Red Cedar Grille

When we were looking at catering options, Red Cedar Grille was one of the preferred caterers by Sand Castle Winery and it is easy to see why. Working with Theo was a breeze! As he stated to us, he is a chef first and priority is providing quality food and he certainly delivered. When we had our tasting at the restaurant and we walked out with full stomachs, we knew our guests were going to enjoy every bit of the wedding menu. Theo was also able to accommodate our Polish cuisine with various sausages/kielbasa and pierogi. Every part of the cuisine was out of this world with their beautiful presentation and taste. Not only was the food excellent, but he was also able to set up all the additional décor on the tables, gift/guest book table, cocktail hour, etc. exactly to how we had requested. He even made it easy to work with our weird requests like serving Dairy Queen ice cream cake as the wedding cake to all our guests. Theo also worked with a beverage guy who made it effortless to get the liquor supply for the bar.
