Clay is absolutely amazing! He did our engagement session and our wedding and the photos turned out PERFECTLY! | seriously have trouble finding one I don't like. We worked with Clay from Red Gallery for our wedding photos and had a great experience. My wife and I weren't used to having our photos taken and were a little nervous coming into the experience. But Clay's fun/goofy approach to the photo sessions put us at ease right away. It was also immediately clear that Clay had a strong sense of creative direction with the photos which allowed us to relax and just kind of go with the flow with Clay's directions. During the day of the wedding, Clay was great about checking all of the photo boxes but keeping the show rolling, which was much appreciated. Believe me when I say my husband is not the most photogenic person. However, Clay has a way of working with people. Since it was our first time getting photographed, we were very nervous. Clay walked us through all the poses patiently and made us look so put together. I had actually forgotten my flowers and lipstick at home so was quite nervous about chapped lips in the pics but Clay's excellent editing made me look beautiful and natural -- exactly what I was going for. I would recommend Clay 12/10. I'm so glad Clay photographed our special day. I will always have this beautiful day to look back on.

I had a pandemic wedding, so you can imagine all the compromises and extra stressors :x, but Clay was so incredible! Clay at Red Gallery Photography did the most amazing job with our engagement photos and our wedding! My husband doesn't *love* getting his picture taken and I'm used to being behind a camera, so let's just say we're not the easiest subjects. :) Clay put us COMPLETELY at ease and made everything completely wonderful. He did a great job of suggesting a few poses but not making them look posed at all, and above all captured us looking like ourselves. The photo process during our wedding day was efficient while remaining fun, and he made sure to really get all of the photos I was wanting. I've been a part of weddings before where photographers have made it about their own agenda, and that's so not the case with Red Gallery! Clay is so sweet and wants to capture your personality, and we were so grateful. They provide you with a USB with all of your files, as well as a preview on Facebook. My husband and I felt the most important aspect of our wedding was the photography. We were concerned about getting the right photographer to help capture our most important moments. Planning to meet Clay for the first time, we had been extremely anxious and stressed. Upon meeting him, we instantly relaxed and knew we had found the perfect match. In looking for a photographer we had a few requests (or should I say obstacles) in mind. Both of our venues were, beautiful, however the lighting wasn't the easiest...and both of us had, well, "issues" with posed photos. We were looking for someone who was a master at his/her craft and could shoot candids well, and make posed photos FEEL like candids. Clay came highly recommended from a friend and he far exceeded our expectations. He was one of the most calm/kind humans on possibly the best, and most stressful, day. He was an absolute joy to work with and knew exactly what would work best for US. He listened, and cared. When we received our photos we were amazed at a) just how many there were and b) how each one was better than the last (which didn't even seem possible). All the pictures turned out to be exactly what I want. Clay also took pictures for our wedding day last month. I would say, you will regret if you do not hire him as your photographer. Not only getting all of the beautiful pictures, but also getting a wonderful experiences. Clay is not only helpful, but he is also very polite, patient, talented,outgoing, artistic, organized, and many more to say. He was so helpful on the wedding day and helped to arrange for the group picture etc. He will also tell you what kind of pose that is great and give you direction. I cannot wait to see my full wedding day pictures!

Throughout the whole process, Red Gallery was outstanding! I mainly worked with Clay and his personality alone would make me want to book him again. Apart from being fun and super positive, he showed up on time and was professional and accommodating. Prior to the wedding, he was responsive and totally got our vibe and vision. On the big day, he was clear with direction and an absolute pleasure to work with. The wedding party all commented on how great he was, and I completely agreed.

Where do I begin? Clay is the PERFECT photographer! I found his page on Instagram and instantly fell in love, and booked him a few days later for my big day! Clay kept in contact, asked questions and was flexible with my crazy schedule when needing shot lists and just to chat in general. I would recommend Red Gallery (and have been to all of my newly wed friends) on all aspects, planning, cost, packages, and especially the day of! I wasn't a crazy bride but the day of is hectic for anyone! Clay gave me an arrival time to begin shooting and went to work! He got every part of my day, and even when I thought he was crazy for wanting to shoot behind a Dairy Queen near my house the pictures turned out AMAZING! Again, I can't say enough about Clay and Red Gallery.

