to the dry cleaner to be steamed/pressed and…. They lost it. I found out on Thursday of last week and have been in a bit of a panic ever since.
However- I drove up to The Red Brick Cottage today and went in right as they opened. I explained the situation and we got right to work. Since I had to buy off the rack, I didn’t know how many dresses I would have to choose from, but I had at least 12 that I liked. And, in about 35 minutes, I walked out the door with two dresses.
The customer service, conversation and ability to help me solve a frustrating problem was exemplary. If you are looking for formal wear, bridal or boutique clothing in sizes 12/14 & up, I highly recommend them. Great experience.
After meeting Michelle at a bridal fair, I decided to give the boutique a shot even though it was 45 minutes out of my way. Best decision ever! She was so nice and accommodating with me and made me feel like a very special bride! I was so nervous about finding bridesmaid dresses but she made it super easy and I was able to find dresses for all of my girls! All of her dresses were super affordable and when they arrived they were of amazing quality! Even after all my bridesmaids were satisfied I went back to help my mother find a dress! I definitely couldn’t have been more pleased! I definitely recommend this place for brides looking for the perfect dress for their bridesmaids!
