I ran across Red Eye Collection as a referral from my wedding venue, and I really liked their work right away. The brightness or emotion you see in their pictures really caught my eyes. I was in contact with Oscar who was very helpful with the contracting process for our September 2019 wedding and also for scheduling of our engagement shoot. Just this past weekend we had our engagement photo session with Alicia who was AMAZING! I knew I was going to love the pictures the moment she stopped to fix my hair and our outfits before we took our first picture of the day. I could tell she was a perfectionist and was going to to do everything she could for the pictures to turn out great. Alicia was extremely nice and patient with our awkward selves :) She had brilliant ideas for places, background, lighting and poses for pictures, and she was also honest about what would look good and what wouldn't. A short 4 days later we received our pictures and we LOVE them! They turned out better than I expected. I'm looking forward to using the pictures on our save the dates cards and to working with Alicia again on our wedding day. It put my heart at ease to know my wedding pictures are going to be perfect! I love that they can take us even with such short notice! We had our wedding on January 2nd and still made sure that even with an early morning SF city hall wedding, we had a great photo session. I am so glad Oscar was our photographer for our city hall wedding! We never took professional pictures before and are from out of town so I was a little nervous at first. Oscar made us feel at ease right away. He was quick to response to my initial inquiry and was very patient with all the questions I had before the big day. On the big day, Oscar was there as scheduled. It so nice having him with us as he knew the process and the city hall inside out; he made the wedding event goes by very smoothly. The pictures of the ceremony and the portraits turned out so beautiful. Our family and friends keep complimenting/raving on how good our wedding pictures are. My only regret is that I wished we had scheduled more time after the ceremony to do more pictures around the city with Oscar but if we are in the city for another big occasion, I am getting in touch with Oscar!!! Oscar did our engagement photos in September 2017 at Lands End and our wedding photos in September 2018 at The Brazilian Room. We could have not have been happier with the experience and the end product. Very easy to communicate with, directed us during the photos, gave advice on schedule & timing of wedding and was just a blast to work with. The most importantly, the photos turned out amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would recommend Oscar to everyone and anyone.

Where do I even begin?! My husband and I have so many good things to say about Oscar and his second photographer Dino. 1. PROFESSIONAL - Oscar was very easy to communicate with! He always responded promptly and was willing to address any questions or concerns we had. At our first meeting, he was very informative, direct, and full of personality. You can definitely tell he's a pro! 2. FUN - We had such a great time shooting with Oscar! We're not great at being in front of the camera but there was no lull or awkwardness during the shoot because of his assertive and fun personality. He also tells you how to adjust your body/face to make sure you look good in the photos which is a huge plus! 3. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - On our wedding day, the boys could not figure out how to put on their boutonnieres so I texted Oscar to see if he can help since he was meeting up with the boys first to hide the groom for our first look. He immediately said NP and when I arrived with the girls, the boys were ready, the groom was hidden, and he already had the whole first look process planned out. 4. GORGEOUS PHOTOS (obviously the most important part) - we just received our photos in the 4-6 weeks post wedding window just like he promised and we couldn't be happier!! He has a great eye and definitely knows how to use natural lighting! Red Eye Collection deserves way more than 5 stars! BOOK THEM.

If you are choosing a photographer for your wedding this is the one to go for. Alicia and Oscar were so helpful from our first enquiry, answering all questions helpfully and making great suggestions so that we really felt they wanted our day to be super special too. We wanted a really personal wedding at City Hall for just the two of us when we were over from the UK so Alicia kindly witnessed for us and then took some amazing photos - no small thing given we are two ladies who are not showy so posing didn't come naturally! She managed to capture our joy, how special our day was and we have a fantastic set of photos which also show how fabulous City Hall is to share with friends and family. We loved how special she made us feel too - nothing was too much trouble and she knew the best spots for spectacular shots. The whole process from first request through to receiving our pictures was really easy too. We would 100% recommend Red Eye Collection to anyone planning their wedding.

