They really knew exactly what to ask me and how to answer my questions. I wanted to make a few changes, some very last minute and they were super flexible with everything I wanted. The food was really good and our guests raved about it. You couldn't beat the price either, even at local bbq restaurants. One of my guests told me he was expecting to get a plate with a little piece of steak and chicken like a typical wedding and be hungry all night--but he ate three plates of brisket and sides and it was the best kind of wedding food ever! Many guests said they loved the food. My only complaint was the actual team at the event--they were sweet but a little inexperienced it seemed; a bit slow getting things set up and were a little late. They were a little low on food so I would advise ordering more than your head count than usual, but for the most part we had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Red Hot and Blue for weddings or other events!