We found Clay on The Knot and fell in love with his photo galleries. We wanted photography that captured the day without being obtrusive, and that went beyond standard staged shots to really capture the personalities of the couple, the uniqueness of the venue, and the love shared by all of the participants. That is exactly what we got. I can't stop looking at the photos - they are absolutely gorgeous, and many of them have an artistic quality that would be compelling even if they did not feature my daughter and her husband. It was important to my daughter that photography (outside of the staged photos) did not intrude on the enjoyment of the moment, and Clay managed to capture lovely candid shots without being at all pushy or disruptive. The shots of the ceremony itself and of the bride and groom together after are absolutely stunning. The hardest part has been winnowing the field to a manageable number for the book and social media, because there are just so many wonderful pictures to choose from! I can truly say that Clay was a pleasure to work with and the pictures are everything I was hoping for and more.

You will not be disappointed if you choose Clay and Red Gallery Photography! He was such a joy and easy to work with from start to finish. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the crazy wedding planning and when it came to wedding day, he was on time, professional, very relaxed and very fun! He and Lisa did a wonderful job capturing all of the key moments (and more) of our wedding weekend and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. It was a top priority for us to invest in an outstanding photographer to capture the memories of our wedding day. I'm an event planner by trade and Type-A to a fault; I had spreadsheets and lists and felt overwhelmed with the number of photog choices in our area. We did our homework and we got it right by hiring Red Gallery Photography. We loved all our vendors, but having Clay and Lisa there to capture every emotion and moment of our wedding day, from silly to sweet, was the best decision we made. None of the other details matter if you don't have a seasoned professional to document the memories of such an important, anticipated day that flies by all too quickly. The icing on the cake was their sincere passion and enthusiasm for wedding photography. I noticed that Clay repeatedly went the extra mile, not only for us, but because he was genuinely having fun - he enjoys his art, understands the gravity of his responsibility to a bride and groom, and takes the utmost pride in his work. They are immensely talented and also the nicest people with hearts of gold. They did more than just snap photos – they were the veterans of the wedding day: nerve calmers, bridal party wranglers, silliness appreciators, joy bringers - there wasn't a single moment when Clay and Lisa weren't smiling. They worked attentively behind the scenes and I barely noticed them during the whirlwind of the day but, looking back, they were a big part of my happy memories. It’s easy on your wedding day to get separated from each other and swept off by family and friends (which is the joy of it all really – everyone you love in the same place!) But I have to say, I’m really grateful for those little walks we took with Clay when he couldn’t resist the perfect sunset shot, to stand for a minute just the two of us, enjoying our day from a briefly quiet distance. We are in awe of these photos that absolutely shine with the real story of the day; they didn’t miss an in-between moment. (And we’re trying to refrain from taking the narcissistic route and wallpapering our house in them!) We are forever grateful!

Just like marrying the right person, I wanted photos that would last a lifetime. Clay at Red Gallery is a creative genius, who works tirelessly. He has amazing perspective, and will deliver you the photos, settings, and angles you couldn't plan on your own. He can do traditional, or editorial. He is professional, easy to work with, and best of all, truly loves what he does. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

HE IS THE BEST!!We are so happy we found Clay! He is high energy in the best way ever! He some how can be both calm and in a hurry, all at once. He understands that pictures should capture a day to its fullest. I can’t believe the moments he was able to capture! He even stopped our limo because he saw a perfect bush he wanted us to take a photo in front of. His wife helped him capture the details. They work great together! He met with us twice before the wedding to go over the day to make sure he knew what the plan was before going into. He was so professional and responsive yet felt like a friend!