Oscar is simply an amazing photographer! We enjoyed working with him and he was a hit with all our guests as well. He is talented, smart, well coordinated and friendly...a true professional. We got married at the San Francisco City Hall and had a reception party in Sonoma right after the ceremony. We booked the City Hall Signature package (60 mins) for the wedding ceremony. He knows the best spots in City Hall for photographs and captures great lighting. We also booked Oscar for 2 hours for the Reception party. Turned out we needed Oscar to stay an additional hour at the reception. He was totally up for it and we paid him for the additional hour. Working with Oscar is effortless as his primary focus is to help the couple as best he can. He fixed my dress and hair before taking every picture (except the candid ones of course). Im told wedding photographers dont usually go through that much trouble. Oscar clearly has an eye for details. We received 218 gorgeous photos just 9 days after our wedding. Talk about fast turnaround time! We love the photos and will cherish them for life. We would highly recommend Oscar and the Red Eye Collection. Thank you so much!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Oscar was such a breeze to work with -- friendly, fun, professional, and prompt. Our engagement and wedding pictures came out more beautiful than I could have imagined, and we have received numerous compliments on both! On the day of our wedding, Oscar and Dino did an amazing job of keeping my big (and wild) wedding party on time, which was great! Oscar was second to none. We are so thankful we decided to book a professional photographer for our simple City hall elopement! Even though our day was far less extravagant than most weddings are, Oscar made sure to capture our day with excellence. He picked out two amazingly beautiful second locations for us and even drove us there (since we are from Canada and didn't have a vehicle). We were very impressed with the level of service he provided not to mention the quality of photos. He also got the photos back to us quicker than expected which was another pleasant surprise. Highly recommend Red Eye Photography to anyone considering a city hall photographer.

We use red eye collection as our photographer and absolutely love our wedding photos! Working with Oscar was an absolute pleasure! He is very personable, professional, and creative! He was always readily available, had the best ideas for the shoot and was extremely efficient! Our bridal party all said they have never seen such an efficient photo shoot! We couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of our photos! He captured every unique detail of our wedding so we will always remember our special day ! My husband and I used Red Eye to photograph our recent wedding ceremony at the SF City Hall. We chose the 1 hr city hall package and I was a little nervous that the pictures would feel rushed. Oscar was so great from the second we met him on the day of the ceremony. He knows the City Hall like the back of his hand and knew exactly where to tell us to go to make things go as smooth as possible before, during and after the ceremony. Best of all the pictures that we got back exactly two weeks after our ceremony were better than we could've even imagined. If we had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! BTW if you bring family or friends to the ceremony and choose the 1 hr option, be aware that Red Eye may ask your guests to stay behind after the ceremony while majority of your pictures are taken with just you and your new partner. We nor our guests had any issue with this and it totally makes sense to ensure that you get the most out of your time frame but it just wasn't something we thought about. Luckily for us there was a vendor craft fair in the City Hall that day so our guests went and browsed the items while our photos were taken.

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with Oscar. He is truly an expert. More like a magician! We are still in awe of how two clueless, awkward, not very photogenic love birds like us now have pictures worthy of a bridal magazine! And the thing is, we felt like that's what was happening the whole time. His expertise put us immediately at ease. He knew how to find the light, how we should stand, where my husband's hand should go, fixed my hair and veil and dress to lay properly - it was so clear he perfectly understood literally every aspect of this process. He knows the ins and outs of City Hall so well that in the midst of a bustling, crazed, people-filled place he managed to capture us in quiet, intimate moments. I could go on and on about Oscar but I'll just say this: If you want one less thing to worry about on your wedding day (and you do), if you want to be able to *know* that at least one thing on your most special day is going to be exactly what you want and you don't have to do anything else for it to be perfect, then you're going to hire Oscar. It's that simple.

