Red Oyster USA sources oysters from the east coast of North America. Suppliers are hand-picked for quality, meaning that each farmer is picked for their expertise. These small farms are run by dedicated, passionate individuals who share the same love for oysters that Red Oyster USA does. Only energetic and master Oystertainers are selected to work with Red Oyster USA. This concept began about two decades ago in Europe and, after its resounding success, was brought to the United States shortly thereafter. The perfect addition to our wedding welcome party!! The team at Red Oyster is extremely communicative and helpful leading up to the event. The day of our welcome party it poured (streets were flooding, roads were closed, etc) and Red Oyster still made it to our event with huge smiles ready to entertain our guests! Beyond how friendly and professional they were, the oysters were amazing!!! I have been to a few events with oyster shuckers, and Red Oyster had the largest variety of condiments (they have a specialty oyster that all of our guests were raving about). It is a really fun, interactive, delicious addition to any party, and I'm excited to use them again in the future!

We hired Red Oyster for our fall wedding. They were amazing!!! We had so many guests not only love the oysters themselves but how fun it was too have the 3 shuckers at our cocktail hour. This was one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding. Splurge on this!

We hired Red Oyster USA for our medium sized at-home wedding cocktail hour. The Oystertainers were professional and personable with our guests - making sure everyone got a chance to enjoy some delicious oysters. They were a huge hit and it was such a unique experience. Also, scheduling and payment couldn’t have been easier and there was good communication ahead of the event. I can’t recommend Red Oyster USA enough!

My partner loves oysters and wanted them to be part of our wedding. Red Oyster presents oysters in a really fun, interactive and unique way. Our guests were wowed and mentioned how fresh the product was. The two servers that worked our event, Lianne and Anna, were extremely professional!

Red Oyster USA was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! All of our guests could not get enough of the oysters and we received so many compliments - everyone thought it was a great idea and it really added so much to our cocktail hour! Leading up to the wedding they were so easy to work with and extremely professional. If you are thinking of adding them to your special event you should - you won't regret it!

Since I started working with Red Oyster, I have become as passionate about oysters as the rest of the team. Coming as I did from an entrepreneurial family, I was immediately interested by the business potential in the USA. I took the plunge in setting up Red Oyster and moved from the Netherlands to the US (you will still hear my Dutch accent). Since the start in 2017 in US we have oystertained many weddings, engagement parties and other events at different locations in different states! In my free time I am busy with our 3 kids, go for a walk with my dog Sam and love to have ourfriends over
