hitecture gave the space such a beautiful, warm, and distinctive feel. It was the perfect setting for the intimate wedding we envisioned. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We planned our wedding in just four weeks, and she handled our very tight timeline so smoothly. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating, including working with us on our contract to accommodate a complex health situation. She was also flexible with our menu, the locations of different events, and rentals, and was always willing to help us figure out whatever we needed. And the FOOD. Our guests kept telling us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. The lobster rolls were outstanding, and Michelle made recommendations that we probably wouldn't have chosen ourselves but are SO glad we did (don't skip the fried eggplant!!!). The food was so good that people were taking their leftovers from dinner home! The staff were wonderful too. They were attentive without being intrusive, always making sure everyone had a drink (which were also fantastic), and were so warm and welcoming throughout the evening. Everything felt seamless, and we never had to worry about whether our guests were being taken care of. They helped create the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that made the night feel more like a special dinner with family and friends than a formal wedding reception. Because we had a small group, the whole evening felt incredibly intimate, almost like a big family dinner, which was exactly what we wanted. Most importantly, I felt completely relaxed on our wedding day because I knew Michelle had everything under control. That is such an incredible gift on a wedding day. We had the most beautiful, fun, and stress-free evening, and I honestly can't wait to go back to Red Hat for dinner and to celebrate future anniversaries and other big life events. We are so grateful we chose this place for our wedding day!