Oscar truly is as good as it gets. I was lucky enough to find him when he photographed a friend's wedding I was in. He was direct, focused, and so professional especially when dealing with a large (and at times rowdy) wedding party. He even helped with essential things to remember day of which helped everyone feel at ease. I knew then and there I had to have him for our courthouse ceremony when I got married. His website is so helpful to guide you through the process and he is always available for any questions. I had questions regarding music, meeting place, timing, all things that really weren't related to his job but he was more than helpful and I honestly cannot say enough in regards to how helpful he was. He is truly a brides dream. Not only that but I received my pictures so fast! Not to mention the final product, the photographs are stunning and he ensured that we got pictures with all of our family and friends that we had wanted. We hired Red Eye Collection to photograph our civil ceremony at SF City Hall. I knew I wanted to hire a photographer that specialized in City Hall weddings, and Oscar and Alicia did not disappoint! Oscar was very responsive with our email communications, so the booking process was a breeze. He scheduled a call with us two days before the wedding to let us know what to expect in terms of the timeline as well as where to meet Alicia, our photographer. Even though the call was less than 5 minutes, it gave me all the logistical information I needed to plan for. I had over 20 guests (which is a big party given that we were not renting out the rotunda of City Hall), and I wanted to make sure no one was running loose before, during, or after the ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, Alicia was nothing short of wonderful. She was an expert in navigating City Hall, and made sure our check-in, ceremony, group photos, and couple photos went smoothly. She basically assumed the dual role of photographer and day of coordinator. For the ceremony, she promptly placed all 20+ guests in a nice semicircle around us. She was even patient with my relatives who insisted on taking photos with their own personal cameras and phones. One thing I regret is not telling my guests ahead of time to limit their personal photo-taking, since nothing ruins a ceremony photo more than a guest caught taking a picture with their phone in the background. As a fellow female, she understands the importance of hair and dress placement, and would help adjust my hair and dress whenever it wasn't picture perfect. She knew the best spots for photos, knew how to pose us for the best shots, and didn't blink about going over the hour we paid (our group and family photos took longer than normal since I had a lot of guests). I'm not sure how she did it, but she was even able to capture a group photo of everyone where every single person looked good (even the babies were looking in the right direction)! They also have a super quick turnaround. Even though Alicia quoted us a time frame of 4 weeks, we received our photos within four days of our wedding! The pictures turned out amazing, and we can't stop looking through them!

Oscar was fantastic, such a friendly guy, right from meeting us at the entrance he walked us through the entire process and took some great photos along the way! We are very happy with how our wedding pictures turned out. We highly recommend him for any type of wedding photography.

We are so glad we hired Oscar to photograph our big day! Upon meeting Oscar we knew he had been in the business for a long time and knew what he was doing. His sample photos were absolutely breathtaking, and his enthusiasm our story and wedding was genuine. Red Eye Collection is an amazing company and I highly recommend them! Hiring a company that specialized in shots at City Hall and throughout the city was very important to us. From the beginning, Oscar was really a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive to all the questions that I had and even met with me at our reception venue to address some concerns I had about space and constantly put me at ease. They work like a well oiled machine and it's understandable because they are in high demand and I can see why! Alicia was our day-of photographer and she was equally a pleasure to work with. From the morning to the end of the night she was super sweet and attentive and never pushy. She was responsive to our taste and really picked up on what we wanted and were going for in terms of pictures. She kept the day moving along and even had patience with myself and my husband since we were exhausted and HATE taking pictures. So you can imagine that we were both quickly over the whole "posing" process mid-day. But, she stuck it through and I'm so happy she did because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE our pictures and all the shots she was able to get. We also booked their photo booth and it was the best because their unique open air booths allow you to shoot in all kinds of settings! We didn't need a background/screen in the back and were limited on space so an actual bulky booth where ppl would have to squish into would not have worked in our scenario. Their option was PERFECT for our whiskey room booth conversion and their props were also the best. Even the photo booth pictures came out awesome! Their prices are quite reasonable and I am a true believer that you get what you pay for. They are truly a talented bunch and you WILL NOT REGRET hiring them. We live in Atlanta, Georgia, but we recently got married at San Francisco City Hall. At the very last minute, I decided I wanted a photographer to capture the special day. I contacted several photographers who ended up being available, but ultimately decided on Oscar Urizar. With Oscar you'll get personality, organization, thoughtfulness, efficiency, punctuality and talent. He knew the ins and outs of City Hall, making it stress free for us so that we could enjoy the moment in that beautiful space. He knows where to take you for the great light and beautiful shots. Oscar is AMAZING! We had our wedding at City Hall SF. Oscar not only is extremely professional, but knows the ins and outs of City Hall which completely takes away the stress and unknown. He makes you feel comfortable when taking photos and is great at directing family and friends. He has a great eye for architecture and photo composure. I would highly recommend him! Alicia was wonderful and managed to capture all of the wonderful moments we had at City Hall. The Husband and I were so excited and chatting with our group, and Alicia took it upon herself to pay attention for us and notify us when it was our turn! It was great to have her there and all of her experience to guide us as it can get overwhelming with the amount of couples there! We love every one of our photos! Oscar is outstanding!!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would. He is beyond organized, follows through, and by far the best vendor I have worked with throughout the wedding planning experience. Our engagement photos are exactly the blend of classy, poignant, fun, creative, and beautiful that I hoped for. It's amazing how many great shots and scenes Oscar was able to shoot in only one hour! I can only imagine how many memories he will be capturing on the big day. I cannot recommend Oscar highly enough. In a market so saturated with talent, it is his level of service that sets him apart a cut above the rest.

