ful. For our wedding, we used Red Oak as the primary transportation to shuttle the wedding party, family and guests to and from the hotel and venue. Red Oak offered a very wide variety of transportation options for us, such as the types of vehicles/shuttles, the different ways to break up the time requested for transportation and the most efficient ways to use the shuttle. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of their options, including which packages they commonly recommend for weddings, and even specifically for our hotel and venue, which they had a lot of experience with, as well as which vehicle and plan best suited our needs. The Red Oak / Leros team, and our driver, were all very professional and accessible throughout the entire process when working on organizing the specific timeline and requirements we needed. Our timeline the morning of the wedding was very tight and specific in order to get different groups of guests to the venue at a certain time, but Red Oak was able to do it all without issue. Despite multiple back and forth trips between the hotel and venue in a short period before our ceremony, Red Oak got everyone where they needed to be on time. The shuttle was pristine, our driver was great and the Red Oak team helped our day start off, and end, very smoothly. is company. I hired Red Oak, which recently merged with Leros Point, for my wedding. I met with Nicole to purchase a 19 passenger limo bus. I reached out to Nicole via email 3 weeks prior to my wedding to go over the details of pick up, time line, and to make sure we were on the same page. I did not hear from her for a few days, so I called the receptionist to see if she could get me in contact with her and to also let her know that I had an urgent matter to speak to her about. I needed to purchase a 2nd means of transportation for me and my Dad to arrive to the church alone. I realized (overwhelmed bride.) that I did not properly set this up. It took her until the 29th to respond to my email, within that time I found another means of transportation. The company lost out on business with this interaction. If they are too overwhelmed with work, they should hire other employees. I do not think it is professional to get back to a customer 6 days later. A man named Leslie was hired to drive our party from various locations. He picked up the groomsmen and I was told that he was a terrible driver. Once he picked up my bridal party, I was in the car behind them watching them. I could see that he was stopping short, unable to switch lanes properly and a stop and go driver. Once I got into the bus I realized just how bad it was. This man stopped short at any opportunity he got, didn’t need to be a light or a stop sign. He stopped so short that he sent half of my bridal party down straight to the ground – it dropped all of our food and drinks off of the chairs on the side right onto the ground. He was by far the worst driver I have ever been with. I have personal videos of this. The safety from this driver was non-existent. Truly awful. I want to also note that we had 19 passengers for our party, and we were not able to sit comfortably on the bus. Leslie refused to take any type of command or direction from me. He said of many times he will only “talk to the man,” which is completely sexist and inappropriate. The transaction was on MY card. He was not only a hazard on the road but he made me personally feel uncomfortable on my wedding day. I reached out to the company for my sincere concerns about the safety and unprofessionalism of the company. I was immediately contacted by the Vice President of Safety, Denise. She assured me we’d find a resolution. She said she would look at all of the footage and speak with her employees, and we agreed to speak after my honeymoon. When I got back, I sent her an email to confirm we would speak on that Fri. as we had agreed. I did not hear back from her, so I contacted her on that Mon.– she said she was busy with the storm and I understood. When we spoke on the phone, I saw her demeanor changed. She kept repeating that the GPS didn’t show him stopping short. I was a human that was on the bus, not a computer. There is 0 reason for me to make this up. She got me in touch with the President, Eric. He called me shortly after, and he told me he took this very serious and would get back in touch with me on Wed. Wed.came and went, and I reached out to Denise on the Fri.to ask when I could speak to him again. It is now Mon.and I did not hear from him.

to make sure we were spending our money wisely and that we had the right transport at the right time. We even ended up changing some of the pick up / drop off locations a month before the wedding (we went with different hotel blocks), and Nicole helped us make adjustments without any issues. We did have a minor issue with the wedding party transport. We ordered two 14 passenger vans to transport the wedding party (24 people total), and each van only had seats for ~11 people, so we had to squeeze for the ~20 minute trip from our hotel to the venue. We didn't realize the issue until it was time to go to the venue, so we didn't have another option to correct the mistake. Otherwise, everything ran smoothly. Despite the small hiccup, I would still recommend Red Oak Transportation for any weddings / events in the Westchester area!

Two weeks before our event, Steve was extremely helpful in adding more vehicles to our night as we made our final arrangements. The drivers were on-time and went above and beyond. Some guests who didn't initially ride the shuttle to our venue, wanted to take it back because they saw how much fun everyone else had on the way in. At the end of the night, Dyer had already filled his bus on a scheduled trip, but came back to make sure nobody was left behind. Going above and beyond to make sure everybody got home sealed the deal that we knew Red Oak was the right choice!
