Red Oyster USA sources oysters from the east coast of North America. Suppliers are hand-picked for quality, meaning that each farmer is picked for their expertise. These small farms are run by dedicated, passionate individuals who share the same love for oysters that Red Oyster USA does. Only energetic and master Oystertainers are selected to work with Red Oyster USA. This concept began about two decades ago in Europe and, after its resounding success, was brought to the United States shortly thereafter. ll made it to our event with huge smiles ready to entertain our guests! Beyond how friendly and professional they were, the oysters were amazing!!! I have been to a few events with oyster shuckers, and Red Oyster had the largest variety of condiments (they have a specialty oyster that all of our guests were raving about). It is a really fun, interactive, delicious addition to any party, and I'm excited to use them again in the future!

Since I started working with Red Oyster, I have become as passionate about oysters as the rest of the team. Coming as I did from an entrepreneurial family, I was immediately interested by the business potential in the USA. I took the plunge in setting up Red Oyster and moved from the Netherlands to the US (you will still hear my Dutch accent). Since the start in 2017 in US we have oystertained many weddings, engagement parties and other events at different locations in different states! In my free time I am busy with our 3 kids, go for a walk with my dog Sam and love to have ourfriends over
