The property itself is attached to a mall and a small casino, which adds convenience even if the surroundings aren’t exactly inspiring. Inside, the indoor pool and sauna look clean, and the central courtyard is surprisingly pleasant—small pond, seating, and a fire pit that gives the place a little charm.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning works impressively well, especially when wildfire smoke drifts into the valley. Breakfast is free and decent—not memorable, but absolutely serviceable before heading out for the day. The hallways, on the other hand, are wearing carpet that’s clearly from another era, and it shows.
Location is solid with plenty of food options within walking distance, making it easy to settle in without needing to drive everywhere.
A dependable 4‑star stay: friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, and a few cosmetic rough edges that don’t get in the way of a comfortable visit.

Beds are comfy. My ONLY complaint is that our room was on the first floor by the road and it was noisy at times, so next time I’d request another floor.
Not a luxury hotel by any means but it is comfy if you’re here a few days going to the national park. For what you pay, great perks!

t out dated. The staff was nice enough when we checked in, breakfast was great lots of variety and pool was small but fine. If your looking for a cheap stay I would recommend if your looking for somewhere nice I wouldn’t. The location is great right by Main Street and we didn’t find it loud when trying to sleep.

t this employee was very short with us for no reason. We came back 20 minutes later and got checked in and this same employee was being ride to the other employee working the front desk. Not a good look or vibe checking in somewhere thag you're staying for a few days. When we got to the room, it was so humid and everything felt damp. The beds.. the counter tops.. even the box of tissues in the bathroom were completely soaking wet. Mind you, this hotel is not cheap either. It was almost $900 for 2 nights. It's made out to look much nicer than it is, online. Will not return and no not reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kalispell.