We were referred to Oscar by our friend who also used his skills for her wedding day. We got engagement photos done with Oscar a few months before the wedding which was a really great way to get to know him and to also see his amazing style. We were amazed first by how beautiful our engagement photos turned out which we turned into a photo book (displayed at the wedding). Oscar is so professional and organized it really kicked me into gear the week before the wedding. He asks all the right questions to help you realize this wedding day doesn't just happen buy itself. On our wedding day Oscar and his partner were at the hotel before I was! While my make up was being applied he was shooting and his partner was taking all the essential pictures of my dress, shoes, etc and I wasn't even aware of that until I looked at the pictures later. Then his partner ran over to our house to get shots of the boys getting ready and Oscar stayed with me. I also have to note that Oscar picked our engagement photo shoot spot and our first look spot. Trust me YOU CAN TRUST HIM. Since this is his job and he obviously loves it you can rest assured that he has seen it all. He knows what's going to shoot well so ask him what he recommends...after all he is the professional. We had our first look before the wedding and then went to some amazing locations that he knew of around where we were getting married to get some more beautiful shots. After we got married he rallied all those needed (away from the crowd) and took our formal family and wedding party group shots. We also wanted a picture with EVERY guest during our receiving line which was complicated and misunderstood by our coordinators and Oscar got everything reorganized quickly and we were able to quickly get this done which was very important to my husband and I. We also opted for the love booth which is a must in my opinion. Oscar and his partner organized my photo book station (for the photo booth) much better than I had originally planned and I went home with an amazing photo book of all my friends acting very silly on our wedding day. I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience with Oscar was but most importantly I want you to know that he is PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, CARING, HAS AN AMAZING EYE, and ORGANIZED. He also got our pictures back to us after our wedding so quickly. We look forward to using Oscar for future services! Thank you for our memories that will last many life times Oscar.

Review after review, couples are ranting and raving about Oscar and how amazing he is as a photographer and as a person. This is going to be another one of those reviews. I don't think I can stress enough the impact Oscar had on our wedding day. He was the best part of our wedding. We had a great venue, our DJ was cool, the food was delish, but our wedding pictures are something that we will cherish even when we are too old to remember what our cake looked like! Oscar and his assistant were so much fun to work with! Seriously, Oscar is hard core!! My favorite thing about him was that whenever someone would ask him a question, he would respond, "Well, it's up to her." HER=ME!! He totally made the day about my husband and I. He made everything we wanted possible. You can't argue his work is anything less than perfection so I don't really feel the need to compliment his photography skills too much. Clearly, the pictures speak for themselves. The thing about Oscar is that he's just a really freaking cool dude. He is so much fun to work with. He got down to business when our DJ and wedding coordinator were running behind. He took charge to get everything back on track. I felt like he probably should have been our coordinator lol The pictures came out absolutely gorgeous! Just seriously please do yourself a favor and hire this guy to take your pictures- you will not be disappointed! I am so glad we were referred to have Oscar as our photographer for our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Also, add the love booth! Seriously so much fun for your guests! Everyone had a blast in the love booth! The line was 10+ guests long all night! So many cool props and it really gives you a large space to fit tons of people in one picture. I'm seriously so excited for the next chapter in our lives (just give us a few years) because I know it includes Oscar! Can't wait for him to photograph our little one and any major life event to come!

I was so happy when I found the Love Booth at a wedding expo that I went to (and honestly didn't expect to find a single vendor). They were able to customize the print at the bottom of the photo strips and the quality of the photos was so much better than all of the other - and more expensive - booths at the expo. The quality of the prints is great, they are so quick to respond to emails and calls and they showed up promptly on my wedding day with a great array of props. The booth attendant was very friendly and my guests had a great time striking goofy poses! There was an extra copy of each strip printed out for our guest book (in addition to the prints that my guests received), and I was sent a soft copy of all of the photos in both singles and strips after the wedding. Great service at a great price!

