olutely gorgeous. Patricia did an amazing job of bringing our vision to life and went even above our expectations. The flowers were so unique and special and smelled AMAZING. Our guests were raving about the flowers and we got so many compliments on them. The only thing that made this a 4-star review is that Patricia can be hard to communicate with in a timely manner, and we found out 2 weeks before the wedding that we could not pay with credit card even though credit card was an included payment method in our contract. Given how expensive flowers can be, this added some extra stress for us close to the wedding. The artisty from Red Lily is incredible but the business side could be improved. Would recommend if you want great flowers with the knowledge about some business things that can be frustrating.

I could not get in contact with her hardly at all, so much to the point where I had no idea what flowers I was getting until I saw them setup in the venue spaces. I tried texting, calling, and emailing multiple times on each platform and did not get a response. She overcharged us - even after I gave her final details on our event order which resulted in the wrong flowers being assembled. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND HASSEL - except maybe for working with the wedding coordinators at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. This whole town needs to get a clue. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING RESEMBLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prepare to spend at least $3500 by the time she decides to overcharge you.

Patricia selflessly kept my bouquet in her store after the wedding for two days, took care of the flowers to ensure they survived, and shipped our box out on Monday. Thank you, Patricia! Patricia is not only a great artist, but she is so easy to work with and has a great attitude towards any design that you may have in mind for any event. All you need to do is walk in and say you want flowers for your event and she can do the rest. We trusted her and she delivered with something so unique and beautiful that it will always be remembered. I say that because she then helped us package, store in her fridge and ship the bouquet to get preserved. She went beyond what we asked and we cannot thank you enough Patricia for making our wedding custom to fit our personalities. This is the florist you need to choose for any event in Mammoth.
