We hired Red Maple Catering for my brother-in-law’s 40th birthday bash in DFW. Taylor and her husband Johan were such a blast to work with!! The bartender they sent, Julia, was AMAZING! Best margaritas I’ve ever had! The food Johan prepared was top-notch! (I am still thinking about those elotes and brisket!) Their presentation is out of this world professional and gorgeous. They even brought out multiple fly-fans to keep the flies away since our event was hosted outside. No details were missed! You can’t go wrong with hiring this husband and wife team. They will make sure your party goes without a hitch and that everyone is full and happy! They also clean up after themselves and leave your kitchen / venue better than when they even arrived! I can’t wait to hire this team again for my next event!

Amazing food was one of our most important priorities to have at our wedding. Red Maple Catering (Dallas) did that and MORE. As a bride and groom, we wanted a full service vendor, RMC delivered. We received everything I ever wanted for our wedding day. We had excellent service from the management to the professional servers, chefs and bartenders. Everyone on the RMC Team was so attentive and went above and beyond. Johan (Owner and Executive Chef) and Taylor (Owner and Director of Operations) were personally involved in fulfilling our catering and service needs. This husband and wife duo have a wonderful way of caring for the Bride and Groom like I’ve never seen before. Taylor was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was my main point of contact and was able to deliver on every promise. She was the most candid and more transparent than any other catering service I was vetting. In addition to incredible wedding day catering and service, the wedding tasting was an unforgettable experience. It was one of my favorite wedding planning activities and we were blown away by the presentation in general. The tasting included a front row seat to food preparation and one-on-one detailed meeting of expectations and timeline details. Red Maple provided for us: full service catering, bride and groom cakes, wait staff/table bussing, and bartending. We highly recommend Red Maple Catering for your catering needs, especially wedding catering.

Taylor and Johan were AMAZING! Cannot say enough good things about them, their team, and the food! I got so many compliments on our meal at our wedding! Taylor was so helpful throughout the entire process, so quick to respond to emails and soothe my nerves when I was worried about different things in the planning process. They were so much more than just our caterers- they felt like long time friends from the moment we met them. I cannot recommend them enough!