I LOVE OSCAR oh wait you didn't hear me.... I LOVE OSCAR! So, if you go to yelp I added a couple pictures so that you can see for yourselves how incredibly awesome he is... his work really just speaks for itself. However, it's really really more then his GREAT pictures: he's punctual, professional, and just an all around great guy! Furthermore, and what stands out the most in my mind of my wedding day and I am totally convinced that he has some type of special powers... honestly, Oscar could tell when I was uncomfortable or annoyed... and would do WHATEVER to make me feel comfortable and happy again! He seriously made me feel like a princess ... I look forward to hiring him again for family picture and other special events! We got the big package with max hours and added the photo booth (people loved this!) so in a nut shell if you are searching for an amazing photographer that not only takes great pictures but also is determined to make your day spectacular, Oscar is the person for you!

Oscar and his team were fantastic! They were very professional and helped remind me of little things I had not considered in our wedding. His eye for capturing the special moments and his impeccable eye for detail is clearly seen in our photos. We received our photographs back via flash drive a few weeks after our honeymoon and were able to pick and choose how we wanted to proceed with the photographs. Overall we were VERY happy with his services and would highly recommend him to any bride to be. Also, would highly recommend using Costco to develop the prints or create photo albums when getting the photos back.

We had to plan our August 2013 wedding from overseas, but Oscar helped us from the very beginning and we couldn't be happier with our wedding pictures! Oscar was helpful and friendly but also very professional both before our wedding day and then on the day. We were married in city hall and also wanted to have some iconic San Francisco wedding shots, and Oscar helped us get all the pictures we wanted and more! He even captured the guests and the beginning of our reception - we were very impressed and highly recommend him to anyone getting married in the Bay Area!

I live in LA and hired Oscar for our Sonoma, CA destination wedding. When I started researching photographers in the area, I began to sweat a little at the cost. Some people wanted to charge upwards of $8,000 for my big day. We only were going to have approx 75 guests at most and having our wedding on a Monday. I was definitely frustrated Then we found Oscar, he was recommended to us by family members (he does their family portraits). LUCKY US! Not only was does he come at a great price! He did an amazing job and was so professional on our big day. Since we lived far away, we did most of our communication thru email and by phone and I felt at ease the whole time and was confident that he was going to do a bang up job! And that he did! We love our pictures and he couldn't have done a better job capturing all the special moments from our big day! Thank you Oscar!

Oscar has 3 packages, we bought the 8 hour/$3,000 and felt that it was the perfect amount of time for our wedding (getting ready offsite, ceremony and reception same place, bridal party shots down the block, Oscar stayed about and hour or two into dancing) Oscar was amazing throughout the whole process. As someone who knew very little about weddings, I needed all the help and valuable insight I could get. Oscar was very professional and made us feel at ease from the moment we met him. My husband and I knew his attention to detail and professional demeanor would get us some beautiful pictures on our wedding day. Oscar met us one week prior to the wedding to go over the final schedule... he actually helped us create the final schedule, which was a BIG help. On the wedding day he arrived right on time to take the getting ready shots. He and his assistant Dino were completely on top of things and I never felt like I had to ask or tell him what to do. During our church ceremony he was able to take some great shots without being intrusive. He was also kind enough to give me and my husband a ride to the park down the street where we took pictures so that we didn't have to walk and so we could start early before the rest of the bridal party arrived. During the reception, Oscar helped us figure out what to do when: how to enter the building, how to cut the cake, how to pose for cutting the cake, etc. He got a lot of great shots of everyone dancing and enjoying the reception  My takeaways from working with Oscar: - This guy will keep you on schedule!!! - He has incredible attention to detail - He isn't afraid to tell relatives and the odd acquaintance that he can't do photos of them right now, but will get a shot later (i.e. once the reception has started) - I'd use him again for any other life event I want photographed!

Oscar is a fabulous photographer! We are from Dallas & eloped to San Fran so I couldn't meet Oscar beforehand but he was beyond fantastic. He showed up early & got right to work, utilizing every possible minute. He then drove us to our 2nd location & took us back to our hotel! Our photographs are awesome! I can't say enough good things about Oscar...so glad we selected him to capture our special day.

