coordination miracles on our wedding day. The weekend of our wedding, we had a ton of rain. She and the venue worked out several last-minute set-up changes so that we could have the ceremony outdoors under the covered pavilion, and still have cocktail hour, photos, and reception outdoors when the weather cleared up. Our photos on the golf course are unbelievable. The service was great, and I received many compliments on the appetizers and dinner from our guests. RRCC was far less expensive than other venues I toured in the Morrison/Golden area, yet it felt really private, personalized, and had amazing views. I am so glad we chose this spot!

They have three spaces for the ceremony and reception — a ceremony site overlooking the lake and mountains, a covered pavilion and a ballroom — and only do one wedding per weekend, which was a big differentiator (especially at this price point). Due to late May snow (!), we had to move our ceremony to the pavilion and cocktail hour inside, but our guests still enjoyed the large fire pits and wraparound patio outside. The fact that there was a backup outdoor space for the ceremony turned out to be a big bonus. The wedding coordinator Lisa was outstanding and is a big reason we recommend RRCC so highly. She’s an excellent communicator who answered our many questions quickly and created multiple contingency plans in preparation for the bad weather. We were able to move our ceremony outside on short notice when the weather cleared up, and she did an impressive job keeping everyone on track on the wedding day. Lisa was very attentive on the big day and checked on us multiple times throughout the night. She was super easy to work with and exactly what we wanted in a wedding coordinator. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely still choose to get married here! A hidden gem among venues in the Denver area.

Planning and prep: Lisa is your contact for all things leading up to the wedding day and she is absolutely incredible. She is responsive, kind, thoughtful, thorough, and truly caring. She wants you to have an incredible experience because she truly cares about you and that came across in all of the interactions we had with her. Signing contracts was easy and she was very transparent about all of the costs involved. There were no surprises after the fact and we found RRCC to be the most reasonable venue we looked at from a cost perspective! (Shocking for a country club, I know!) RRCC does all of their food onsite and they have some serious talent in their kitchen! Our tasting was just lovely and so classy. We were able to try several appetizers, entrees, and even a cake, frosting, and filling sampler. It was outrageously nice and the RRCC team thought of every little detail to make even that part of the experience special for us. We were actually not going to have a cake until we tried the cakes from their pastry chef and I completely changed my tune after that! Day of the wedding: Lisa made sure there were meals for our vendors, snacks for us in the dressing rooms, and drinks of our choosing. She even arranged for groom and his party to enjoy the indoor driving practice screen. Our getting ready area was the ladies locker room and even on a hot summer day, it was quiet and we had the space to ourselves the entire time. There was ample room for a large bridal party and the same could be said for the groom's party. Once the event started, Lisa kept things moving and had a constant eye on timing, without pressuring us to stop what we were doing and move onto the next thing. As we walked down the aisle after the ceremony, she greeted us with our favorite drink, which was just the perfect way to kick off the party! We setup the bar outside on their patio and held cocktail hour out there. We moved inside for dinner and then opened the doors after dinner so guests could move in and out freely. Dancing was held under the pavilion and was a really great way to separate tomfoolery from our family ;) Pictures: As one might imagine with RRCC's setting, there are some fabulous spots for pictures. Don't miss Whale Rock and definitely get some sunset photos if you have an evening wedding! The driving range is actually right behind the arch where outdoor weddings are held but they will clear the range for the duration of the wedding and for picture, which was fantastic! We have so many incredible memories from our wedding experience at RRCC and I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the incredible details. I hope your takeaway from reading this is that RRCC is a hidden gem and you will have a one of a kind experience with no detail overlooked. Thank you, Red Rocks!

me with us! RRCC provided both our ceremony and reception venue, as well as gorgeous photography vistas! At the venue itself, we had scenery of green, blue (a pond), and red (the Red Rocks)! We were also graced with wildlife appearances. After the ceremony, we were whisked away to the golf course and were able to have private photos taken with beautiful rocks and scenery, while overlooking Downtown Denver! I highly recommend this venue (and its amazing catering!!!).

. RRCC typically holds the ceremony outside and the reception indoors, but I was adamant about having the whole event outside. We hosted 102 people under the pavilion for dinner and did a speedy “room flip” and moved a few tables to make way for the dance floor - it was so seamless, quick and not disruptive at all. We were able to add drapery and hang a wreath to dress up the place - it looked amazing. So many guests raved about the venue. After the ceremony, Lisa took us on a golf cart to some really picturesque sites for some amazing photos. We also snuck away for a few minutes during dinner for sunset photos near the lake, and they ended up being some of our favorite photos. One disappointing part was we had to bring in our own linens since the ones provided by RRCC aren’t floor length (which truly makes a difference). Another thing worth pointing out is I chose not to get ready in the downstairs (spacious) locker rooms because there isn’t any natural light. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, though. Overall, I highly recommend RRCC as your wedding venue!

g went very smoothly from our initial visit, to menu tastings to the wedding day. The venue offers a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, with spectacular red rocks in the distance. The outdoor area offers a large fire pit with ample seating. The banquet room has plenty of windows, providing natural light. The food was excellent. We were impressed with the staff who were also very professional and had a "can do" attitude. Having the ceremony and reception in one place was very convenient. Out-of-town guests really enjoyed the Red Rocks setting.

to order pre wedding beverages and they were extremely rude. During the reception, the service was horrible. Plates were not removed from tables, water glasses were not filled and the biggest thing was they did not serve cake to anyone! I came home with ALL the cake that I payed really good money for!!! If it wasn't for my wedding planner, I do not know how we would have survived the night. I was extremely embarrassed and upset with the amount of money we spent there and then having all this happen. The food was delicious and we had a blast after the dinner disaster, so it wasn't all bad.

The only downfall was that the food wasn't as spectacular at the reception as it had been presented to us at our tasting. It was still good though.