My husband and I loved working with Oscar Ulizar, owner of Red Eye Collection. He was very down to earth, a great listener and also incredibly professional. He made us feel very comfortable during our meetings and the day of the wedding, he and his colleague were incredibly friendly and warm , putting my husband and I at ease. Throughout the wedding day, I could tell Oscar would strive for the perfect shot each time. I was sure our photos would look great. At one point during our wedding it began to rain. Oscar and his partner Dino remained very cool and patient, waiting out the rain. They were also great with our families, patiently waiting for groups to form and snapping away. Oscar was very helpful at guiding us through traditional wedding activities to make sure we had great shots. When we got our pictures (all of them since we own the rights) I could not believe how beautiful they looked. Oscar's creativity, rain aside, was amazing! I can totally see ourselves using him time and time again.

My husband and I went with Red Eye Collection Photography and were very pleased with our pictures from our engagement session as well as our wedding day. Oscar Urizar was very friendly and professional and very quick with responses for any questions that we had. We had a ton of images to choose from for albums/prints, etc. The quality was beautiful and very artistic. I would recommend them to anybody!!! :)

I can't begin to tell you how fantastic Oscar @ Red Eye Collection is! He took our engagement pictures as well as our wedding pictures, and our friends and family still tell us how amazing the pictures are. He is very talented! He has a signature way of capturing color and movement. Somewhere between adaptive and documentary in style; he inspires these really gorgeous shots. They never look or feel forced or too posed. It's just as if he captures these fleeting and sparkly moments, and his subjects just happen to be standing or leaning in a really lovely way. He truly has a wonderful eye and ability to make you look amazing. This is what we were looking for in our photographer. We first met Oscar at a bridal fair – I was so excited to see his booth because he was one of the top photographers we were considering. Most importantly, he and my fiancé hit it off right away. Right then, we knew we had found our photographer. Oscar encouraged us to have an engagement shoot. The photo shoot itself was incredibly FUN. My fiancé and I loved it! We felt like we were just hanging out with a friend who happened to have a camera. Oscar made us both feel so comfortable. Oscar made us feel relaxed every step of the way. This whole process really confirmed that we had made the right choice in our photographer for our wedding. A few months later at our wedding, Oscar outdid himself again. It takes a true professional to get the best out of his subjects, to capture the mood and feeling of a moment, and to take pictures that allow you to visually and emotionally re-experience a special time in your life when you see them. . He puts a tremendous amount of energy and attention to detail in his work, and that effort is certainly reflected in the results. The day of our wedding, Oscar and his assistant were awesome. They met us at the hotel to capture us getting ready and the finer details. Then we were off to the ceremony/reception site to take our “first look” photos. Again, he scouted the venue for the best location. During the ceremony, we didn't even know Oscar was there – he was so stealth. The family/wedding party photos were a breeze. Dances/speeches/cake cutting photos were all taken without even noticing Oscar and his staff were there. They blended right in and didn't become a part of the wedding. Oscar is the hardest working photographer we have ever met and he really goes out of his way to capture every detail. Every time we saw a new photograph, our jaws dropped because they are all that amazing! We show off our photographs to all of our friends and family and even they are all stunned at how beautiful they all are. Oscar and his crew covered all 4 days of my wedding. We had an Indian wedding with different ceremonies 3 days in a row and then we had the American wedding at a winery. Oscar did a fantastic job on all 4 days. He understood the theme very well and was passionate about making these days memorable for me and my husband. He captured all of the ceremonies beautifully. He was also very quick in editing all the photos and getting them to us in a few weeks after the wedding. My husband and I are both very happy with his work. I will recommend Oscar for any traditional/ cultural or wedding events. He is also a lot of fun to hang out with :)

If you have a problem with Oscar, you have a problem with yourself. He is honestly the best photographer to work with. He initially shot our engagement photos. My wife and I got married in Georgia, and we fell in love with his portfolio that we just had to hire him. More importantly, we fell in love with him as a person, and he was always a pleasure to talk to. As an added bonus, we didn’t have to struggle to find a photographer local to Georgia. We love the photos that he took of our wedding, and they’re also posted on his website. We flew out Oscar as well as his videographer to Savannah, GA for our wedding. Because they were both there for a few days before the wedding, we were able to have them shoot our rehearsal at the church and rehearsal dinner (an extra bonus for us, because really, who gets to have those moments photographed too?). We are comfortable working with him, and he’s become part of family. Before the wedding, he helped set up our schedule. This was great as we had something to share with our day-of wedding planner. Otherwise, we would have been completely lost. He also knows how to fold a pocket square since my best man and I couldn’t do ours During some of his off time while in Savannah, he tried to enlist a trumpet player on the street to be available during the time when we took portraits. The trumpet player declined, but on wedding day, he recognized Oscar and said he’d play a song for us. My wife and I danced on River Street , and that was probably our fondest moment. If Oscar weren’t our photographer, we know we wouldn’t have had that. Oscar really went out of his way to make sure that our wedding weekend was magical During the reception, he sat at the groom’s party table. We were flying him out to Savannah, so we wanted to make sure that he experienced the food that all the other guests were experiencing (he’s a vendor but he’s also our guest). It was actually a good thing because he was right next to our table if we needed him to take pictures outside of the scheduled events. We had Oscar until the end of the night, which for us, ended with a long walk down the street, surrounded by our guests with sparkers. Oscar thinks of everything! He also took photographs on a pedi-cab as my wife and I were on our way to our hotel. We received our photos within a reasonable time frame. Also, he accepted our request to turnaround some of the photos quickly so that we could use them for thank you cards. The best review you can give a photographer is a referral, and we’ve already referred him to a few other couples that will be getting married in the near future. We already know that we have our photographer when we start having kids!

Oscar and his team did and a great job, they were professional, organized and creative. My husband and I both agree that the photography was the best experience and investment of our day. The photos were amazing, better than what we ever expected and the video caught our special moments of the day, we cry every time we watch it (even my husband, hehe) Thanks again for making our special day memorable and FUN!

After a lot of online searching for SF photographers, Red Eye Collection had our favorite portfolio and also happened to have the best prices, by far. Oscar definitely has a modern style but it's not overly trendy. I really liked that because his photos are truly timeless. We eloped at City Hall and Oscar was even able to serve as our witness. He captured our happy spirits that day, along with the gorgeous architecture and history of City Hall. We couldn't ask for anything more. Also, he is super quick to respond to emails and was great to work with. I would advise brides-to-be to take that into consideration because you want to be at ease on such an important day. We felt we got more than we paid for when it came to the service and quality of photos.

Oscar is a really good photographer. He is very professional, and a very nice guy. We invited him to take photos for our marriage registration, he didn't miss any important moment, and the entire shooting process went very relaxing and smooth. A big plus for Oscar was that, I was late for my registration appointment due to an unprofessional hair stylist, but Oscar helped us arranged another time with the registration guy on the same day. My wedding would be cancelled without Oscar. But this is very rare, the marriage registration department in SF is very strict. So, try to be there on time. Overall, Oscar is awesome, you won't be regretted.

We could not be more thankful for Oscar and all that he did for our wedding photos! Red Eye Collection was the best quote we recieved for the type of photography we wanted. And Oscar was worth every penny! He was so helpful when it came to any questions we had before the wedding and the day of. I am not sure how he pulled it off but he was able to make our little wedding look like an extravagant event. Oscar was able to pull out all the details and showcase all the hard work my now husband, all my bridesmaids, family, and I put into our DIY wedding. We chose Oscar for f our wedding/engagement pictures. We started by a city hall ceremony and he photographed that (this was a private event just my husband and I) the pictures came out wonderful and I have gotten so many complements on them. After our initial experience at city hall with Oscar, we decided to take engagement pictures and hire him for the wedding day (the big party for everyone). Oscar is very talented, uses natural light, and definitely knows what he is doing. He is very professional, always on time or even early, and he really delivers. He would also make sure that you -especially the brides-are very happy and satisfied with the pictures. He makes everyone feels comfortable and he is truly the best photographer you can get!

We asked Oscar to join us in South Lake Tahoe for our special day. He drove and met us up there and immediately set to work getting things ready. He had some really great ideas and even brought a cute "I Do" hanger for my dress. He really made us comfortable and took his time getting the right shots.
